• esindrk (10/5): Nice and welcoming - I had a great experience during my one-day stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly accommodating and allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel even after our checkout time, which made it so convenient for us to handle our plans without any hassle. They didn’t charge anything for this service, which was a nice gesture. The cleanliness of the hotel was up to standard, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. I’d definitely consider staying here again!

• osayilgan (2/5): Terrible Experience, Disrespectful Place - Stayed in the hotel on Saturday night. Hotel has 2 lounge bars and a roof top restaurant. I wasn't allowed in any of these places because of being a single man while non customer people can use it. If you are not there with your girlfriend or wife they don't let you in. This is really disrespectful and I won't stay there again. Ibis is same price, I will prefer it instead and I will complain this place to related authorities. They only use hotel to be able have the Bar open for 24 hours. Another thing is they allow smoking inside, I don't believe how government give them this exception. Not a good place for non-smokers.

• seabirdbeachlover (8/5): Nice hotel but it's smokey - Hotel's location is very good. It's in the area where there are lots bars and restaurants and a big shopping mall. It's also close to historical center. Rooms are comfortable and equipped well. Breakfast was amazing. Staff was polite. The only problem is it's allowed to smoke in the rooms so our room smelt like an ashtray. Hotel has a bar downstairs so additional smoke goes to reception area and upstairs. It's was hard to breath in the evening at the reception. So if you're sensitive about smoke, this is not a hotel for you.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Poor staff - Poor staff, at breakfast was ignored while a mover of staff looked at YouTube on phone ignoring serving me. Rooms are OK, but heating was full on and way too hot. Opening windows to cool down and you get lots of noise.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Staff needs to be better trained - Hotel now called Hangover. Staff were not component, but in end did try and resolve issues. Front rooms are very noisy. Hotel was way too hot in January, radiators should be set to cool temperature during day as took ages to cool room. Breakfast needs to be improved, it's not self serve but have no menus!!!!!!

• 482hazalg (4/5): Business Trip Accomodation - I have stayed in this hotel for many times but at the last time there was a disappointing! I am non-smoker and I wanted to stay in also non-smoked room but it was smelled like cigarette and there were many of cigarette butts in the waste box. I think room was not cleaned and it was very small. I really disappointed.. I gave one grade for breakfast.

• Cemil (8/5): Üzüntü Verici Bir Deneyim ve Hayal Kırıklığı - Grand Namlı Hotel, eşim,çocuğum ve annem ile birlikte daha önce konakladığımız ve memnun kaldığımız bir aile oteldir. Normal ve temiz bir oda, güzel bir kahvaltı, merkezi bir konum. Misafirlerimizi de ağırlamak için oteli tekrar tercih ettim. Ama ilk giriş bir şok oldu. Bir hafta önce rezervasyon yapmama ve iki gün önce otel tarafından aranarak teyit edilmesine rağmen, Bize yan taraftaki aparttan iki oda verdiler. Aparttaki odadan resepsiyonu aradığımızda, Bize söyledikleri sebep otele grup girişi olduğu ve kesinlikle yer kalmadığı. Ayrıca oda bedelini çekmedikleriydi. Resepsiyona tekrar gittik ve bu apart odaları istemediğimizi, biz iki otel odası satın aldığımızı ve ödemesini 14 Eylül'de kredi kartı ile yaptığımızı söyledik. Yer yok diyenler bize iki otel odası verdiler. Biz bu yaşananlara rağmen otelde konakladık ve yinede memnun ayrıldık. Bize ve misafirlerimize bu yaşattıkları hiç hoş olmadı.

• shahanshan (8/5): The good hotel at right place - At the first view a nice lobby with resturant you can see, in these cold little town you can find comfortable and warm room at the middle of town, with less than 100 meter you can find biggest mall of town named espark and a many food shop and coffee shops About grand namli otel with 3stars i can say big room, the realy big room with comfort beds and accessories Its realy good for 3 star hotel the room without bad smell, good heating device and protected windows of sound and heat, you most pay normaly 140 tl for doble abd 184 for triple bed room bb. The breakfast is good but not perfect as i like but i think its good for 3star , you can serve your breakfast at open space front of otel, cause this otel located behind the street, may you hear some noise, but its not problem with windows Now lets talk about shower and bath, there is no problem for toilet, but the shower and sewage no, the water stop at the output abd thay over flow of shower place Except that i like this otel and services, i wish you have good memo of that
• kolombiyaligenc (2/5): Terrible - It was disguisting and smells like s**t.never ever been going there again and never recommended see the photos below in my "SUIT ROOM".there is no aircondition. gas heater in the room and there is no security on the entrance anyone can enter the otel at anytime.
• Nuri1960 (8/5): Excellent localisation - Excellent localisation to main entertainmet region of the city, riverside cafes, shopping mall. Staff is friendly and helpfull. Rooms are large well decorated but beds are realy soft and discomfortable. The owner hotel is a well known Turkish diary producer and they reflect all their experience at the breakfast menu so the breakfast is magnificent.
• Over65engineer (8/5): Comfortable large rooms - Nice hotel very clean. The double room is large with a small table and 2 armchairs, a long desk along the wall with proper light to read. Plenty of space in the wardrobe, and mirrors. The bathroom is wide and the shower is ok with plenty of hot water. Not enough bottles in the fridge, and the fan is noisy even when switched off. Good turkish style breakfast but no filter coffee.
• DrHam101 (8/5): Everything you need - and very helpful - Being Australians outside the normal tourist areas of Turkey we found the staff at the Grand Namli very helpful, particularly the two girls at the reception. They offered plenty of advice on where to visit and some language tips (not much English is spoken there). The hotel is central to all the shops, restaurants and so on. We were upgraded to the suites - plenty of room (although the kitchen was empty apart from a microwave. But we did not ask for cooking equipment). The hotel cafe is very good. Plenty of choice and a good breakfast and dinner. Again, the staff in the cafe were very friendly and offered food samples. All the chefs had a grasp of English (at least in food names) and went out of their way to ensure good service.
• 983yakupa (8/5): Very Impressed - I traveled here on business and had come to Ekişehir on a couple of prior occasions but stayed elsewhere. This time I tried Namlı and loved it. It was more economical with a lot more to offer. The location is great as it sits right in the middle of downtown. Surrounding it are restaurants, it is close to a mall but with all that said the rooms remained quiet at all times. The staff was friendly & very helpful. The rooms were comfortable and extremely clean. Breakfast was incredible with a lot of great options. For the price this is a great hotel experience!
• andreaojetti (8/5): Regular visitor - I go to Eskisehir very often for my job and always stay at Grand Namli. I find this hotel very good for business visitors. Rooms are spacious and modern, the location is in the center close to restaurants and shops, the breakfast (turkish style) is very rich, the staff is nice and available for anything you need, price/quality ratio is very good. What do you need more when around for business?
• g_lnihal_ (8/5): Really good - I didnt expect that Grand Namlı was a really good hotel. When I first saw, I thought ohh an old hotel. But then I realised, they are really good at what theyre doing. Their room has (for 3) has enough space (not so closely spaced with the furnitures) Every detail in the room is excellent. It doesnt have a great view; but it's 5 minutes walk to 222 Park (As you know, everybody visits there when they go to Eskisehir) Espark is cross Grand Namlı Hotel. It's in the center. Havelka, KafePi, Kahve Dunyasi is other cafe&bars near the hotel. Their breakfast is amazing. Their staff is helpful. I really loved this hotel.
• TubaKoseogluOkcu (6/5): Okeyish Experience - We stayed in this hotel during a weekend visit to Eskisehir. The hotel is in downtown and at walking distance to all notable places in the city but in fact all places are like that in Eskisehir, the city being relatively small. The building has no attraction nor architectural aesthetic. The rooms are not too spacious nor small. The bed sheets and duvet are all in satin (in our case red satin) which made sleep a bit difficult: it was too warm, too "sliding" and it was not giving, at least to us, a "clean" impression. The best part of the hotel was the dinner: the meals are super delicious and this compensate for the lack of attentive service of the personnel. Open buffet served at breakfast is satisfactory as well but toast rack was broken and was looking clean either. The reception was working flawless.
