- Kirsten (2/5): I’m pretty upset about how it wasn’t resolved - I love it there I booked 2 beds and got one and I had to sleep on a cott to avoid sleeping with a male friend and I woke up in pain. Holiday inn exp was supposed to call me about the issue and never did.

- Tierra (10/5): It was great. - Check-in was fast and the customer service was great. The pool stayed open until 11am and the complimentary breakfast was fantastic. Thy were under renovations but it didn't case and trouble.

- JamHeadFace (8/5): This place will be superb when all the renovations are completed - The parking lot seemed newly paved and the breakfast options were better than average The original room we were put in had a non-working air/ac unit, despite apparently just being renovated. Thankfully the woman at the front desk was able to put us into a new room with working air as soon as I told her about the issue. But the new room was on a floor that was still in the middle of renovation so the construction crews were working all around us starting very early in the morning. I was staying here for work so I happened to be getting up early anyway, but if that wasn't the case it would have been very inconvenient to say the least

She dropped the ratedown from $2??.?? to $98. Andwhen we went to check out the Maindesk hostess state that since it was through Booking.com it couldn't be honored . So don't ever use booking .com. They nevergave me the $. back.

- Douglas (8/5): It was at a good location for our visit to Ohiopyle state park and some of the historical places. - Liked the sausage and the cinnamon rolls and coffee Easy to find the motel. It was quiet at night. The towels are very absorbent, but do not dry out fast enough for the next day. The channels on the tv didn't quite match up with the list.

- Brenda (1/5): Found a bed bug on - I like the breakfast We got there on Friday at 11PM, we got there so tired. We had fell asleep, at 1AM I got up to use the restroom I saw a bedbug on my daughter pillow. I called the front desk and it took a long time for someone to answer my call, they wrote a note for the morning person, around 1PM they had move us to another room. We didn’t even get an apology or a call to see if we were doing okay from the manager. We didn’t sleep that night when we found the bedbug I was to busy waking up every hour to check on the bed my kids were sleeping on. All they did is send us to another room, no refund for the first night, no apology not anything!

- Jan (10/5): Nice stay the maintenance issues weren’t really that bad we made it work for the 3 days. - Location Our room had multiple maintenance issues. Door was slanted so it wouldn’t lock, bathroom overhead light wouldn’t work several light switches that wouldn’t do anything.

Eggs, sausage, bacon looked bad and tasted bad. Automatic pancake machine produced thin below average cakes. Biscuits and gravy was fair. Have cereal oatmeal muffins and such. May want to hit a local restaurant.

- Joyce (10/5): happy and fun! - All of the staff that we met were just such sweet angels, they were all so kind and loving to us! We loved the breakfast ~ there were many options available and we felt very loved by the people :) My sister enjoyed the pool and she had a blast in there ~ the beds were super cozy as well, they felt like you were sleeping on a cloud <3 We also brought our pet and he found a cozy place to sleep under the bench in the room and we loved the treats that they sweetly gave us for him.

Kids loved the food Our room had few issues with plugs not working in some spots for chargers to be plugged in. Our commode was really good at clogging n taking serious effort to unclog.
