• James (8/5): Good choice that is close to the train station. - The size of the room was excellent for a double. Everything was clean. The staff were very nice, both for check in and check out. The hotel was only a five minute walk from the train station. Soundproofing was very good. The toilet woke me up. The system needed filling up. There was no noise when I went to bed. You just had to press the flush again to stop the noise but was annoying first thing in the morning. I struggled to find a good supermarket nearby. Maybe there is one somewhere.

They also offered the possibility to leave some luggage after check-out. The hotel is close by the Genova Piazza Principe railway station, metro and bus hub. The room was simple, but had all that is necessary and a view to the port. The breakfast was good. Not a complaint, but a remark - the parking of the hotel is actually the public underground parking of Genova Piazza Principe railway station, 5-10 min walk from the hotel. Das Bett war bequem. Fenstersussicht war auch malerisch. Personal ist sehr freundlich, zugewand, kommt entgegen. Das Frühstück für 7€ war ausreichend und gut. Für Italien/Genua für den Preis super toll, alles hat gut gefallen. Empfehle.

Comfortable, spacious, and clean rooms and bathrooms. Above all, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts are delicious. We’ve stayed here twice and will definitely be back.

• alberto sibille (10/5): Dormire a Principe (quasi) come un principe - L'hotel é a pochi metri dalla Stazione di Genova Principe, quindi molto comodo soprattutto per gli utenti delle ferrovie. Le stanze sono confortevoli anche se piccole, molto pulite, e hanno il bagno privato, anch'esso in ordine. É in posizione strategica, non solo come gite d'etape, ma anche per chi intende visitare la cittá e per la vicinanza di ristori per ogni borsa. Gestione gentile e accogliente, tesa a soddisfare eventuali bisogni dei clienti. Ottimo rapporto qyalitá/prezzi. Disponibile la colazione, non sempre inclusa nella tariffa. Non migliorerei nulla. Ideale per chi cerca una soluzione molto pratica, non estetica. Non mi sembra di avere notato ascensori, ma recarsi in camera é piuttosto agevole.

Das ist sehr schwer zu beurteilen.Es kommt auf die jeweiligen Bedürfnisse darauf an.Die Nähe zum Bahnhof Principe und zum Schiffsterminal waren für mich perfekt.Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich eine etwas bessere Umgebung wählen.Insofern hat mir die Umgebung des Hotels nicht besonders gefallen.

La possibilità di poter lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out è molto utile soprattutto per chi come noi, ha il treno la sera tardi. Inoltre la colazione molto buona!
• L'olio (8/5): comodo e pulito ( e anche un hotel in cui ti trattano con gentilezza) - credo sinceramente che il rapporto qualita’ prezzo sia ottimo, sono anche gentili due piccole cose: il televisore non si sintonizza sulla 7 e magari potrebbero mettere dell’acqua potabile nella reception ma come due stelle e’ veramente confortevole.

Quizas lo unico negativo es que al ingreso, hasta llegar al ascensor, hay unos nueve o diez escalones que con maletas es un poco complicado. Tal vez con alguna rampa se puede solucionar. Pero la estructira del Hotel es muy bonita

• Sightseer05286980710 (10/5): Amazing and they set the bar high and exceed expectations. - This Hotel had the best service I have ever experienced when traveling especially abroad. The gentleman at the reception set the bar so high, that the other hotels I have stayed in cannot compare. The breakfast service was outstanding and very delicious. Finally they let me leave my backpack and heavy items at the hotel while I visited Genoa. Book with them you wont regret it.

La stanza è davvero ben pensata, mi sono trovato molto bene con il tavolino, il minifrigo, il comodino, la lampada, le tende scurenti, così via. Anche la colazione è stata molto completa, avevano anche affettati. Accoglienza ben pensata. Sicuramente ci ritornerei. E' necessario salire delle scale per arrivare all'ascensore. Per me non è stato un problema, e sono disponibili ad aiutare con i bagagli, ma attenzione per chi ha difficoltà a salire le scale.
