• Andrew (9/5): Pleasant and comfortable stay in an historic building with friendly, helpful staff. - The beautiful old historic building, conveniently located to the old port, Ducale Palace and other sites we wanted to see, and only a 5-minute walk to our pasta & pesto making class. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast, which was not included with our room, was very good with many tasty hot & cold offerings. There were a couple of minor issues with our room (e.g., the heating rack didn’t work), but they absolutely did not detract from our stay.

• Jay (10/5): Genova…. A beautiful city, Hotel Le Nuvole…… perfect to explore - The location was brilliant, breakfast was delicious, filling & plentiful and the hostess and receptionist were helpful I did not like that we had to leave. If we had the time I would have stayed in Genova longer.

I found the shared living spaces very comfortable and cozy-good place to settle down and have a drink in the evening. The area the hotel is located in did not feel very welcoming and safe during the evening and late night. We were robbed a few minutes away from the hotel on our way there. Obviously this is not a fault of the hotel, but bare in my mind when staying at the hotel. Though the hotel staff did try to help and resolve our issue by offering to call the police and assist with the language barrier.

• Janice (9/5): A very characterful and well situated place to stay - Great location . We liked the all day access to tea and coffee and having a lounge area to sit . The breakfast was excellent . The mattress wasn’t very comfortable and the duvet was very thin so I woke up feeling cold . Need some extra blankets in the room .

Staff were lovely and helpful. I found the common area with tea and coffee really cute. Staff also helped us with booking a taxi. The AC was a little loud at times but it didn’t ruin the whole stay.

• Diana (8/5): A nice hotel facility in a very old scary building - The room that we initially had was smelling mold and the staff was very concerned and gave us another room. I thank them for that, otherwise we would’ve changed the hotel. There was a facility at our floor which provided coffee, tea and water for free, place to sit and have a drink with friends- very convenient and well maintained. Very friendly staff! No access for cars, we had to get a tuktuk service which was available only from 10 to 15 о’clock. Other option is a taxi to the parking lot.

Próximo do Porto antigo, dos palácios e da estação Príncipe. Recomendo fortemente. A cama é muito boa mas o colchão é muito mole e pode causar algum desconforto.

Está situado justo al lado de una zona donde se junta gente poco agradable. De noche puede ser un poco incómodo llegar al hotel por tener que cruzarte con ellos. También dice en booking que tienen pero no es suyo, es un parking público a 10 min andando del hotel y vale 25€ al día estacionar. No es cómodo si viajas en coche.

Il Fabbro was a good dining option, just across the square. Although a little difficult to find because of the little streets and alleyways in Genoa, it is in a great location. Hotel is situated in the historic area of the city and in a pedestrian only zone, so there is no parking close by.

• Sabine (9/5): Wir waren rundherum zufrieden und empfehlenndas Hotel. - Zentrale Lage, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück im benachbarten Palazzo Grillo von 7.30-10.00 Uhr mit Hartkäse, Mozarella, Frischkäse, rohem und Kochschinken, Salami, mittelweich gekochten Eiern, Tomaten Ruccola, weißem und Fruchtjoghurt, Ananas-, Kiwi- und Papayascheiben, Apfel, Bananen, verschiedene Kuchen und Plätzchen, Säfte...Teeküche auf der Etage, wo man sich tagsüber oder abends Tee oder Kaffe zubereiten kann (dazu gab es noch großen Teller mit Plätzche). Zimmer im 4. Stock sind sehr geräumig (auch das Badezimmer) und mit dem Aufzug zu erreichen. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre gut gewesen.

• Mie (7/5): I think the location was good - It was a quiet and clean room. There was no coffee set in the room, so I thought it was inconvenient to have to leave the room every time I wanted coffee or tea.

• Desislava (9/5): Nice experience - No option to reach the property by car, it’s surrounded by pedestrian areas only. Any car must be parked at public parking and for this reason we had to walk around with our suitcases in order to reach the property. If you travel with a big luggage, it might bring a bit of discomfort to carry it.
