• Dylan (5/5): Good enough but disappointing. - The location was good. It was very unhygienic.
• Padziak (9/5): Cosy and happy place 🩷 - Clean, everything was working. There was an iron and a hairdryer, and the kitchen had all the tools needed. Lots of storage room with cupboards and wardrobes. The communication with the host was very easy and helpful. The pool was also clean. The apartment was within walking distance to the shopping centre and the beach and so many restaurants. The bed was a bit creaky, because it was metal.

• Tina (10/5): Lovely stay - Everything was great, nice cosy apartment in the center of kato Paphos, full equipment kitchen, tv, wifi, balcony with pool view, double bed and the bath. Mrs Elena was great, helpful and very friendly. Check in is Forbiten for me, 16.30 is to late.

• Jayne (5/5): - Very good location Didn't get clean towels or bedding for the whole 9 nights the washing machine was broken so we couldn't use that! And at night there are cockroaches what come out of a little hole under the shower tray where there's a hole.The pan cupboard smelt as well and the drain in the kitchen sink didn't drain properly. Would I stay again ..NO
• Mary (4/5): We are both suffering from lower back ache. - Good location, Air Con, Shower. Local buses good €2 to Paphos airport, which run till 1am. Mattress uncomfortable and badly stained. No sofa bed / no cleaning products as stated in booking.com. Only small washing up liquid/sponge. View was a car park. Pool did not use dirty very green only cleaned when we enquired. Sun loungers old and dirty.

• Erminia Donatella (8/5): Near to one of the best stroll on a seaside, especially at sunset - The greatest quality that this apartment has is the location: it is about 500 meters away from a fabulous walk on the sea, between the beaches and the archaeological sites of Paphos. Among other things the sun sets on the sea, so if you walk it at dusk it is magnificent. It's very close to Lighthouse beach. The apartment is well kept, it has a nice bathroom, it has a washing machine (which I particularly appreciated!), it has air conditioning, it has a balcony where you can hang out your clothes, it has Wi-Fi, it has a parking space in the internal courtyard. I felt very comfortable. The host is kind and you can also communicate by WhatsApp, it's very easy. The swimming pool is practically useless because it is all in the sun, a small fenced pool and placed in the center of the courtyard with unused chairs. So if you are looking for the swimming pool, perhaps this is not the right apartment.

• Lisu (7/5): Good - The accommodation offers optimal conditions, the kitchen is minimally equipped, the bed in the bedroom needs clean linen, as do the blankets that need to be replaced. The towels were faded, but we used our own. For the price paid, it would be advisable to pay more attention. Noisy mornings, from the first hour there is work at a workshop to the right of the balcony. The first day the Wi-Fi did not work, after the host's instructions it was resolved, but I don't understand why the service's functionality was not checked before the accommodation. I requested an invoice at the end of the stay, I was told that if I paid through Booking it cannot be given. Booking is only the intermediary (the platform that facilitates finding a host) it has no way of giving an invoice for services, because it is not the accommodation unit, and that is also the response received from the platform.

• Jill (10/5): Location and flat many thumbs up . - The location was excellent for bus access to all parts of the city. The facilities in the flat were excellent. Nice hot shower. Very clean. Hosts very responsive. Fruit market close by and walkable to Mall . Some of the wall art.

• Joan (10/5): Exceptional - Central location to restaurants, bars, shops, beach (walk along past MacDonalds and turn next left and straight on), bus station. Also easy to get a bus to Karvella Bus Station in Paphos Town to pick up the very cheap InterCity buses to Limossol, Larnaca and Aya Napa also bus to the harbour and water park. Comfy bed, everything you need to cook. It was extremely hot early in Cyprus this year and there wasn't enough shade by the pool however the Kings Hotel across the road allowed us to use their pool for a small charge. Cleaning once a week, change of bed linen and towels was superb even though we ensured the property stayed in order. Host was flexible which helped us enormously and kept in touch to ensure we were OK. Property suited us. I've seen reviews where guests were concerned about the area but mainly residents live in the three blocks with their children and it is very close to the main strip of bars and restaurants and we felt safe at night. The police are just acting as security guards in one of the buildings across from the bus station. Also meeting someone for access to the keys is recommended as it can be quite complicated finding the current building. We had already stayed in Paphos for two months prior to ataying at this property and was able to locate it before we arrived.

• Claudia (7/5): Good - Not the nicest location. Didn't feel very safe coming at home in the evening. Toiletseat needs replacement, is a bit disgusting. Also the procedure of getting in the flat is not the most comfortable one. You need to call someone who will pick you up on the street.

• Adele (10/5): Cosy apartment, great location, good communication - Everything, it was all lovely, nice cosy little apartment in a quiet residential area near everything you could need or want to see in Paphos 🙂 Clean and cosy, great location, good communication from owners. Fantastic and I'd stay again on a return visit happily 🙂 Nothing to dislike, all was fine
• Liliia (8/5): Very good - It was perfect for one person! Only what you need to take slippers and shampoo 😇🙏 Any other stuff was in the place (hairdryer, towels, iron, 2 airconditioners, full kitchen stuffs ect). And I like the location 🙏 that’s only 10 min from the beach, 18 min from bus station, old city centre, promenade and 2 open-air museums 😍 One day was only cold water. I don’t know the reason, ‘cuz I’ve been too busy to sort this problem out 😃 and the next day everything was working 🤷‍♀️
• Lorena (10/5): Great price, best location - Best location, you can walk to the tombs and the archeological sites. Very clean and well equipped, simple but has everything you need. For some reason there was always a police car at the entrance of the apartment complex. The neighborhood seemed safe, but that made me uneasy
