- Meltem (4/5): - Der Preis für dieses Hotel war sehr günstig, dass muss ich vorab erwähnen. Die kleinen Erwartungen waren trotzdem nicht erfüllt. Das schlimmste war, dass unser Zimmer im Untergeschoss war. Sehr ungewohnt?! Die erste Nacht war für mich schrecklich, da das Zimmer für mich wie ein Bunker wirkte. In der Beschreibung ist dies nirgends erwähnt. Hätte ich das gewusst, hätte ich das Zimmer keinesfalls gebucht. Das Personal war ich nicht freundlich, begrüsst wurde man nie wirklich. Ich habe bereits in anderen Hotels dieser Preiskategorie übernachtet und muss dazu sagen, dass dieses Hotel mit den anderen Hotels definitiv nicht mithalten kann. Fazit: Diese Hotel würde ich niemals wieder buchen.

Pas du tout le même petit déjeuner en fonction de l’heure d’arriver alors que en arrivant à 8h on paye le même prix que ceux arriver à 7h

Very comfortable beds, we had a very good rest, thank you 🙏 great breakfast and excellent service. No issue ordering a taxi via the front counter. Check in check out straight forward. It was our second stay with holiday inn express, last year 2 night stay in a different country, same hotel chain, similar experience. Highly recommended ❤️

- Pascal (8/5): - Der Nachtrezeptionist hat uns äußerst unfreundlich empfangen; erst hat er angeblich die Garagenklingel nicht gehört (wir haben 3x geklingelt) und uns erst beim Anruf unfreundlich auf diese hingewiesen. Angeblich hatten wir keine Reservation und nur als wir insistiert haben hat er sich dazu bequemt, mal auf den Drucker zu schauen. Die Dame beim Checkout hingegen war das komplette Gegenteil, sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und das Bett bequem. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Paris/Versailles bleibt das Hotel eine Option, wenn auch nicht die Günstigste. Das Frühstück, das den Preis evtl. zusätzlich rechtfertigt, haben wir leider verpasst.

You would expect they would have figured out how to fix that issue and be able to burn some toasts without waking up and asking clients to evacuate. Other tgan that, breakfast was great.

- Hafiz (10/5): Best stay in Paris - As soon as we arrived we was given our room early as it was ready and normally you’d have to wait till checking in time. Great excellent service all round with the hotel staff going out their way and speaking to you, making sure everything is ok and we are enjoying our holiday. Two main people stood out for me Aurelia and Joe who made sure everything was ok and Aurelia going out of her way to help me with some of my cold food which I wanted to take back with me. I have to say it’s a great location, very quiet so you’ll not be disturbed and with great staff.

Det virkede perfekt for os og vi sparede lidt penge sammenlignet med et hotel i Paris' centrum. Personalet er venligt og serviceminded. Gode værelser og fin morgenmad.

- Arman (4/5): Service was awful. - I’m a traveler and not picky about hotels, but this hotel disappointed me. We had three rooms. 2 of them ready at 5:30 pm and one at 9 pm. Room service was awful. They clean the room around 6 or 7 pm when we got back from our Daly tour and needed some rest and sleep. Always said we don’t have enough staff to clean all rooms in morning. I don’t recommend this hotel at all

Pulizia della camera pessima, le lenzuola anche se sporche non venivano cambiate, le tazze sporche non venivano cambiate, c’era il bollitore ma non mettevano le bustine di Nescafé e di zucchero….. personale poco cordiale e attento. Una volta , in una camera, non è’ stato rifatto nemmeno il letto…….mancava spesso la carta igienica e gli asciugamani per i quali bisognava chiamare per farseli portare……. In questo hotel Non ci tornerei più

- Paul (4/5): Not happy at all - I called you guys ten days before I left and changed my booking. Lady on phone said it was taken care off. She put me on hold while she called hotel. I changed my booking from three nights to two. When I got to hotel they refused to change my booking to two nights and charged me for three nights even though I checked out after two nights. I want a complete refund for the extra night since you guys said you had taken care of it. It’s really not good enough. Would like to hear from someone immediately

- Zsuzsanna (8/5): Good quality hotel near Versailles/Paris - We stayed one night in HIE Velizy with famliy towards our trip to Versailles. We parked on the street but also a paying parking lot was available in the hotel. We arrived cca 21:00, staff was kind trying to give rooms close each others. Our two rooms were labelled to be on garden level, but actually looking on stairs and ramps but for the one night it was ok. Rooms were spacious and immaculate. Motorway is next, but windows are sound proof. Breakfast was buffet (but not hot) with good choices.
