• Motonobu (4/5): - 五連泊したが、一度も部屋の掃除が入りませんでした。エアコンもリモコンが無く、運転か停止しかありません。エアコンの位置が悪く風が顔に直撃するので、つけたまま寝るのは難しく、かといって切ると暑いです。一泊くらいなら安いし我慢できると思いますが、連泊はお勧めしません。立地は良いです。

• Pratesi (7/5): Good - We had a very pleasant stay at Jamsil 2.4 Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for getting around. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always available when we had questions or needed assistance. Everything went smoothly during our stay, and we truly appreciated the welcoming atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you for the great experience!

• MIYABI (6/5): - ･チェックインは機械でok簡単です。予約番号より名前で照合かけると直ぐ出来ます。チェックアウトは直接カウンターへカードキーを渡せば終わりです。 ･部屋に電子レンジありませんでした。一階まで降りて、エレベーター前に共用の物がありますので、それを使用。 ･部屋に備え付けのタオルが全部臭い。消臭スプレーを持参していたので、それを結構吹き付けてみましたがそれでも臭くて一切使いませんでした。 ･ゴミ箱のごみ袋が予備で一枚ゴミ箱内にあったので、多めのゴミが出ても困らず。 ･風呂場の湯船には結構熱めの湯を張らないと直ぐ冷める。カランがとてつもなく堅い。女性は一瞬戸惑うかも。利用後の水流音がかなり大きい（シャワーも）ので深夜の排水は迷惑になるレベル。 ･メインルームにも洗面台があり、その周りにゴミが放置されていました（ペットボトルのキャップ、ビニールの包装？） ･部屋にサングラスと眼鏡を忘れたと思いますが、その連絡は一切ありません。 ･部屋の空調は、真冬に利用したこともありますが暑すぎるくらい暖まります。一度カードキーを抜くと設定温度リセットされるのでしょうか？帰って来る度に暑く感じました。 ･ベッドはとても清潔で枕にもニオイはありません。ただ、固定が甘いので何度が乗り降りしている間にマットレスがズレてきます。

• Kevin (4/5): - Slept terribly due to bed bugs in the bed. Also, I wouldn't recommend the breakfast buffet, the food was cold and the selection was worse than the usual complimentary breakfasts.
• Miki (4/5): - まず、ドライヤーが壊れてて、交換してもらう為に何度もお願いしました。 最初にお願いしていたフロントのお兄さんいつの間にかいなくなり、別のお兄さんにまた説明し、部屋まで持ってきてもらいました。 部屋の扉は固くて、コツを掴むまで最初開けられなかった。 お部屋には髪の毛が落ちてる。 枕元に小さい虫も出ました。 そもそもスタッフが一人しかいないのかな。 ２日間お世話になったけど、残念でした。。

• John (6/5): - Staying here was a disappointment. The hotel location was convenient to a subway station, but tucked down an unattractive alley. The room looked nice with some nice style elements, but it seemed dirty. The toilet was not completely clean and we needed to clean it some. They kept some cleaning supplies in the one closet with hangers for your clothes, so we used them. The room was humid due to the weather, but the AC did not seem to work. And we only had a fan that helped at night. We checked in late on a Thursday (10pm) and there were 4-5 older men who seemed a little drunk in the lobby which did not make a good impression. At least a couple of them ended up staying down the hall from us, but we did not see anything like this the next 2 days. We cut our stay short by one day because we wanted to stay somewhere nicer. I would have left sooner, but was worried I might not get reimbursed.

• MIDORI (6/5): - コンサート会場に非常に近か良かった。 近所に複数のコンビニもあり、 また朝食は１日は韓国風、２日目はミニハンバーグ他だった。 フリーのコーヒーは同価格帯で比べると一番美味しい中に入る。利用者が多く新鮮な豆なのだろうと、感じた。
• Marie (10/5): Solo traveller - Great location if you are visiting Lotte world tower. Only 3-4 min to subway (line 8) and 10-15 min to Lotte world tower. Many resturants at Bangi food road loacated just a few steps away from the hotell. Stayed 2 nights. As a solo traveller it felt very safe. Room was nice and clean and door hade both safty look and peek hole. Tile in bathroom was cracked. Breakfast was good and personel were nice. Downside it takes 50 min to an hour to get there by subway from Seoul station. Would I stay here again? Absolutely!
• Ji Eun (6/5): - 직원분이 친절하게 응대해주신 점은 좋았습니다. 하지만 방에서 오래 밴듯한 담배냄새가 났고 화장실 바닥에 사용한 일회용 칫솔과 버려진 가격표 택 등이 그냥 방치되어 있었습니다. 드라이기를 보관하는 용도의 천도 따로 분리되어 옆에 놓여져 있었어요. 샤워기도 많이 낡은 듯 하여 교체해주시면 더 좋을 것 같습니다. 전반적인 방 컨디션은 좋지 않았습니다.

• SHIHO (4/5): - 細かい事を言うようですが、まず使っていなかったのかもしれませんが、タオルを置いてある物、マグカップの上のコースター？、歯ブラシなどが入っている入れ物など、ホコリが凄く使う気になれませんでした。シャワー室も端っこ上の方にホコリ、蜘蛛の巣があり気持ち悪かったです。フロントの方の対応はとても良く、チェックイン・チェックアウトは凄くスムーズでした。なのでとても残念です。タオルなどもボロボロで雑巾のようでした……。もう利用する事はないと思います。

• YOUNG JOON (4/5): 프론트만 좋아요 - WiFi가ㅡ너~무 느려요. 영상은 아예 플레이가 안되고, 일반 웹페이지도 느려서 답답해 죽어요. 요즘 WiFi 5G가 안되는 곳은 처음. 그나마 모든 객실에 있지 않아서 옆방꺼나 윗층꺼 당겨써야하네요. 출장객이나 OTT이용자는 다른 곳으로... 프론트는 참 친절하고 좋았어요

• Alexis (8/5): Wasted potential - This hotel has such a great design and so much potential to be great. Instead they've let it get run down and dirty. The staff were very helpful, even calling my room to let me know something I wanted to do was closed on Monday. They took the initiative to look it up and let me know when I didn't even really ask. Very thoughtful. On the down side, there were 3 big hairs in different spots on the sink and tub, and the drain was broken on the sink. Every wall was dirty with spots that could be cleaned but never have been. Besides the hairs it looked at least superficially clean on the surfaces and bedding. It was not expensive, so I guess I got what I paid for. I wish they would give this hotel a little TLC. The rooms are as pictured, very cute, but not kept up. The location was great. I enjoyed my jogs in the Olympic park and the Lake around Lotte World. Also there's a great dining alley nearby with awesome restaurant choices. The location plus the price plus the good service might make me consider staying there again, but I'd probably give someone else a try first.

• Julie (10/5): - I really like the location and amenities. It is 5 min away for both line 8 and 9. Line makes it easy to reach from the Express Bus Terminal. It's also a 20 min walk from Lotte World mall with dozens of restaurants between the hotel and there.
• Verified traveler (2/5): 최악의 호텔 - 절대 비추입니다. 로비에 있는 남자 직원은 불친절의 극치였으며 객실에서는 담배 냄새가 나고 벽지가 매우 지저분해 보였습니다. 근처 객실의 손님들이 노래를 부르는 소리가 그대로 전해질 정도로 방음이 형편없었습니다.(바로 옆방이 아니었습니다.) 세면대가 욕실이 아니라 침대 옆에 설치 되어 있었는데, 정말로 이해가 안되는 구조입니다. 체크인하고 1시간 있다가 그냥 바로 나와서 체크아웃해버렸습니다. 여기는 호텔이라기 보다는 그냥 여관에 가깝습니다.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - This hotel is so nice! Aside from the room being nice, the fabrics in the robes, towels, and bedding were nice. Not the cheap itchy type. The bathroom was also very nice with a large tub and 2 types of shower heads. I was also able to check in nearly an hour early without causing too much trouble. It was really a nice place to stay. I plan to return.
• macko (10/5): - オリンピック公園でコンサートがある時は人気のホテルで、今までなかなかタイミングが合わなくて泊まれなかったのですが、今回やっと利用させて貰いました。やっぱりとても便利で居心地の良いホテルです！施設もとてもキレイです。1つだけ…浴室にドアがなくて洗面所の床が水浸しになるので、シャワーしながら気を使わないといけなかった点だけちょっと不便でしたね…それだけです。また利用させて頂きます！

• Verified traveler (8/5): 値段相応 - KSPO DOMEでLIVEがあったため近くのこちらへ1泊しました。韓国語が分からなく困っていましたが簡単な日本語で対応してくれ、翻訳を使ったり気を遣って対応してくれました。駅から近く近くにコンビニもありよかったです。部屋は広く十分でしたが、浴槽とトイレに隔たりがなくトイレの方まで水が流れビショビショになるのが少し問題でした。2人で泊まりましたがバスタオルが1つしかありませんでした。それ以外は快適でした。

• Verified traveler (8/5): - デラックスツインで予約したのですが、部屋に入ると普通のツインのように見えたのでフロントで確認しましたが、二種類あるうちのひとつだという説明でした。 その点は少し納得いかない感じがしましたが、それ以外はまた利用したいと思えました。 チェックインが18時からで、到着したのが14時前だったので荷物だけ預かっていただこうと思ったのですが、その場でチェックインさせてくれました。 事前にホテルにタオル類の枚数を質問をしたところ、一人に付バスタオル1枚とフェイスタオル3枚という返信だったのに、二人でその枚数しかありませんでした。 バスタオルは2枚ないと困るので、追加をお願いすると頂けます。 ただし、毎日自分でもらいに行かないといけません。 (明日は用意しておきますと言ってくださってましたが、2日とも元の枚数でした。) 今回はコンサートのために利用したのですが、会場にも徒歩で行けてとても便利でした。 近くにカフェや飲食店も多く、夜遅くても危ない感じはしなかったです。 蚕室までも近いので、お散歩がてら歩いて行けます。

It has a very good fitness center, and the rooms are so quite. Every thing in the room is controlled by one remote controller and it’s very near a food and restaurants area.

My room had a broken one so cold air came in. 3) No shower curtain, so water gets all over the place.

• Biruk (8/5): Nice hotel closet to Seoul Olympic Parktel - It is a convenient place to stay, especially if you want to check in early and check out late.

• NehaBishnoi (8/5): New construction and reasonably priced - It is newly constructed property so very cool and fresh feel. Rooms are good and reasonably priced free wi-fi. There are various street restaurants close to hotel. Recommended for business purpose but not for tourists since it's pretty far feom city centre.
• Lucie (8/5): A diamond in the rough - This was a lovely hotel in an up and coming area. It has just opened (2016 summer) and I was very wary when we got out at the nearest tube station because the area isn't great and there is a smell (which actually pervades most of the city). However, once we were inside the hotel it was very nice. Modern and stylish and with little Korean quirks (soft shoes for wearing into the bedroom, wet room with sink outside bathroom). The staff were polite, and although they didn't speak a lot of English they tried very hard to communicate using translation apps etc. and were always willing to help. The room was great, although the control panel (little electronic screen for controlling lights/temperature/parking etc.) was on the blink and we could never get the air conditioning to reduce the temperature below 26 degrees so didn't sleep well. It was lovely and clean, had nice bath products and complimentary bottled water and tea, plus a kettle and a few other beverages were available. It has no dining/spa or common area, but it is ideal if you just want somewhere nice to crash between sightseeing on holiday. Overall, good value for the price we paid, very pleasant decor/lighting modern and comfortable, lots of mirrors and we were very happy with our stay.

• Andrew347 (8/5): Its a love hotel, but is actually OK. - Spent a week in this hotel while visiting my son in Seoul. I knew it was a love hotel before I booked it as my son had told me. Think its a Korean thing ? Korean society does not believe in sex before marriage or couples living together as its not respectable. So the only way couples can spend some time together is by using a love hotel. Its not about pimps or prostitution. Its very discreet mainly used by younger couples looking to get some quiet time together. The room was a good enough size with under floor heating, it was actually very welcomed as I stayed there in February and the outside temperature was -7. There is a small window hidden behind a sliding panel. Breakfast is brought to your room at an agreed time. The coffee was great, however Korean bread is very sweet, so the toast went in the bin. Korean beds are very hard, but I slept very well in it. The room had a 32 inch TV (some adult channels) and I think 2 or 3 channels in English. Korean channels often show American TV shows in English, so there is usually something to watch if you like crappy American TV like NCIS. The best thing about this hotel has to be the price and location. Its about a 4 minute walk from Mongchontoseong subway. From this station you can be in any part of Seoul in less than an hour. I would advise people to download the app for your phone and register for the free subway wi-fi. The system is in English as well as Korean and is very easy to follow. Korean people are the most polite and respectful race I have ever met, they are lovely people. I always felt safe in the hotel on the subway and even in the street. Crime in Korea is amongst the lowest in the world. No pickpockets unlike other major cities like London or NYC. The staff are polite, but have very limited English, only one guy seemed to speak and understand English. There is a mini market at the end of the street that's open 24/7. You can buy beer, sojew, snack foods, coffee, cigarettes and the likes and the prices are not expensive. The room come with its own PC, but remember the keyboard is in Korean, but there is a button that will enable you to type in English. I tended to use my own laptop. Bathroom was fine and the shower was excellent. One thing is the limited space for putting your clothes away, there are no drawers or wardrobes as such, only 2 coat hangers, so most of my clothing lived in my suitcase. If travelling from Incheon airport, use the limo bus service number 6006. It takes about 60 minutes and will drop you off at the Parktel Hotel at Olympic park. From there its a 10 minute walk to the hotel. The cost is 10,, won each way and it runs every 20 minutes. One thing to remember is to use the bus stop in the other side of the road for your return trip to the airport. I stood like a lemon until a young polite helpful girl advised I was on the wrong side of the road. To sum this place up, yes its a love hotel, maybe not ideal for families, but I would have no hesitation in staying here again. It offers great value for money. Other regular hotels in Seoul will cost around £80-£100 per night. This hotel including TAX was £55. There are also lots of places to eat within a few minutes walk from the hotel, a mix of Korean and few fast food outlets. The hotel is located in a narrow street along with a few other love hotels, buts the area is totally safe, even late at night. If you get your head around he love hotel concept, its a good value place to stay.
• yanni_ow (6/5): For Olympic Park visitors only - Only book this m/hotel if you really need to be near Olympic Park and be back late in the night. I booked this hotel so I can watch a weekend concert, keeping in mind that I won't be home until around midnight or an hour shy (just because advance booking for the hotel inside the park was such a pain). Firstly, pre-check-in assistance was great, the owner sends you emails on how to get to the hotel before your trip. Really helpful, though he was struggling with his English. I appreciate the help and assistance. Locating the hotel is a bit challenging. You won't know where the entrance to the lobby/reception unless you pass through the ropes draped above the garage doors and walking through a dark garage. And all the rest of the motels around have the same thing. Careful or you might end up at the motel next-door. The room was a little cramped, the airbed has weird controls. Hoping we could have gotten a normal bed, because it was too hard if it was fully inflated. Didn't bother to use the bathtub/jacuzzi, because there was no door to begin with. There were two PCs in the room, but didn't bother using them as I've never figured out how to go about it. If only I had stayed longer, I would've enjoyed longer the free goodies at the lobby. There were cold slush, all sorts of coffee in the machine (just ask the front desk which one, the labels are in Hangul), popcorn and fruit. There are also maps on the left of the door for those who want to stroll around the area. The young staff almost never spoke English, they'd always pass you to the owner/manager, probably the only one who knew English. The young ones were very helpful (breakfast delivery, room concerns, etc), but they won't talk much. Checkout was no problem, and the manager even called for a cab for us (it was raining like crazy that day).
• ELF_WhoLovesToTravel (2/5): Terrible! - We booked 2 nights in this hotel as it is near to Olympic Gymnastic Stadium (where we went for concert). We knew it was a Love Hotel before we make booking, but we do not mind as we just going to spent few hours to sleep after concert. It's about 15-20mins walk from Olympic Gymnastic Stadium to the hotel. The bed was hard, we couldn't sleep well, and both of us got back pain after one night sleep. Sound proof was bad, we can clearly heard the couple next door talking and laughing. We decided to check out the second day although we had already paid for 2 nights. Breakfast was sent to our room, 2pcs of bread with an egg and a cup of coffee, very bad coffee they have. Strongly not recommended to those who need a good sleep quality!
• lucylafaber (6/5): Only stay here if you have something to do in Songpa-Gu - This is basically a Love Hotel. The 3 of us (sisters) went for a concert at the Olympic Gymnastic Stadium and wanted to stay at a hotel within walking distance. The hotel is roughly 800m away from the concert venue. We stayed in their business room. The room had a separate shower, toilet and jacuzzi area. The toilet and shower doors become translucent when the lights come on and the jacuzzi area has no door. The room had a separate sitting area with a sofa and writing tables. The air was stale. The staff spoke very little english but are helpful. There is no restaurant but you can order takeout. Just get the staff to order for you and get them to send the food to your room, not the vendors. There are restaurants nearby but not many of the staff speak English. We had delicious jjajangmyun, bibimyun and fried chicken takeout. Quite a fun experience eating korean takeout. I would stay there again if I were to watch another concert at Olympic Park.
