- Bianca123456 (7/5): Sehr bequeme Betten, aber sonst Luft nach oben - Das Frühstück bot eine große Auswahl, es war glaube ich für jeden etwas dabei. Die Mitarbeiter im Frühstücksraum waren sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Wäre sicher schön, wenn man das Frühstück im Restaurant anbieten könnte, weil man dort einen traumhaften Ausblick auf das Meer hätte. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und es war alles sauber. Der Preis für den Aufenthalt war wirklich in Ordnung. Leider würde unser Zimmer dringende Instandhaltungen benötigen. Die Bauweise des Badezimmers im Hotelzimmer hat uns nicht gefallen. Dünne Glaswände und nur eine Jalousie, die nicht bis zum Ende der Glaswand reicht. Privatsphäre: Fehlanzeige Die Beleuchtung beim großen Badezimmerspiegel war leider defekt und die Abluftanlage dürfte auch nicht funktioniert haben. Für 5 Sterne hätten wir uns erwartet, dass alles den höchsten Anforderungen entspricht. Verglichen mit anderen Unterkünften um den Preis war es leider nicht ganz so überzeugend.

- Silke (9/5): Absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel an der ruhigen, entspannten Nordküste - Tolle Lage mit endlosem Blick aufs Meer, absolute Ruhe! Schöner Küstenweg direkt von der Unterkunft aus Etwas ungemütlicher Frühstücksraum, in dem es relativ laut war. Keine Schallschutzmaßnahmen. Schade, dass der Restaurantbereich im EG nicht zum Frühstück genutzt werden konnte.

La piscine chauffée était superbe, très bonne température surtout si vous avez un enfant en bas âge. Le petit déjeuner était varié, complet, suffisant. Das Frühstück ist gut, aber nicht außergewöhnlich, zB. der vertrocknete Bacon. Leider war es im Frühstücksraum unangenehm laut. Filzgleiter an den Stühlen wären die Lösung. Das Reinigungspersonal war sehr ungeduldig.

Pool open 6-22 also quite long 😀 we appreciate water and snacks on the reception. To us is a great hotel to rest and with good standard for Azores. From hotel it is possible to start great hike trip next to the ocean. Simply amazing. Very good location. To nie jest 5* takie europejskie tylko bardziej lokalne. W Polsce to byłby hotel 3-4 gwiazdkowy. Śniadania monotonne (codziennie to samo), brak kucharza, który na świeżo szykuje np. jajka czy omlety. Dania na ciepło w podgrzewaczach. Basen wymaga juz odświeżenia- sauny różnie działają, jacuzzi w basenie praktycznie nie działa. Przy basenie / saunach nie ma wody do picia. W pokoju mieliśmy szklana ścianę oddzielajaca łazienkę od pokoju z gruba warstwa kamienia - miałbyć efekt wow ale ktoś nie pilnuje porządku. W łazience są w niektórych miejscach czarne fugi albo sylikon. Można by to domyć albo wymienić miejscowo.

Overall, my experience at the hotel was not client-oriented—almost every request was met with an easy “no.” Accessing the gym required picking up and returning a key at reception, and the water there was stale and not replaced, with no urgency from staff. The pool system was inconvenient as well—you’re given a card for towels but still expected to return them to reception afterward, which is unusual. The restaurant was disappointing: the food was average, the staff seemed unmotivated, and breakfast—especially the coffee—was particularly poor. I could go on, but this sums it up. I would not recommend this hotel.

Farbe blätterte von den Decken der Balkone ab und fiel runter. Frühstück. Während man noch isst wird man ständig gefragt ob man Teller usw. wegräumen kann. Egal ob man sich gerade unterhält. Lieblose Präsentation, Auswahl und die Qualität nicht einem 5 Sterne Hotel angemessen. Pool innen zwischen 1.10 und 1.40m tief. Das Restaurant war OK. Positiv war das bequeme Bett und die tolle Aussicht. Vor dem Hotel liegt ein Wandeweg am Meer entlang. Um die Insel mit dem Auto zu erkunden ein guter Ausgangspunkt. Das Hotel mag am sonnigen Sommertagen gut für einen Urlaub mit Kindern geeignet zu sein. Als Wellnessshotel für Erwachsenen, die gerne schwimmen gehen, leoder nicht. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt eine grosse Enttäuschung. Wir hätten bei diesem Hotel eine 3 bis 4 Sterne Bewertung verstanden. Nach diesem Hotel waren wir noch in Ponta Delgada in einem 5 Sterne Hotel. Das hat diese Bewertung verdient, das Pedras do Mar Resort nicht.

- Myung (8/5): Nice location and view with good facilities but was not happy with one of receptionist - Hotel is clean and nice view with a great location. I enjoyed staying there. I was happy enough one of staff members at the front desk. She actually arranged my early check in since I arrived there earlier that day. But another staff member who seems like being in charge of communication on line was quite unpleasant. Her attitude was not polite and welcoming at all. She seems like recognizing me online requesting but was never kind on our conversations. That was only point I don’t appreciate the hotel.

- jeanne (8/5): Beautiful resort with exceptional views of the ocean. - Loved the view from our room and the cliffside pathways near the hotel for walks. Stunning scenery. Restaurant was also delicious -- breakfast buffet was unreal there were so many choices and variety. You could also have the breakfast outside in the nice weather too which was lovely. We also had dinner twice at the resort and it was very good. Very nice staff as well at the resort overall. Very comfortable beds and nice, spacious room. The pools were disappointing. The outside one was rather shallow and chilly -- more like a wading pool. But beautiful views from the pool area. The inside one was located in the spa area and was warm (also a bit shallow) but usually had kids in it. The spa area didn't feel very "spa-like" but I didn't use the services.

- Magdalena (9/5): Przyjemny hotel nad oceanem - Hotel znajduje sie na odludziu, w koło nie ma nic, można iść na fajny długi spacer do miasteczka skarpą nad oceanem. Śniadanie było smaczne, spory wybór, mozna było wypić szampana :) woda w basenie była lodowata, ale z tarasu przepiekny widok. Restauracja bardzo przyjemna i dania tez smaczne, w barze osobna kuchnia i tez smaczna do tego kapitalne drinki. Wieczorem trafiła nam sie muzyka na żywo, wiec naprawde przyjemny pobyt.

- Susanne (8/5): Es war ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wieder dort buchen. - Die Lage des Hotels ist einmalig. Die gesamte Anlage hat uns gut gefallen. Alles war sehr gepflegt. An der ein oder anderen Stelle gibt es Ausbesserungsbedarf, zum Beispiel passte die Verarbeitung und der Zustand der Badewanne nicht zu dem ansonsten modernen und top gestalteten Badezimmer. Im Innenpool fehlte die ein oder andere Fliese. Aber das sind wirklich minimale Kritikpunkte.
