- Pascal (10/5): - Great hosts who gave us amazing tips for exploring the area. The room was very nice and had great views. All the must-see places on the Amalfi Coast were easy to reach. We felt very welcome throughout our stay and would definitely come back again.
- Cekorja (10/5): - Stanza pulita, comoda, silenziosa
Consigliatissimo

- JanezSk (9/5): - Very clean and very nice room. Parking is across the street but it is safe so you can park your motorcycle safely. In mini bar there were local made drinks to buy and it was very good, limoncello and also wine.
- Minja (10/5): - Everything was perfect, the room, room view and especially hosts. They are always there to assist you, organize shuttle bus, provide information and everything else you need. Will come back for sure.
- Grigoria (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as shown in the photos, with beautiful views that made the whole experience even more special. It’s surrounded by nature, which made it feel very peaceful and relaxing. The balcony had a lovely view, we really enjoyed spending time there. The host was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. We truly loved it and we will for sure come back again!

- Jean (9/5): Definitely book your stay at this B&B! It’s amazing! - Angela & Chris were amazing! They helped us navigate the area and we needed a lot of help as we don’t know the language. They made excellent recommendations for things to do/see and great places to eat authentic meals without being clogged up in touristy areas. The homemade cake and fresh fruits provided for breakfast were delicious. The rooms were well equipped with functional A/C, espresso and cappuccino making supplies. The “double” beds were big enough to sleep couples comfortably, so they were definitely more like what we know to be a queen sized bed in the US. Very cozy, comfortable, sizable and immaculate bedrooms and bathrooms. We would definitely recommend this B&B to all our friends and family! The location was perfect for getting to Pompeii, Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi. Chris & Angela set us up with a sun bed at their friend’s beach, which was one of our favorite things to do on the trip! I cannot thank them enough for their hospitality. The driving in the whole area (Meta, Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi) is tricky with very narrow, winding streets and a lot of motorcycles and scooters weaving in and out of traffic, but the roads up and down the mountains also made for some amazing views of the Gulf of Naples and the Mediterranean Sea.

- Jiangshan (10/5): Amazing!!! - Been traveling for a while and this is so far the best bnb I’ve ever stayed. Staffs are super friendly and welcoming. I stayed in here for about four-five days, the owners of the bnb always answer my questions when needed. Breakfast are all homemade (super delicious!!), the bed is comfy, not located and Sorrento but extremely close to Sorrento with buses or trains. If you are looking for a place around Sorrento and Meta this would be THE place for you to stay :))
- Sinai (10/5): Excelente! Gente que ama su trabajo - Todo.
Limpieza impecable.
- Nathan (10/5): Lovely time at Casa Nannina - The hosts were lovely, and gave a lot of very clear instructions and recommendations. The daily breakfasts and food provided were an excellent addition to the time spent here! Would definitely recommend
- Chistina Dimitrova (10/5): A Little Slice of Italian Soul - Casa Nanina is a little slice of Italy’s soul — a place where warmth, taste, and timeless charm come together in perfect harmony. From the moment you arrive, you’re embraced by genuine hospitality and a sense of serenity that lingers in the air.
Mornings awaken you with breathtaking views and the scent of citrus drifting through the breeze. The garden, kissed with tangerine and surrounded by olive trees, is nothing short of a treasure for the senses.
Here, tradition lives in every flavor — from the house-made liqueurs and golden olive oil to the fragrant marmalades, each crafted with recipes passed down for over a century.
Casa Nanina has everything one could wish for — peace, comfort, and the kind of rest that renews both body and spirit. Everything was perfect

- Charmine (9/5): Highly recommended! Amazing host! - We had a wonderful 3-night stay in Meta! Chris was such a friendly and welcoming host, he’s always responsive to our many questions and even gave us a helpful pamphlet with a map of the area and nearby restaurants. He also recommended a boat trip to Capri, which turned out to be the highlight of our trip. They even offer spa treatments (though sadly we didn’t have enough time to try them).
The room was spotless, with a comfortable bed and a lovely window view of the olive tree. Daily cleaning was such a nice touch, and we really appreciated the attention to detail—plenty of storage in the bathroom, a big mirror in the wardrobe, and thoughtful amenities like complimentary coffee, tea, juice, and cakes. There’s also a mini fridge with reasonably priced drinks—the homemade limoncello and red wine were amazing!
The property is peaceful and quiet, even though it’s just a short walk to the main road. A handy minibus (€2 per person) took us directly from the Airbnb to Meta station, making it easy to get around. We also discovered a hidden gem just 5 minutes walk away—Ristorante Ninuccio—an authentic Italian spot where locals dine. We loved it so much we went two nights in a row!
Overall, we highly recommend this Airbnb. Thank you, Chris, for making our stay in Meta so enjoyable! This time in September there would be some mosquitoes at night outside (as expected in Italy), so it’s better to bring some mosquito repellant.
- Dan (9/5): -
- valerio german (10/5): Todo excelente!! -
- Marlon (10/5): -
- Mark (10/5): Fantastic stay in a tranquil and accessible location - Casa Nannina is the perfect place for a holiday in the Sorrento peninsula. Our host Angela was very informative and helpful during our stay and the breakfast was a delight. Meta is one of our favourite pit stops on our trip to Italy and this accommodation is a big part of that!
- Luca Galletto (9/5): -
- Lenny (10/5): Excellence !! - Chris and Angela were excellent hosts nothing bothered them are was too much for them Casa Nannina was spotless and comfortable apart from the hills from the town we enjoyed every minute of our stay Nothing
- Gaia (9/5): -
- Francesco (5/5): - Gestori cordiali e disponibili. Camera veramente piccola. Troppo piccola.
- Francisca (7/5): -
- Zcsharina (10/5): Best Place in the Area! - Beautiful, peaceful space in meta. Angela and Chris were super warm and hospitable, helping with all accommodations and even transportation. My last night there I needed to go to a wedding all the way in positano and they helped arrange a driver to come pick me up and drop me back off at the hotel. It was really helpful as the public transport is more limited late at night. The house has so much history and they will tell you all about it. They maintain everything very clean, and provide the best espresso to have every morning. A beautiful view and truly you’ll experience peace and quiet staying here. the best place to stay and experience meta with easy access to the rest of the zone.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - A gem a few minutes from Sorrento. They know the area at the palm of their hands and can give amazing tips for restaurants, shops. They grow their own fruits and wine, delicious!

- Δημητροπουλος (10/5): Exceptional -
- Emelie (10/5): Love stay for what we were after - It was a cozy stay and exactly what we were looking for. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. We also got great recommendations on local gems and must dos! I would come back here
- Benjamin (9/5): Amazing experience - Owners and staff are amazing. The experience is great and small details in every single aspect can be constantly appreciated. There is that home feeling.
Breakfast and snacks are delicious and the come in big quantities.
Thank you Angela and Chris! Depending on who is your neighbor upstairs you can hear a lot of noise.
- Giuliana (10/5): Highly recommend we had an amazing time. - Our hosts, Angela and Chris were so helpful and informative during our stay. The location was a perfect base, being away from the hustle and bustle of the main towns but easily able to get to any day tours. Chris organised the local shuttle whenever needed, he also gave us many recommendations of tours we could choose from and organised pickups/drop offs with no hassles. The shared courtyard was a beautiful spot to watch the sunset whilst enjoying a glass of wine. We would highly recommend Casa Nannina to anyone thinking about touring the Amalfi Coast!
- Ellen (8/5): Very good - Chris and Angela were very helpful in advising us on what to do during our stay, and the best ways to travel.
The property was well kept and the location was nice and quiet
- Ghaida (9/5): Lovely place - Everything was over expectations
Recommended
Lovely & helpful staff Maybe the breakfast but this is not that important point
- Achyutha (10/5): Absolutely wonderful. Would highly recommend -
- Dianne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alexandra (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful property, the owners were amazing and gave really good advice on places to visit and the best ways of getting there. Would highly recommend staying here.
- Brandon (10/5): Excellent - Excellent service and cleanliness. Good location and nice room. Full breakfast in room with their own homemade extras and fruits. Very nice.
- Christine (7/5): Our stay was pleasant. - Good location. Easy to walk into Meta for public transport.
- Kieran (8/5): Very good - the property is a refurbished home with many of the old features still in place . Private and set with a sea view. nice and quiet. the google maps was an issue but this is not the owners fault. we eventually got sorted but i would encourage you to get the exact photos and directions from the owner. again not their fault.
- Chloe (10/5): Idyllic - We loved the style of the property and the room. The owners were lovely and so so helpful the whole time we were there. We loved the choice of fresh fruit for breakfast.
- Jiri (9/5): Superb - Breakfasts - only some biscuits, instant drinks, ...
- Begüm (10/5): Amazing!!! - We love them! Such a nice couple! Super clean! They helped us a lot. It is close to everywhere, just with a train you can easily go to Pompei or Sorrento for 3 euros or so. You can also go to the seaside by walking and just swim there. So perfect for all types of activities. The breakfast was only sweet-stuff which is actually, apparently very Italian. She bakes so many lovely cakes, so they are home-made! So I can not say they did something wrong at all but we miss ham and cheese to make sandwich :) They realized that and on the third day they put salty crackers for us. They were so sweet :)
- Samira (10/5): Exceptional -
- GenieRose (8/5): - It had more personal touch wiith the host couple. They they took care of what you would like to do in the area, and directed you by giving more information of where to go. They did not rush you and took time for you to learn what you need to know. And the place was super clean.
Breakfast was good for quick heading out and enjoy your coffee Iin Italian or European style in the next town Sorrento where you go to eat to your heart content and shop as well. The Marina Grande is out there by the water in Sorrento where you can buy the ticket and ride the ferries to Capri, Positano, Amalfi Coast. It was a beautiful experience. God made everything beautiful. People out there for the most part were accomodating and interactively nice and kind.
- Nathan (10/5): - My fiancee and I loved our stay. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. Chris (sorry if spelling is wrong) organized a rental car for us and gave us helpful tips on how to walk around and avoid the busy roads. Our room was spacious and was expertly cleaned and organized for us each day. Meta is a quieter option to explore the Sorrento area and we were thrilled to stay at Casa Nannina.
- Céline (10/5): Exceptional - The hosts were very nice and gave us very good advices about the area ! Better than a travel agency !!!
- Akshit (5/5): Not so great hosts, but decent rooms - Beautiful place with ample space and reasonable prices compared to others. Firstly, the host was rude. While she did help in coordination, she was unaware of a few details on the traveling bit, which forced us to use expensive cabs for short distances. While this happened, she conveyed to us that we hadn't informed her about our travel plans well in advance, which was completely untrue.
Secondly, the host's manner of speaking was rude when we asked to pay city tax by card instead of cash. Every hotel and apartment allows city tax to be paid by card if requested for the same.
- Stephen (9/5): A beautiful place with lovely hosts! - I enjoyed fresh fruit and homemade baked items daily. My sister didn't eat her fresh fruit the first morning, so she wasn't given anymore. She wished the host asked her what she would have liked, but they didn't and she never received anything else. We're not fans of processed and packaged foods including coffee which is what most of the breakfast was.
- Kevin (10/5): - The hosts were excellent. Accommodation was clean and well kept. For exploring Sorrento, the accommodation was slightly far out if coming back by bus/train at night time. If you have a car, this would be ideal. Great stay and beautiful area, thank you!
- Ksenia (9/5): Can't wait to come back! - Chris and his wife (the owners) are so very clear and helpful. Every morning Chris would give us a locals insight to the areas we were travelling. It was incredible. I went to untouched places all along the Amalfi coast. He organised us a rental scooter which helped us to so many 'non tourist' zones. It was the best!
Both know what their guests need and provide with informative information always. Love chatting with Chris and look forward to meeting him again!
The property is clean and away from the loud street so it's peaceful. Parking is across the road in the farm part of the lot and a bit of a walk up an incline if you have heavy suitcases like we did but it didn't dampen anything. Breakfast package was full of homemade fruit, eggs, olives from their farm and goods all fresh to enjoy. All in all great value for your money.
We also booked a massage with Angela's sister who has a professional business and comes to the villa. She was incredible and I highly advise you do this. Perfect after a long day in the sun and in the comfort of your room!
I would recommend this property to all especially if you get a scooter and can freely explore the Amalfi and all of Chris' recommendations! Much better than any tourist group. If you are staying in an upstairs room it's a bit difficult if you have large travelling suitcases as there are many stairs. But that is our fault for bringing such large ones!
- Sabine (10/5): Beautiful house with a nice view, very clean and tidy. - Very nice host, big rooms with fridge and coffee machine, beautiful view. We got excellent tips from our host where to eat and what to do in the area. This was an excellent experience.. Everything was fine!
- Geoffrey (9/5): Superb -
- Thai (9/5): Great place and great host - Chris the owner is very clear and helpful. A traveller himself, Chris knows what his guests need and provide with informative advises. Love chatting with him and look forward to meeting him in my home country someday.
The property is new and clean, my room was big and would accommodate 4 though there were only 2 of us. Breakfast package was full of homemade fruit and goods and fresh to enjoy. All in all great value for your money.
I would recommend this property to all.
- Alija (10/5): It’s a great and peaceful place to stay at if you’re planning to visit the Italian coast. - I had a great stay at Casa Nannina. I thought the apartment was clean and well located with way less tourists than in Sorrento. The staff and the owner were very kind, friendly and helped me if I had any issues or questions. It also was very easy to travel to other cities such as Sorrento, Napoli or any other popular places. Overall I definitely recommend staying here. I don’t have any complaints:)
(10/5): Exceptional -
- Angielette (10/5): The house, the town, everyone was amazing. - It's walking distance form the center, the host were very lively and accommodating in every way possible. They cleaned the house everyday in the morning.
- Oleksandra (10/5): Wonderful place - Great hosts who are committed to making your stay here perfect. When we arrived, we were immediately told about all the surroundings, possible options for spending time, attractions, beaches nearby, which roads to choose, where to go - and they also gave us a map booklet, which additionally marked all the little things and the fastest walking routes.
The room is very nice and authentic, we were pleased to have a speaker in the room, very comfortable pillow and bed. Breakfasts deserve special attention, accompanied by home- baked goods and fruits from the garden (and we got quite a lot of them). The rooms are cleaned daily. In general, the service is at a wonderful level!
- Mary (8/5): Camera molto pulito.👍 -
- Rana (9/5): Superb - Best thing about this property is Chris and Angela the owners. They made it feel like home. They were always available to make everything easy for us and they always attended to all our questions. They gave us the best local tips to move around Meta and Sorrento. They offered us the best guidance to really enjoy our time there. We are really grateful to have met them.
- James (10/5): Exceptional - Brilliant accommodation, room cleaned everyday. About a 12 minute walk to the train station into Sorrento. Nothing
- Rory (10/5): Exceptional - The hospitality from Angela and her husband was without a doubt the best we have ever received.
They were so friendly and helpful with our arrival logistics, helped us with daily itineraries including sending us PDF documents with recommendations and helped advise us on the best travel route from Meta to Taormina.
The room was perfectly cleaned every day, the bed was comfy and the shower has good pressure.
We couldn’t recommend Cassa Nannina more highly. N/A
- Rolanda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lucy (9/5): Superb -
- Markic (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was great, great hosts.
- Luca (9/5): Superb - Angela and Chris was extremly kind. They helped us to organise the programms and they can offer good restaurants and shops. The room was very clean and the breakfast was ok, but not to various. The view was perfect. :)
- Pomparau (10/5): Exceptional - The accommodation is a very old construction which has been renovated properly, and it is simply amazing! The guests are also very lovely, they have received us with a warm heart and presented us the history of the property, guided us with everything we wanted to do around Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast! Even provided us with maps and guided us very nicely through everything we need to do. Also, they have only home-made products such as candies, wines and even oranges from their own yard! We had a great time and I do strongly recommend this place to anyone! Everything was amazing!
- Špela (9/5): Superb -
- Janet (10/5): We had a wonderful week staying here Angela and Chris were perfect hosts and nothing was too much trouble. Grazie per u - We loved the traditions they have kept at Casa Nannina. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. A lovely courtyard to sit and listen to the birds and watch the sunset. Perfect.
- Maria (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful traditional appartment. The location is really nice beautiful scenery sourounding it.
Very clean. It also has a beautiful common outside area which is lovely to sit in and enjoy the calmness of the area.
The hosts were very kind and helpful with everything we needed. The appartment was also at walking distance from the bus stops and train station. The only improvement I would make is to have better breakfast even though it was enough in quantity and prepacked everyday, they were not a lot of fresh options.
- Harriet (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed at Casa Nannina for a week as we had a wedding in Sorrento and wanted to stay away from the hustle of the main centre & also travel around.
Casa Nannina was beautiful to stay at, the views were incredible & it was so quiet it made our stay very relaxing.
Our room was spotless, with daily cleaning, regular towel changes & all the things you need to make your stay comfortable. (Fridge, hair dryer etc).
Casa Nannina is about a 15 minute walk to the train station to be able to get into Sorrento or visit surrounding areas.
There are regular buses but we didn't use them!
Chris went above and beyond to make our visit as enjoyable as possible.
He sent over plenty of info on the local area, places to visit and eat. Offered to book trips for us & I can not thank him & his partner (hotel owner!) enough for getting us to the wedding with the train strike! Our hero!!
Locally there are little shops dotted around to get groceries/snacks.
There are some lovely smaller restaurants
Make sure you visit - Mazz & Panell.
It's about 40 minutes from the beach in Meta if you walk but there is a bus option, the staff will show you all the best spots!!
Getting from Naples to Meta & Casa Nannina follow their instructions & get the bus!! I can not stress this enough!! Getting back to the airport was so much easier than the train that we used on arrival!
If we were to visit Sorrento again we would 100% stay there again. Nothing, we loved our stay at Casa Nannina!
- Mei (10/5): Exceptional - The B&B is great, very clean and elegant. The owner's farm is next to the B&B and provides a rich breakfast of fresh fruits every day. The owner is very kind and helpful and helped us arrange 2 tours. They were great, especially the small boat tour for 12 people. Capri is really great and nostalgic. This is a great B&B. I will stay there again next time
- Jayden (10/5): It's a great facility, lovely area and very well priced. - Excellent host. Outstanding view over Sorrento. Great care taken with advice to get around and communication overall. Highly recommend. We were excited about the breakfast seen in previous stays, but it has changed to a pre-packed selection. Still some very good oranges and lemons provided from the garden though! Still no problem overall.
- Ciobanu (10/5): **⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Perfect Stay at Casa Nannina in Meta, Italy!** - Our stay at Casa Nannina was absolutely wonderful, and I cannot recommend it enough! The host was incredibly friendly and polite, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They provided us with a wealth of information about the Amalfi Coast and the Sorrento Coast, helping us make the most of our trip.
The room was immaculate and filled with delightful treats, including a variety of sweets, coffee, and fresh fruits from local producers. It was a lovely touch that made our stay even more special. The location was perfect, and the room was spotlessly clean, with daily cleaning service ensuring everything was always in pristine condition.
Overall, our experience at Casa Nannina was exceptional, and we are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended! -
- Raluca (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and cozy accommodation, friendly and helpful hosts and great view from the common area
- Stijn (10/5): Perfectly - Prefect Perfect
- Prabeshgrn (10/5): Made you feel as your local and loved the aesthetic of the hotel. - Chris and Angela were really helpful giving us information about the local area and best method of transport for certain areas which made it easy for us to get round. Also hinted hidden spots that most tourists miss out on their visit. The host were amazing and truly kind. The breakfast option lack a little but it did the job to fill you up till lunch. However they had local produced extra the made up for the lack of options.
- Christiane (10/5): We really enjoyed our stay - Great location, allowed us to discover other cities around Sorrento that aren’t as crowded. It’s a hidden gem
The hosts are amazing and very helpful.
We loved this place and would come back in a heartbeat
- Rick (10/5): Great B & B - Great place and both hosts were extremely helpful with travel recommendations for the Sorrento/Amalfi Coast area....very quiet and extremely clean and well kept place with very nice sitting areas....ten minute walk to restaurants and bus stops....room was very nice and plenty big enough for out two beds....highly recommended....anyone that would complain about this property is obviously being vindictive as there was absolutely nothing to complain about, PERIOD.... Nothing
- Kees (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sora (10/5): Satisfying Stay in Casa Nannina - Me and my friend went on a trip to Italy during the easter holiday season. Casa Nannina was close to the ocean and nature! It is also located in Meta station which is within walking distance. There was even a shuttle service from the metro station to the hotel! (only cost 2euro per person) Every staff member was kind and prompt with communication. The most unforgettable thing was the orange flower scent from the tree right next to the window. It blooms twice a year, we were lucky to see the April blossom. I want to revisit Meta and Casa Nannina for the next visit. nothing!
- Aurelian (10/5): If you desire the authenticity this is the place to be. It’s energy, will spark your soul. - Fantastico ! The location is near of the areas you will want and need to visit. The hosts:Angela & Chris were graceful and posses finesse and are so talented. We loved our stay and will be back during the warmer months for sure. Molte Grazie ! We stayed during the last week in November and it was colder than the fall season but still very mild and once dressed appropriately , very enjoyable.
- Francois (9/5): Superb -
- Karolina (8/5): Cozy ant authentic place - Its really authentic and unique place to stay with a nice ancient kitchen in a bedroom. Outside there was a cozy lemon and olive trees garden. Also the breakfast was great and the stuff was really friendly and kind. It was a little bit cold in the night cause our stay was during November, so maybe it would be great if there would be a blanket.
Coffee machine doesn’t work.
Low water pressure in a shower.
- Dinah (9/5): Superb - The breakfasts were super lovely relaxed affair with products from the farm. The accommodation was situated up a small flagged alleyway and was extremely secure and quiet with places to sit in the courtyard either in shade or sun.
Chis was assiduously in replying to emails and arranged a very efficient and cheap pickup from Meta station when we arrived. This was really welcome at the end of a long day travelling by bus ferry foot and train carrying our luggage -highly recommended.
We wished we had stayed longer. As it was we spent a day in Herculaneum- so accessible and relatively quiet (this was in September), a day by car to the Amalfi Coast organised by Chris with pickup at the Casa.
Also a simply super day recommended by Chris using local buses to Massa Lubrense and the “Queen’s Bathing Pool “ which involved a decent walk.
A really lovely place to stay with quite delightful hosts. Thank you It is a bit of a hike to restaurants
- Reena (10/5): Exceptional -
- Josh (10/5): Amazing stay - One of our favourite parts of Italy was our stay in Casa Nannina, the hosts were so amazing, friendly and so helpful. Breakfast was amazing, rooms were clean and private. if we ever return to Meta, we wouldn’t stay anywhere else! There was nothing we didn’t like.
- Ricki (10/5): Casa Nannina is a True Gem. - Even before our actual holiday began, Chris and Angela were so helpful, patient and kind answering every question and concern. These positive traits were only exemplified upon our arrival. As Chris said, “people come as our guests and leave as our friends.” Throughout our entire stay, they were amazing hosts. As to Casa Nannina - the apartments are quaint with modern facilities, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is a feast to behold. All the food is straight from their farm to your table. No matter what we asked - trains, taxis, tours - they were able to assist. Our stay in Meta was excellent only due to both Chris and Angela. Grazie Mille! The roads into the town were scary for us while walking. We found a better route that didn’t entail being flat against a wall in a narrow alley when cars and bikes zoomed by. If you have a vehicle, you won’t have this issue.
