Important Information
Gashalti Health Hotel offers a variety of medical and wellness treatments, including Naftalan, Iodine-Bromine, Fito Baths, and Physiotherapy sessions. The hotel also provides dermatological treatments, including the above mentioned therapies, as well as specialized therapeutic procedures.
Guests are required to pay 2 AZN for medical insurance, each day.
Guest are required to send a copy of their passport before arrival.
Please note that guests of the sanatorium are request to bring a photo ID, as well as any health-related documents necessary such as an insurance card and relevant medical papers. Children should be accompanied with their birth certificate.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Gashalty Sanatorium (Naftalan, Azerbaijan) for the high quality of service and medical care. The sanatorium has excellent and very attentive doctors who genuinely care about patients’ health and treatment results. I would especially like to highlight the physiotherapy department — all procedures are carried out professionally, calmly, and with great care for each patient. Special thanks to the staff working with the Naftalan oil baths. They are attentive, patient, and always ready to help or explain everything. The treatments are truly effective and bring noticeable improvement. Единственный момент, который немного портит общее впечатление, — это устаревший ремонт, который уже требует обновления. Также иногда ощущается неприятный запах из туалетной комнаты. Это действительно единственные минусы, так как во всём остальном санаторий оставляет очень хорошее впечатление, особенно благодаря персоналу и качеству лечения. The only aspect that slightly affects the overall impression is the outdated interior, which would benefit from renovation. Additionally, there is sometimes an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. These are the only drawbacks, as in all other respects the sanatorium leaves a very positive impression, especially due to the excellent staff and high-quality medical care.

- Svetlana (7/5): Красивая картинка, но на деле много недочетов! - Персонал отеля очень приветливый и всегда готов пойти на помощь, заселили раньше времени, продлили,так же, время выезда. Хороший бассейн, красивая территория. Для детей предоставили отдельные кровати. Номер был чистый. В номере есть все необходимое, принесли фрукты по приезде , воду обновляли каждый день, интернет работал хорошо. Есть поля и мячи для волейбола, футбола и баскетбола. Мы выбрали этот отель, так как было заявлено, что там есть боулинг, детская площадка, несколько игровых автоматов, аэрохоккей. По факту: боулинг сломан и за все дни его не сделали, игровые автоматы и аэрохоккей тоже не работали, детская площадка не такая как на фото. Часть разобрана, уличные тренажеры лежат на земле не установленные. Даже кофемашину не починили за 5 дней! Еда однообразная, выбор был, но не большой. Огромные очереди за чеками на процедуры и это в несезон. Мы бронировали 4 ночи без лечения, лечение оплачивали отдельно и если посчитать общий счет, то вышло дорого для таких условий! Еще не понравилось, что после ванны с нафталаном, тебя «скребут» железной ложкой для обуви! Серьезно!!!! Приобретите что-то более деликатное и подходящее ( как итог, мужу поцарапали ногу). После процедуры ты смываешь нафталан гелем для душа с составом, не подходящем для людей с кожными проблемами ( приобретите, хотя бы детский гель для душа или предупреждайте об этом, что бы люди брали то,что им подходит). Тренажерный зал: стоит много всего, но работает не всё! Из 4 или 5 беговых дорожек работала одна и во время бега она резко остановилась ( это хорошо что я не бегала быстро, а то последствия были бы не очень) Велотренажеры так же, большая часть не работала.

If I am not mistaken therapeutic massages are free in many such centers!However therapeutic massages in this center are paid!

- Hesam (3/5): absolutely i wouldn’t recommend it. - just meals, staff was super confusing. they weren’t match with each other specifically the reception whole day we were looking for pool time table and new year event schedule. corridors smells odor. and room was wet. bathroom pipes was old and rusty. i spen 150$ per night but i get surprised last day when i asked a cleaning lady a bottle of small water and she said you are leaving hotel so we can’t give you water.
