- Verified traveler (4/5): Horrible... - The address given on the booking page is incorrect. We were not able to find the hotel and no other "OYO" linked hotel wanted to help us. We called the expedia and OYO helplines and were disconnected. Calling back a few times finally found our reservation and gave directions to our taxi. The manager of the hotel then said he would set up a taxi pick-up for the morning, and ended charging more than what it should have costed to get the airport. No hot water in bathroom, but since many places don't have this it is more of a disappointment than a problem.
- Deepak (4/5): Big name and Cheap standards - Room was stinking. Bedsheets n pillow covers were dirty and not changed after multiple use. They even charged for a bottle of water. Breakfast is a typical ananda bhavan's oily veg stuff which you don't get to choose.
- Bill (8/5): Very convenient hotel for the airport - The hotel is on the airport road, about 15 miles from the airport, not as my initial expedia map indicated on the northern ring road (where there is another Ovo hotel!) The rooms were clean and the staff very friendly. We had to get up at 4am to catch our flight home. The hot water had obviously not been turned on as the shower we enjoyed was on the cool side of tepid! I'm sure an insistance at reception on the previous evening that the water heater be left on would have solved this problem.
