There was some noise from my neighbor and asked the front desk to make it stop. It seems that they kindly called that room but the noise lasted until we slept… I appreciate their immediate action but this affected the quality of our sleep.

The sales officer, Ms. Aubrey, was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the process. The food was top-notch, especially the Bicol Express, which was outstanding. The staff and attendants were all polite, attentive, and very supportive. Our participants were also very happy with their experience. We will definitely B coming back! 💕

• ellisonv2026 (10/5): Great Place for Events and Comfortable Stay - We recently held a workshop here and had a great overall experience. The accommodation was clean and spacious, which made our stay very comfortable throughout the event. The staff were very friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with. They were always ready to assist and made sure everything ran smoothly during our workshop. The food served during our food workshop was good, well-presented, and nicely plated, with generous serving portions that our team really appreciated. The breakfast buffet was also good and offered a nice variety of options. Overall, it was a pleasant and well-organized experience. Thank you to the whole team for taking good care of us. We look forward to coming back for future workshops.

• pplmanuel (10/5): Best impromptu dinner ever - We went to Johnny's Steak and Grill for an impromptu Easter dinner and it was the best decision ever! The mushroom soup and caesar salad were certainly lovely, but the angus beef prime ribeye steak was the star of the night. Excellent service from our server Dani and dishes from Chef King. We're definitely coming back!

• Traveler798163 (10/5): GREAT CHOICE - Overall, it's food. The place suits us with all the eating places accessible to us. The staff are welcoming, starting with Mae at the reception, JC at security, Clariz, Caren, Emerson, Jherny, even the apprentices assigned to 9th floor. It's also great there's free mineral water available at the lobby. I wish there's also microwave oven to heat up food because the resto won't allow because food might be spoiled. While some people live that hotel is pet friendly, it can be irritating when you a dog that's incessantly bark while you just want to have peace and quiet. The lights are all soft glow which can be quite dark at night. There's also only one uncomfortable chair inside the room tho you can always ask fir additional chairs. It's generally clean with no unwanted insects like ants roving around the room. Definitely will add this to my go to places list. Keep it up!

So when we came down to Manila, Philippines to visit family he highly recommended this hotel. The hotel did not disappoint. The variety of food serve during breakfast is phenomenal. They have both traditional Filipino breakfast and some American food. Our room was clean, and comfortable. The staff : front and back of the house, were amazing no matter what shift it is. They seems like they enjoy the job and the people they work with. I highly recommend this hotel. Great food, warm hospitality and comfortable experience guaranteed.

The hotel’s ambiance is modern, stylish, and very welcoming, making it a great place to relax whether you’re traveling for business or leisure. The rooms were clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable beds that made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the amenities provided—they really made my stay more convenient and enjoyable. What stood out the most was the exceptional service. The staff Especially (Ms. Rica the cashier, Ms. Trish and Mr. Wayne, Mr. Bryan the FnB Attendants and to Ms. Lyrinne their shift leader to Ms. Pat the Duty Manager and to Sir Janssen the Front Office Manager and to Ms. Mea one of the FO agent, were consistently friendly, professional, as always ready to assist with a smile. During my stay everything felt smooth and well-organized. The location is also a big plus, as it’s conveniently situated near key areas in Quezon City, making it easy to get around. Overall, I highly recommend B Hotel for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a pleasant stay. I would definitely come back again!

However, it seemed there was no supervisor available at that time to guide and support them, which could have helped make the service even smoother. Overall, I appreciate the effort of the staff, but having a supervisor present would really improve the experience.

The chef made sure that there is variety of flavourful food spread during the buffet breakfast. Jencell the room attendant also made sure that the rooms is always clean and neat. We have been going back to B hotel in Quezon City and every time we visit, our experience has always been wonderful. For us, it’s the location as it’s near a church and restaurants, the quality service, the price and accommodating requests make this hotel a wonderful place to stay for us.

I especially appreciated the water filters on every floor, the fast lifts, and the 24/7 security. • Dining: The cafe closes at 10 PM with no room service, but online delivery is easy. • Accessibility: Use the rear drop-off point to avoid the front stairs if you have mobility concerns. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and the breakfast buffet is great. Highly recommended!

Props to Ms. Trish at the Pastry Corner. Check in was smooth, the room was spotless clean and well kept, and everything worked as it should. The bed was very comfortable, the space felt calm, and the overall setup made it so easy to settle in and rest properly.
