- Raymond (10/5): Loft apartment close to everything in Old town Quebec - The location can't be beat! Getting into the building with a code was very easy and accessable and safe. The loft was huge clean and comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer. Steps to the Dufferin terrace and Frontenac and the Notre Dame Basilica. Loved hearing the church bells. We loved our stay here. We found public parking lot for reasonable price just 2 blocks away. Would have been nice to have some coffee available for the coffee maker as we have had in other places. So bring your own. Parking is just a few blocks away. Public parking lot about 2 blocks away But you can park on street near for a few minutes and unload your bags then get your parking.

Loved the apartment, with the exposed brick. We have stayed before in 2022 and would book again It could have been a bit cleaner in some areas e.g. under the couch. Shower pressure isn’t great.

- yanik (10/5): Super loft et l’emplacement génial par contre ne pas apporter trop de bagage il n’a pas d’endroit possible pour débarque - Très bien situé, près du château Frontenac. Entrée située dans une ruelle où les artistes exposent. Difficile à trouver on s’attend à être capable de sortir les bagages directement de l’auto et aller se stationner mais étant dans la ruelle c’est plus difficile.

Very comfortable for a family of four. There is no onsite management. We had an issue with the dishwasher but no one came during our stay to fix it. No extra blankets were available. There is also no safe in the apartment.

- Virginia (9/5): Wonderful place to stay and wonderful location!! - Location, clean Hard to control the thermostat. Needed more blankets or a throw for the living room. Need larger surface space/table in bedroom to put down personal items. Also, the place was ready but they charged extra for an early check in which I think is petty when all we needed was to store our luggage.

- Frederick (6/5): - Great location, decent accomodation for the price, but dropped the ball on some housekeeping items. No paper towel in the kitchen (small rags under the sink), used (dirty?) towels in the laundry room (clean towels were left in the bathroom, strand of hair left right across one of the pillows in one of the rooms, shower drain and bathroom sink drain clearly clogged as it drained very slowly. Also, no lock on the bathroom door (??? Whyy). Not a horrible experience but wont be booking again.

- Agnese (7/5): - The location is perfect to visit Old Quebec City. And we found parking on the street very easily for the entire stay. The loft and the terrace are very beautiful and modern. Given the high price, I expected everything to be perfect, but the faucet in the bathroom was loose, there were no paper towels provided, and no basic coffee amenities or other (salt, paper, oil) were available in the kitchen at all.

- Jason (6/5): - The communication through the company was fast, friendly and efficient. The room was untidy. We had to sweep the apartment ourselves after noticing a lot of "debris" under the couch. There was one bath towel and 1 face cloth for a 3 night stay. We reached through email. Again, response was quick and apologetic, but onsite housekeeper said he received no communication about it and had to locate additional towels. Location is perfect. Communication was above average. I would just recommended a more thorough cleaning for incoming guests.
- Daniel (4/5): Schön, ABER... - Eigentlich schöne Wohnung in guter Lage. Waschmaschine vorhanden, aber kein Waschmittel. Spülmaschine vorhanden. Fach für Tabs aber kaputt. Damit nicht nutzbar. Kein Spüli. Kochtöpfe dreckig. Kein Kaffee für Kaffeemaschine. Couch und Sessel kaputt bzw. quietschend. 2 Handtücher für 6 Personen. Duschkopf verkalkt. Matratzen unbequem. Keine Lüftungsmöglichkeit/Klimatisierung in den Schlafzimmern. Mängel wurden genannt, aber nichts behoben. FAZIT: In Anbetracht der Mängel Wohnung viel zu teuer!!

- Mark (6/5): - Basic studio albeit an ok size. Bed and living room are all in one space. Two of four blackout shades did not function (one continuously open, the other continuously closed). Very bright lights from the busy street therefore problematic all night long. Small bar soap and shampoo all that was provided in bath. No paper towels, napkins or any basic supplies in the kitchen. No housekeeping, yet a tip envelope left on kitchen countertop. Self checkin with no communication from management at all throughout my stay. Overall lacking from a dollar value perspective. Nothing at all remarkable.

- Wendy (8/5): - Great location, room was just as shown in photos. Very walkable and lovely rooftop patio that was almost never in use Could use some minor maintenance on faucets that seemed loose in bathroom sink & shower but overall we were very satisfied
- MARC (4/5): Grosse déception - La vue depuis la terrasse collective et l’emplacement. Le côté impersonnel et anonyme, d’énormes équipements électroménagers qui ne servent à rien pour 1 nuit, alors qu’une simple machine à café avec des dosettes de café aurait été apprécié, la surface de 60 m², avec juste un lit double. Le canapé n’est pas convertible. Ce qui est dommage. Ça mériterait une chambre. Général par la lumière parce que les stores ne sont occultants et surtout le bruit de la ventilation même en ayant éteint la clim. Très mauvaise nuit et un mauvais réveil. Pas gérable si 2 personnes pas en couple. Des informations données au dernier moment. J’avais jamais vu ça Pour ce prix là ce n’est pas normal.

- staphan (9/5): - The roof top view and location are superior. The bed and pillows are subpar. Check in is at 1 rue du Tresor. There are two entrances. We received a message with a QR code. The scanner at the entrance does NOT read this code. It expects a numerical code. Had to contact an employee via the door intercom to get a numerical code. Very frustrating. Other wise a superb residence.

The.suggestions for parking garages are super close, convenient and affordable, and instructions for entering the builidng clear and simple Nothing
- Dong (10/5): - This place is right next to the major attractions so the location is great. Place was huge and clean. AC worked well. Only things we didn’t like was the TV was extremely slow and older and the beds were very firm. Otherwise would recommend!

- Thériault (10/5): Parfait! - Situé au coeur du vieux Québec, sur la rue du Trésor, où l’on retrouve les artisans peintres, tout juste à côté du Château Frontenac…près de tout! Appartement propre, bien équipé et bien climatisé. Plafond de 12 pieds et terrasse avec une vue incroyable du fleuve et du château sur le toit.

Pas de machine expresso , lits trop petits, manque de lumière dans la salle de bain et pas de produits de première nécessité ( liquide vaisselle, gel douche…)

- stephen (10/5): A very nice place right in the middle of town still very quiet would definitely recommend - The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, and the location was fantastic Although the kitchen was stocked with utensils, there was absolutely no spices available and when requested laundry detergent. It was never delivered.
- Bedřich (10/5): This place has no cons just positives - Terrace on top of the house has amazing views. You can have there breakfast or snack. Rooms are spacious and nice.
