• Karina (10/5): - La atención muy bien, muy cercano a la playa y al centro. Y cuando llegamos nos dijeron que tenían un convenio con un condominio cercano para uso de la piscina y parqueo, algo que no esperaba.

• Paul (10/5): - The young girl that checked me in when I got in in the afternoon was very polite. I saw her every day and she made my stay more enjoyable than anything. I wished I could’ve seen her to tell her goodbye and thank you, but I left too early in the morning. I wanted to pay her for washing my clothes, but I could not find her. Hopefully, I’ll come back through there soon. I like the fact that they had coffee waiting for me at 7 o’clock every morning. The rooms were made of handmade wood and was really cool. The beds could’ve been a little bit more comfortable but overall a very nice and comfortable place. They could spend a little bit of money and replace the faucets to the sink in the shower because they sprayed in all different directions very cheap and inexpensive fix in the future

• Hellen (10/5): Experiencia en el Cadillac Rock Beach Hotel - El servicio al cliente de las colaboradoras del hotel. El orden y el aseo de las instalaciones. Entre precio y comodidad es una excelente opción. Tiene muy buena ubicación,es céntrico. De donde lo quieras ubicar, tiene accesos a la playa. Cerca de supermercados, restaurantes, se encuentra a la par de la tienda Best Brands. No cuentan con piscina dentro del hotel pero te ofrecen una excelente opción. De cortesía te brindan un café por las mañanas en la zona de la terraza. En cada baño hay jabón para manos, papel higiénico y toallas de baño. Cuentan con calentador de agua, lo cual tienes agua fría y caliente para ducharse. Las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado, ventilador,las camas son super cómodas, las habitaciones cuentan con refrigerador pequeño, ropero, pantalla plana y mesita de noche con una lámpara. E tenido la oportunidad de reservar por medio de WhatsApp y por Booking, ambas son confiables y seguras. En temporada alta mejorar la eficiencia y eficacia para dar respuesta tanto en vía telefónica como por medio de WhatsApp.

• Russell (1/5): Keep looking it’s really not worth even if it’s cheep - Not much to like about this hotel. It’s an old tired hotel, and needs lots of updating. Pictures in Booking.com made it look better than it was. Had two room one couple had to move 2 times due to A/C, then next one having flooding problems. Last room had the loud bar on the other side of the wall.

On the other hand, it offers parking, nonetheless, if you arrived and there is not space in the parking lot you need to search for a parking. Also, if you find space is better not to move your car otherwise someone else could take your place.

• Dorella (3/5): Mixt. Next time (?) we will go to a hotel with an elevator. - ,There was n-o breakfast and n-o refrigerator as advertised, all food we brought got spoiled. We liked the AC, and the staff was very helpful, When we wanted to take a shower there was no hot water. The staff was fast to repair it, but the shower wasn’t good, was spraying in all directions . Maybe the rooms were better upstairs, but I cannot climb stairs, so the very nice Margarita gave us that room on the ground floor .

The bed was large and comfortable. I wish there were some extra towels. When I checked in late night around 12 there were homeless people sleeping around the property. The neighborhood seemed very unsafe

There was no toilet paper when we got there and there was nobody in the reception to talk to. The card for the room didn’t work 3 times and we had to switch it every time (in one day). And the women in the reception charged me with higher price then the booking.
