• John (1/5): Disastrous! - Nothing! I had an absolutely horrendous experience at Super Hotel O Jamalpur (Hotel Peace). I arrived at midnight after booking a room through Booking.com, only to be denied accommodation despite showing all my confirmation details. The staff was shockingly rude, disrespectful, and even abusive, which led to a serious argument. To make matters worse, the hotel itself is filthy and disgusting – nothing like the misleading pictures online. Avoid this place at all costs; it’s the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had!

• Thakur (5/5): Passable - Hotel rooms was clean. Lift available after 1 floor. Washroom was average, comfortable beddings. Nice tea. Staff was courtious. Advice to hotel to improve upon following:- No breakfast provision. Geyser not available. Hot water issue and slight leakage in washroom detected. I reach hotel as per timeline shared well 8 hrs before but late night at 0015 hrs till 0130 hrs , I had to engage with Oyo customer care for getting issue of price difference with Oyo and the hotel resolved myself. I was told to shift (on my expense) to some other hotel offered by Oyo at 0100 hrs with all bag and baggage as Oyo was not able to provide consent for complementary price consent added to the hotel. After more than one hour of continuous call, my request was approved as I remained adamant not to change hotel on my expense. My suggestion to Oyo, this price discount offered by them has to be intimated well in time to the hotel to avoid such altercation and wastage of time and duration of peaceful stay. And if Oyo is forcing a customer to relocate then the conveyance charges should be borne by itself and not by customer. Special care to be taken with family reporting late night for check in. It could have been a better stay had I wasnot had to contact Oyo customer care

• Sawriya (10/5): Great view from the outside - hotel was located near the train station and close to a few of the tourist attractions. It was close the the Metra and a few of the markets. Offers tour guides and taxi for pick & drop off. Ac never has to do things as needed

• Rahul (1/5): Don't even think to go there - Nothing which should be liked First of all it's a muslim's hotel ...It's totally different from the photos shown on website....photos in site is half ..actual photo should be the ground floor and the images inside of room... bathroom is pathetic smelling like some goats are died inside.
