• Barbara (8/5): Consigliato - La posizione perfetta! A pochi passi dal centro storico. Proprietari attenti e disponibili. Appartamento pulito. Il doppio bagno un plus. Consigliato. Il sabato sera il vicinato è stato un pò rumoroso.

• Ruth (6/5): - Good roomy apartment in a great location. So near the historical centre. Directly above a bar which meant it was very noisy until 11pm. Find after then though and didn't matter to us as we were out then anyway.

• Carlos (3/5): Desilusión. No se ve en las fotos lo que es - La ubicación No se podían abrir las ventanas de dos cuartos por el olor que entraba. Dan a unos patios interiores con tubos de desagüe. En la cocina faltaban muchas cosas, no había ni suficientes tazas y platos. Los vasos/las tazas no estaban limpios. Cucaracha en la ducha. Mucho ruido por la noche por fiesta de estudiantes extranjeros en el apartamento de al lado.
• Kamil (9/5): Na krótki pobyt jest ok, dluższy mógłby być męczący. - Obiekt był położny w dobrej lokalizacji. Dwie łazienki. Właścicieli na prośbę wydłużyli dobę hotelową. Obiekt ma malutki aneks kuchenny z małą ilością przyborów kuchenny. W łazience nie można otworzyć okna ze względu na przykry zapach, tyczy się to również balkonu.

• Maria (8/5): Valencia - Da localização, ar condicionado, do espaço, da atenção do proprietário quando mudou a televisão e o microondas após eu ter pedido que trocassem por estarem em mau funcionamento. Podem melhorar os vestuários porque são em ferro e estão enferrujados o que pode danificar a roupa. Também poderia ter um forno elétrico e de mais panelas na cozinha. A zona também é um pouco barulhenta à noite por ter alguns bares na rua do alojamento.

• Emma (9/5): Great apartment and worth staying in - Location was great and it was very clean. Lots of space for 4 people. The host was very nice and accommodating. She let us check in early which was really appreciated. We all Would stay again. Would have been nice to have more towels, especially hand towels as 1 for 4 people for 4 days was not enough. Also more toilet paper would have been good.

• Kristina (9/5): It was perfect for our group of 5, comfortable and spacious and we loved the neighborhood. - Fantastic location, walkable to anything. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. It was a bit loud at night in the room looking onto the street with the windows open, but that’s part of being in a busy neighborhood and the middle room and back rooms were much quieter. The back rooms had windows on the inside of the building and there was a sewer smell so needed to keep those closed.
• Hristovk (9/5): Superb - Appartment is located in the city center, close to bars, restaurants, markets and bus and metro stations.Easy to travel to any other destination in the city. none that comes to mi mind.
• Raymond (9/5): Great apartment in an excellent location. - The apartment is clean and bright with good air conditioning. It is accessible via stairs or elevator. The bedrooms are alrge and the beds comfortable. Having two bathrooms is convenient and the showers are very good. The apartment itself is in an excellent location, a short walk into the historic centre. It is very close to lovely bars and restaurants. The bar Trapezzio across the square is very friendly. There is slight noise late at night from the bars downstairs but nothing really bothersome.

• Daniela (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment is really spacious, perfect size for two couples. Amazing location with lots of restaurants, bars and shops within a minute of walking. Everything is so close, you don’t need taxi or a bike to move around. Host is really friendly and communicative. Would recommend to stay here and will probably book it again myself. It’s older building so there’s no soundproofing, so we could hear everything going on in the building, but that did not make an impact at all on us. We still liked it.

• Legn8 (9/5): Nice apartment in best area of Valencia - - Location, it is in the middle of El Carmen (central area of Valencia both for partying both for services) and near to a police station. - esthetic: The apartment is very nice. - Equipment: There was everything you need for staying a week or longer! - host: Helpful and kind host. - maintenance: Some lights weren't working (I highlighted it to the host and it will be solved for future reservations) and also something was not well maintained (the washing machine didn't smell good and it didn't clean goods -but it can be related to the cleaner we used-; there was mold in one of the two coffee makers). - drying clothes: It is missing a space/support for drying the clothes (there is a small balcony but there is humidity and no recycle of air). - language: Who welcomed us, he didn''t know english.
• Julien (7/5): The location was good, appartement as well but there was noise construction in the morning all week - The location was really good, appartement as well but there was some really noisy construction inside the just under our appartement at the morning between 9am and 10:30 am. We were really desapointed because of the noise and the bedroom shaking because of that. I think it could be really Nice without building construction. It was during all the week which is hard living in holidays when you want to be lazy and live in a quite place In conclusion the place is confortable, good location, but too noisy when you try to chill. • Maxim (8/5): Good, modern, complete apartment at great location - Modern and complete apartment with everything you need. We only stayed one night. The beds and rooms were comfortable. As well as the bathrooms. The kitchen and living room are also good. Upon check in I had to sign a contract with the rental company. There should be absolutely no need for that, because I booked through Booking. There were clauses related to paying any damages, etc. I’m in contact with Booking to prevent these contracts for future guests.

• Marina (9/5): spacious apartment in the center - The location of apartment is great, everything is so close... You can buy your fresh breakfast in the central market, there are also lots of restaurant around. There was only soap on the wasbasin, there was no shower gel or shampoo. You have to bring yours. You can hear everything from the neighboring apartment, but it is everywhere in the old houses in the center. the cupboards are metal and the hangers are also metal, so together it makes terrible noises, especially when you want to go shopping quietly in the morning.

Being a little nitpicky: the apartment was a little dirty in the corners and some small spots on the floor. Also the metal clothing rack was very noisy.

Two bathrooms handy if travelling as a group. Only one of the bedrooms was en-suite, second bathroom opens straight out into living / dining area.

Grateful for washing machine. Perfectly located with short walk to market and everything really. Medium walk to bus 95 for City of Ciences. Very safe, and secure. Gracias Victoria If you want to be close to everything then there will be street noise. Tapas bars downstairs.

• Rumbidzai (8/5): Very good - Spacious and clean apartment. Great to have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in a central apartment. It's a modern apartment in a good state of repair Lots of nearby places of interest and plenty of bars and restaurants. Could not get the washing machine to work. Manager said to read the instructions which we did in several languages but no water came into the machine whatever setting we selected. Very disappointing but luckily the next place we stayed at a working machine. The main room double bed is very uncomfortable and gave me a bad back. I never complain about beds but I think maybe the mattress is too soft? Lovely room and ensuite otherwise. Would be good to know in advance that there is no oven. Maybe I missed it when booking but if you go to shop before checking in you can then avoid buying pizza and other things which need an oven.
