The hotel staff can help you in planing a day activities and they are glade to help with the transport Vialand shopping center is a beautiful place to spend time and get a bite

- SEMRA (6/5): Fiaytin karsiligini kesinlikle alamadik - Odalar cok kücüktü. Yemek servisinde personel yetersizdi, masaya servis actirmak, icecek siparisi vermek icin beklemek zorunda kaldik. Ayrica ikinci gün otelde elektrikler kesildi, 3 saat kadar, odalarda sular akmadi, isitma sistemi calismadi, asansörler calismadi. Cay bile icemedik sucak su olmadigi icin.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great hotel located next to Lake Abant. All staff were super friendly and very helpful. Great place to take the family and enjoy the outdoors together. Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Spa was nice. Gym was a little weak, but who cares when you can hike and run around the lake. Plenty of food options at the hotel or around the lake. The only (very) slight issue might be the lack of an English speaking staff, but don’t let that stop you from enjoying this famous hotel.

Çalışanların bazıları çok istekli ve yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar. Akşam yemegi dahil rezervasyon yapmıştık. Yemekte içeceklerin ücretli olması çok mantıksız. Sadece su veriliyor. Bize göre ödediğimiz parayı maalesef hak etmedi. Genel olarak hotel ve imkanları güzel.

But then as we had anniversary they made for us a surprise with cake and fruits, hotel is good, the park for children is perfect, location is perfect, but dinner has no any alcohol. - Zakarya (8/5): Good enough for a weekend escape - A nice place to spend the weekend at away from the city. It's location is great. Though the room was smaller than expected, it was clean with a nice view. In the evening it was a little bit cold si we had to keep the window closed. Yet, it would've been nicer if there was a fan in the room since there is no AC. Food was delicious but not extraordinary. Though it is indeed a nice hotel, but I don't think it reaches standards of 5 stars hotels.

Cift geldigimiz otellde ayri yatakli odayi yermeleri enteresan. Mumkunse 1.kartaki odalarda kalmayiniz, zira restaronttaki seslerin hepsi odanizda ,gece uyumaniz mumkun degil.

Food is delicious and lots of variety.But the staff who was working in night time during my stay was unfriendly and unhelpful in any requests, He called us at 12 AM while we were sleeping for many times to check silly things, he really annoying us without any apologies. I really felt bad for this .

Söylenebilecek tek olumsuz şey otelin odalarının manzarası güzel değil. Dağ manzarası arkada beton bahçeye bakıyor, göl manzarası ise gölden oldukça uzak.

Odalar'da klima yok ama benim gibi sıcaktan nefret eden biri için bile havası sıkıntısız pencereyi açmanız yeterli. Sineklik olması iyi zira dışarısı sinek dolu. Spa bölümü biraz daha geniş ve çeşitli olsa muhteşem olurdu. Bir de bu otele özel değil genel olarak havuza bonesiz sokmamak bana garip geliyor. Özellikle erkeklerin çoğunun göğsünde kafasından çok kıl varken. Tavsiye edilir

- adel (10/5): Relaxing in nature - Very nice hotel located next to Abant lake, I stayed there for two days but if you are like me and you are not a big fan of nature, I would recommend on day should it. One note, there was no AC, so check the weather before you go

Personel oldukça yardımcıydı, hatta odayı göl manzaralı olarak bir üst oda grubuna yükselttiler. Kaldığımız süre boyunca otoparkta ve terasta çalışmaların gün boyu hatta akşam saatlerinde devam etmesi kötü ve rahatsız ediciydi. Havuz kısmı eskiydi. Ayrıca havuz dinlenme kısmında hiçbir şekilde dışarının ve göl manzarasının görülememesi kötüydü. Diğer otelin ücretsiz sunduğu çay saatinin bu otelde 15 TL olması garip. Otelin direkt olarak göl manzaralı ve açık havada bir kahve içecek yeri olması gerekirdi. (Kış bahçesinin yanındaki teras bu anlamda yetersiz)

The Mountain View rooms were also dark and overlooked service area behind the hotel. Otherwise, nothing was that super impressing.

- Sharaf (10/5): A very nice hotel overlooking the lake. - This hotel is overlooking the lake at Abant. A very nice place for relaxation and enjoying the very nice view of the lake and its surroundings. The hotel provides bed and "breakfast and dinner", open buffet. Hotel amenities are fantastic.
- Mohammed (6/5): I liked the Abant Lake but not the Hotel - This hotel is located by Abant Lake. It has a great view with relatively cold weather especially at night. It is a nice place for people interested in relaxing and staying in quite area. The hotel is supposedly a 5 star hotel, but it's rooms and facilities do not appear this way and more of an average type facilities. The room furniture is little old, consumed and smelly. The breakfast and dinner taste and variety were just average. The staff is nice but mostly do not speak English or of limited communication skills.

- Frederick (10/5): Tranquility in Lake Abant - We decided to take a break from Istanbul and head to Lake Abant. The hotel sits directly across from the Lake. Upon check in which was kinda late around 945PM the staff took us to the restaurant and still had an amazing buffet. They were so nice they handpicked dessert for us and brought it too us without us even asking. So nice! Its very quiet and peaceful and i will def recommend this hotel.
