Nice quiet neighbourhood, just what i needed after a long flight. Areas outside to relax as well as a communal pool. Short walk to bars, cafes and restaurants on beaufort street. Not far from the airport. Close to east perth train station. The host was very helpful with clear instructions and recommendations via whatsapp Not much at all, worth mentioning that this is east perth so not central or by the beach but its also not that long in a taxi from attractions

Nous aurions bien volonté prolonger si la suite avait été disponible! Przystanek autobusowy 100m od posesji. Przestronne pomieszczenia. Bardzo wygodne łóżko. Cisza i spokój. Piękne prywatne ogródki na wieczorne pogawędki. Shuttersy dobrej jakości zapewniają prywatość i spokojny sen wolny od zewnętrznego oświetlenia. Basen dla gości. Wygodne prywatne miejsca parkingowe przed posesją. Idealne miejsce na pobyt w Perth i zwiedzanie miasta. Absolutnie nic.

- PageSydney (10/5): What a great place to stay - For what some may call a B&B this place is really the standard of a 5 star hotel room. We stayed for 2 nights in the Parkside Suite. The bedroom which is separate has a en suite, combined kitchen, lounge and dining area with plenty of room. The fridge is stocked with beer, wine and soft drink at reasonable prices. We were met by the owner who showed us to our suite and then a guided tour of the place. They live on site and were available for any assistance that we may had needed. There is a security gate at the entrance to the property. The pool area is spacious with a pool just the right size for the place. There is undercover parking for 3 vehicles. The location is close to public transport, nearby restaurants, shops and park. Certainly recommend for a quite stay.

- Mark (10/5): - Very relaxed and cruisy place. Nice, quiet, comfy. Perfect little kitchenette. Excellent location to walk to great restaurants. Also excellent to walk to East Perth station where all regional buses depart, plus many train options to the city & beyond. Next time we are back in Perth will definitely stay there again. - Peter (9/5): Enjoyable, relaxing and very comfortable - The accommodation was spacious and well layed out. On arrival the owner met us and showed us to the room and also a tour of the facilities. The fridge was well stocked with beer, wine and soft drinks with a reasonable price list visable. A 1 lt milk in the fridge and a chocolate on the pillow was an added touch. There is carport for 3 cars and about 10 drive to the city. There is a pool with pool towels provided. The bathroom taps were a little hard to use and the TV reception was frustrating.

Parking is a bit tight so travel with a small vehicle if you are bringing one. Understandable though as this property is in a private neighbourhood.

Lovely apartment with everything we needed. So nice to have outside space aswell as a pool and communal area although we didn’t have time to use it. Lolita was welcoming and enthusiastic about the area. The main access door doesn’t reflect what’s behind it.

On our first day, she showed us around the accommodation, introduced the facilities, and even shared her recommendations for local restaurants and cafés. The room was spotless, well-organized, and offered plenty of privacy. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to return if we have the chance.

- Beverley (10/5): A beautiful hidden gem! - Haven on the Park was just perfect. I travelled with my husband on this visit and decided to try Haven instead of a ‘vanilla overpriced hotel’. What a great choice! Lolita is so friendly. Meeting us on arrival and messaged through restaurants, cafes, things to do and see in the area. Such a great find!! The yapping dog in the house opposite 😩

Highly recommend. - Fabulous location and very accessible on foot to the restaurants and bars in Beaufort Street. Super quiet street and lovely setting with a beautiful villa style pool area to relax in after a full day of work. Very private with the freedom to come and go as you like. And free parking! Ceiling fan in bedroom is needed as air con did not quite reach bedroom area.

- Nina (6/5): Unfortunately this property does not provide breakfast - Lovely hosts, and beautiful clean surroundings and pool. The room was very small as was the shower. The toilet is seperate and there was no real bathroom. Bed was amazingly comfortable and the pool music was a delight. There is no breakfast included, despite.what reviews were left. We were told by the host to buy our own breakfast through UberEats! One box of muesli was listed at costing $10 if we had used it. Artwork and the life size sculpture of a man with his genitals hanging down was a bit inappropriate. That was just our opinion.

- Alice (9/5): a piece of heaven in Perth - such a beautiful accommodation, it looks like a "boutique hotel" loved the style and the tasteful decor! spacious room, very comfy bed with lots of pillow choice (wich I absolutely ADORE), kitchenette with everything you might need for a simple meal (the microwave is also a regular oven AND an air-frier), coffee, teas, salt and pepper... there was also a big table, a couch, smart tv with all streaming services already logged-in (wich is THE BEST), two nice and private outdoor seating area... extra blanket in the closet, bathroom robes... and then the outdoor shared area with the pool and the garden was amazing, with another nice seating area and good music playing during the day...here in the outdoor area there were also sunscreen, mosquito repellent and an ice machine as a courtesy for the guests. Attention to details is EVERYTHING and Lolita and her team definitely knows this. My stay here was an absolute treat and I can't but recommend this gem in Perth - also the district is a quiet one but with an excellent choice of cafes, restaurants and pub.

- Richard (10/5): Perfect Haven! - The suite was spacious, comfortable and immaculately clean. There were thoughtful extras such as an umbrella, selection of teas, coffee and milk provided, and other food and drink available for purchase. The swimming pool and communal seating area was lovely. The hosts were friendly and helpful, but not intrusive. The road was quiet but within a short drive of the city centre and beaches.
