There were marks on the headboard that looked like blood. I had to clean it before I could sleep. The back of the bathroom door was also pretty grubby.

- Johanna (9/5): - My first visit to Melbourne. I picked this motel because it was within walking distance for me to the Box Hill hospital and railway station. The room was spacious and clean. I felt safe and comfortable. Because I was walking, I missed the sign for the motel.
- Nathan (7/5): Comfort is the right word - The room was a nice enough studio apartment would suit solo travelers. Comes with kitchenette n washing machine. Free wifi no limits No where to hang clothes once washed no drying rack or line the cupboard doesnt realy fit the hangers well as its basicaly a broom closet. Bed probably needs to be replaced because the springs are poking up which led to a rough sleep. And the smart chormecast tvs came on in the middle of the night probably not great for rooms to be able to cast t any device with no password but other than that it was a good stay

Room was as described, just very small Very noisy, could hear other guests loudly when in the hallway and when closing their doors. There was also a lot of road noise including a garbage truck at 3am (I recognise this is not something that can be controlled by the property)

- Carrissa (7/5): Great location and comfy stay! - The location was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. The washer/dryer in the bathroom was handy. Secure parking in the basement. No toiletries in the bathroom and only minimal cutlery, glassware, bowls, etc.

The room had all the conveniences we required, and for a small fee the car was securely parked overnight. The lift made access between room and car park easy. Also quiet except for the occasional hall way noise. The kitchentte deserves an inventory stock take. For example, only glassware were 2 champagne flutes. The street and lane outside the reception was untidy and unkempt, which is not necessarity the venues responsibility but it made the area feel dingey and perhaps unsafe.

Very comfy bed, dining table chairs & lounge. Full marks for a normal-sized kettle & sink ( no filling the kettle in a tiny bathroom sink using a coffee cup). Adequate crockery/cutlery, saucepan, frypan, microwave, toaster, 2-burner stovetop. Excellent block-out curtains in lounge. New effective a-c. Secure underground parking. Only minutes from the hospital I had to attend for my surgery Although I didn't use them, there was a washer-drier, iron, dish-washer & even a drying rack on the balcony. Wi-fi details were on room entry card (easier than trawling through a brochure). Comfort apartment punched way above it's weght. For $123, this was incredible value Slght scuff-marks on lounge-room wall. I'd prefer a lid on the kitchen bin. A mixing bowl would be great in the kitchen.

- Natasha (5/5): My entire 3 weeks stay was good and the apartment was good and surly will return again - The property is good and especially the reception Kevin is very supportive and helpful and made my stay like home. The house keeping staff if very rude and especially the lady with glasses and short hair she is very rude and don’t know how to treat guests with respect especially when the guests needs assistance at a serviced property like this:

I wasn’t given the right room, the bed sheets on the sofa had dry blood on it, the shower head didn’t work as well just kept moving and the water pressure was really low and kept changing temperatures of the water. I have photos and videos of the room.

Returned to the room late in the night, only to realise the housekeeping had removed all the towels without leaving a single replacement. Didn't replenish tea/coffee sachets. Very disappointed.
