Le petit déjeuner a besoin d'être amélioré : jus de fruits industriel alors qu' on apprécierait un jus naturel. Les fruits proposés ne sont pas variés et pas au top de leur maturité et fraîcheur. Pas de pâtisserie, ni de beurre, seulement de la margarine. Quel dommage ! J'aurais mis une note supérieure s'il y avait eu un bon petit déjeuner.

• Palma (10/5): Amazing service and great value - Very pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and size of the room...looks to have been recently renovated. A delightful hotel in a great area of downtown close to all the shopping. But most of all the service was amazing...all the staff was very friendly and helpful with whatever our needs were. Definitely will be staying here again when we are up this way.

• Ron (10/5): - Luckys is an old hotel and casino that was bought and remodeled by the same company that owns the Fiesta casinos in Costa Rica.. The rooms are brand new and beautiful. Diego, the hotel manager was very helpful with all my needs. Beautiful place. I’m not a gambler so I cannot speak for the casino but the hotel is very nice.

• Klaas (8/5): Very good - It is a very basic hotel and rooms are functional but without much thought about interior design. OK if you need to break up your journey. Neighbourhood looks OK (no presence of the oldest profession around the casino).
• John (9/5): Our Lucky Casino stay - Location was very good. Breakfast was very good. The staff were very helpful and good. The beds were very noisy. Street noise.
• James (8/5): - Staff on reception and at breakfast were very polite and welcoming. They gave us our VIP welcome gifts and room upgrade. The room was spacious and had good air conditioning. A little dated in places, but overall very good. Clean sheets and towels. The area was a little out of the centre, with a more local feel; but it felt as safe as any larger city would in the daytime and evening. 15 minutes walk to the bus stations. Breakfast was a typical plate, plus fruit, toast and drinks; served in a bright dining room. The shower needed some hooks and shelves, but otherwise a perfectly decent place to stay.

• Dustin (10/5): - Hotel room was very affordable and clean. The in-house restaurant had excellent and very affordable food with Private parking garage provided. It's in a busy part of town with the casino downstairs.
• Dominik (8/5): Very good - I had a pleasant stay. The standard rooms are not too big but okay for some nights. It was clean. There is a 24/7 reception. Breakfast was good.
• Jovan (8/5): Good place to stay if you need to be close to the town center. - Very close to the town center. Staff was pleasant. Room big and clean. Wifi was not reaching my room and there was no lounge area. Breakfast could have been bigger and definitely more than a small cup of coffee.

We need to go to public area for Wi-Fi, which was very inconvenient for us. 2, This hotel is located in city centre and doesn’t have good sound-proof, so it’s very noisy day and night.
• Gary (10/5): Lucky's Hotel - Lucky's Hotel is a great place to stay in town. Restaurants are walking distance as is the square. Rooms and property facilities are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is included and casino menu is available.
• Christopher (10/5): Cozy room and lots of people watching. - We didn't spend any time in the casino but the hotel was exactly what we needed. Everything was clean, the staff was friendly & helpful, breakfast was delicious, the bed was super soft, and the black-out drapes help with the early sunrises. Across the street is a fun rock'n'roll bar and the people watching was a lot of fun. We would definitely stay here again.

• Sarah (8/5): - Lucky's is an easy walk to the town square and many restaurants. The rock n roll bar/restaurant across the street was easy for after dark dinner. The staff was courteous and eager to help. Although the air conditioning in the room seemed inadequate during the warm afternoons, by evening the room was comfortably cool. I would choose this property again because the staff was so good.

• James (4/5): Noise and Cold Water - I gave a bad overall rating because of 2 issues. First, I had no hot water and very little pressure at all. I went to the desk and they did something to increase the pressure (a little) but did not get it hot. Also, it was very loud. There is a bar across the street and they played music until 2:00 a.m.

Delicious breakfast. Large, modern shower. Clean rooms and hotel. Stylish interior. Great views of the city and mountains from the room. Wifi was spotty in the room but worked fine closer to the lobby. Conveniently located near bus stations, mercados and restaurants. Plus the front-desk staff had answers to all of our questions about getting around, which we really appreciated. It's an excellent hotel.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Overall good value for this hotel - We found this hotel difficult to navigate to with one-way streets all over and restricted parking (there are only a few secure spots, otherwise you have to park on the street). The area was a bit noisy at night. The hotel and room itself was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The complimentary breakfast buffet was enjoyable, although we would have appreciated access to coffee or tea a little earlier.

Food was cold...but coffee was hot. Casino a friendly quiet place. Lobby very nice. Area has several good restaurants and u can walk to downtown area easily.
• Curtis (10/5): A fine stay - Stayed 4 nights, for some work and a weekend. The room was nice and plenty clean. The pictures are accurate. The typical breakfast was excellent. The WiFi fine. A/C if needed in the heat of the day. The staff was extra friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient to downtown. Parking is secure, but a little tricky. You need to either back in or out of a tight space, but the security guy helps. It's much easier the second time. I didn't step into the casino, but it was there. Several eateries just across the street. Even more if you walk for two or three small, city blocks. Located just two blocks off the Pan-American Hwy, but far enough to be quiet. ABC, CBS, CNN and HBO in English, via a Miami station. Lots more channels in Spanish.

• Amrvar03 (6/5): Excelente staff but hotel outdated - I had stayed in this hotel many times, I really recommend some updates. . Needs new towels(they're wear off) , bathrooms renovation( facets, drains, shower handle, head shower) new bedding ( sheets and pillows cases had holes), new furniture and curtains( same since 2004) . The Restaurant had a very nice location! But breakfast buffet was cold and not variety. Beautiful building, nice staff, just need some love!
