• Helen (3/5): The chap on reception was pleasant enough but we were pleased to be on our way the next day. - Location was fine. They provided us with a parking space as promised which was a little tight to manouevre into. The chap on the desk was very polite and wanted to be helpful but checking in seemed to take a while. We had 2 rooms between us. When booking I asked for non smoking for both but one smelt heavily of smoke. In the other, when using the sink the plug got stuck in the sink hole when full of water and couldn't be released. We couldn't see any mechanism to release it. They said they'd had to call a plumber to do it. We didn't use the plug after that because there still didn't seem to be a way to release it and despite asking the chap on reception, there was a difficulty in understanding each other because of our limited Spanish and we were pretty tired from our flight and drive so we just gave up.

Pues tal cual, increíble que un establecimiento que no debe tener demasiada antigüedad esté en ese estado, todo muy muy muy sucio, mi alergia a los ácaros ha dado fe, remiendos en el baño que da grima ducharse, del parking ni hablamos, si tienes algo más grande que un Panda, ni lo intentes, un pena por el sitio en el que está, desde la puerta de recepción, ya da imagen de abandono, tiene la misma roña que el resto de ventanas del hotel. Increíble el olor parecido a tabaco que hay en la habitación, no entiendo nada… Me fíe de las valoraciones de booking pero os invito a leer las reseñas de Google

• Carmen (8/5): A un paso de la arena - La amabilidad de los empleados de recepción, dispuestos a ayudar y facilitar cualquier cosa que necesitamos para hacer más fácil y cómoda nuestra estancia. La amplitud de la habitación y comodidad de la cama y también que tiene un espejo de cuerpo entero. Estaba todo bien, solo como dato a veces se perdía la señal de la wifi en la TV y las luces de las mesitas de noche no son independientes, se encienden y se apagan las dos a la vez, pero tampoco nos supuso un problema.

• Lisa (10/5): Perfect for a weekend visit to Sabinillas / Duquesa - It was perfect for an overnight stay, location is great, taxi rank is 2 minutes walk. Right on the beach. We were attending a friend's birthday celebration and it was exactally what we needed. The hotel were very good at communication. We would stay here again.

Jedoch verfügt das Hotel über Parkplätze in einer Tiefgarage. Diese können uU reserviert werden. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, u.a. für einen Besuch von Gibraltar.

A recepciós segítőkész volt és elég rugalmas - a check-out 11 óra előtt self-check-out :) Leromlott állapotban van a hotel és a szobák is. A teremgarázs nincs befejezve, és a lejárat szűk, ezért nagy autóval nem érdemes kérni parkolást.
