- Paul (8/5): Comfortable, peaceful and spacious. - It was nice to have the place to ourselves. We had everything we needed. The washing machine was super handy. The bathroom and shower were excellent. That you didn’t really have a view outside. The lighting in the lounge was not very bright.

Everything we needed was at hand and very spacious to vege out in :) Nothing - we would love to visit again.

- Stuart W (10/5): Excellent - great little cottage, well equipped, lovely garden - what more could we ask for? -
- Otree (10/5): perfect home away from home to visit an amazing area - Second visit here. Really a home away from home. Close to everything you could want and so easy to unwind at home after enjoying broken hill. Being able to cook or wash clothes and exist as you normally would is so good nothing at all
- Jo (10/5): - We loved this cottage. All rooms were beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed for making meals.
The laundry was very helpful. We were able to park on the premises. The garden was very pretty.
- paul (10/5): Lovely cottage in quiet location and excellent value. - Wonderful heritage cottage within walking distance to 2 pubs. Plenty of space and good info booklet suggesting places to go. All facilities and utensils provided. Nil
- Alison (10/5): - Our 4000km trip from Canberra to various NSW towns and now on our way to Woomera, this is our best accommodation by far. Beautiful property with charm and a great base for all of our sightseeing around Broken Hill! The owners have thought of everything. We will definitely be coming back to Maevville Cottage. A wonderful place to stay.
- Sin Yin (7/5): OK - Spacious, well equipped, clean. Ample hot water in shower.
Great service - we ran into a bit of problem and owner helped us resolve it quickly. Lighting very dim throughout except for dining room and twin room. Rest - including living area and master bed was not bright enough for reading. Furnishing very old and sofa set looks dirty, and uncomfortable (sinks in). Lots of cupboards in the master but none really usable as too old or locked, leaving not much space/hangers to hang clothes. No dryer for washing, so need to plan for drying time ahead. Air conditioner is very old and noisy, location about 20min walking distance into town - quiet however hard to grab a quick coffee in the morning. And floors creak a lot, even at night, so woke up a lot and scary at times.
- Helen (10/5): A return visit to a beautiful home in a wonderfully picturesque, arty, historical town. - Ease of access, cleanliness, decor Non feather pillows(no support)

- Bridget (8/5): A great cottage and lovely place to stay. Thank you😊 - A lovely cottage, well resourced, nice outdoor area. We enjoyed our stay. A little under heated for cold nights, perhaps a couple of reverse cycle air cons would be good.
- Suzanne (10/5): - Well appointed cute and comfortable cottage. We couldn't have asked for more. Nothing
- DUTSCHKE (9/5): -

- Pamela (10/5): A large, comfortable and charming retro-style cottage with all the facilities a traveller needs. - This is a charming cottage decorated in a comfortable retro style. Great to have an al fresco area outside, complete with BBQ. Also good to be able to park the car in the driveway. The washing machine and clothes line were much appreciated. It has a well-appointed kitchen, including welcoming biscuits. The heaters had been turned on ready for our arrival and we always felt cosy. Situated in a quiet and convenient part of town. Nothing to dislike.

- Jennie (9/5): Practically Perfect in Every way! - A charming cottage opposite the hospital. It was a little home away from home with a lovely ambience. I felt like I’d gone back in time with patchwork, retro fittings, cane chairs in the lobby room, but great showers, comfortable beds, lovely garden setting, clean, quiet, and a much needed haven from the chaos of cleaning our Broken Hill house in readiness for a sale & settlement date. It had everything needed. The front drive is needing a top up as it’s a bit rough going in & out but that’s minor. My car is low to the ground & scraped a bit going in & out.
- Ching (9/5): Superb -
- Mick (10/5): Perfect - What a great find
