- fred (10/5): séjour idéal - Emplacement idéal au coeur de Manathan, à deux pas du mémorial du world trade center. Près de Chinatown et little Italy. Stations de métro à proximité. Personnel très sympathique et toujours près à rendre service. Le petit déjeuner est super. La literie est très confortable. Vraiment rien à redire, je conseille vivement cet établissement rien

- Mairesse (8/5): Deuxième séjour au Cloud - L'emplacement dans la ville (une proximité pour beaucoup d'attractions), le quartier est très propre et sécurisé. La vue de la chambre au 27 étage sur le mémorial. La chambre est un rooftop !!! Avec le café le matin, c'est superbe (Chambre supérieure) Le personnel très pro, le déjeuner est pris à l'hôtel, très sympa... La chambre propre, refaite tous les jours. La très bonne literie. Le calme. C'est notre deuxième séjour de 6 nuits dans l'hôtel. (Nous y retournerons volontiers) Un prix ferme et définitif, pas de mauvaise surprise... Un peu d'attente à l'ascenseur le matin. Avec la vue, le prix s'oublie !!!

- Carine (8/5): Bon choix ! - L’emplacement Très mauvaise gestion du check-in et du checkout. Longue attente, peu de personnel, accueil et contact peu chaleureux. Attendre interminable également pour les ascenseurs. Équipement des chambres très basique, surtout en ce qui concerne les produits de toilette dans la salle de bain (uniquement gel douche et shampooing; pas de conditioner, pas de lait pour le corps, pas de bonnet de douche, pas de cotons-tiges…). Pas très normal vu le standing affiché de l’établissement. Service très lent et tarifs très élevés au restaurant … heureusement, les produits sont bons… Au final, rapport qualité prix discutable.

Hotel fica ao lado do metrô e do lado do memorial do world trade Center. Tem vários restaurantes , lojas e supermercados em volta. Quarto é pequeno. Não tem muito lugar para guardar as coisas. Apesar de ter metro do lado, fica distância dos pontos turísticos.

Stock mit Blick auf das WTC ist ein Besuch wert. Das Zimmer war sauber. Die Betten bequem, das Bad super. Waren im 22. Stock. Die Fenster waren gut schallisoliert. Wir hatten ohne Frühstück gebucht, daher kann ich dazu nichts sagen. -

- Gabriela (9/5): Das Cloud One ist definitiv eine sehr gute Hotel-Wahl! - Grosszügige Zimmer für NYC. 2 grosse Einzelbetten (!!!!!!) richtig toll und kaum zu finden. Super Lage. Jede*r Mitarbeiter*in sehr sehr nett, hilfsbereit, sympathisch. Das Essen im Deli mega lecker. Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer ist zu dunkel, kann nicht heller gemacht werden.

- Markéta (8/5): Skvělá lokalita a příjemné pokoje - Lokalita byla skvělá. Pokoje byly čisté a bar v šestém pate byl velmi příjemný. Ocenili jsme možnost uschovat si zavazadla po check-outu. Nemožnost otevřít si okno na pokoji. Dále nám vadily blikající dioady v ložnici a ve špičce delší čekání na výtahy.

- Dávid (10/5): Hotel tökéletes helyen - Tökéletes helyen van a One World Trade Center mellett 1 percre gyalog, reggeliző helyek mindenhol, Bagel, stb. Tiszta szoba, nagyon kedves személyzet, napi takarítás.
- MichelvO (8/5): Een goed hotel met heerlijke bedden op een fantastische locatie! - De locatie van het hotel ligt perfect bij veel verschillende metro stations, waardoor je snel verschillende kanten van NYC op kunt. De kamer (voorzijde, 10de verdieping) had een goed uitzicht op de stad en een stukje Hudson rivier. Het bed lag fantastisch, dus na een lange dag was het heerlijk "thuis" komen. Iedere dag werden de handdoeken verschoond en het bed weer opgemaakt, 2x per week schone bedden. De bar had een leuk uitzicht vanaf het terras en de cocktails waren goed bereid. 3 van de 4 liften waren in gebruik, de vierde werd gebruikt voor het wegbrengen/ophalen van de opgeslagen koffers. Maar we hebben nooit lang hoeven wachtten op een lift. Er zijn geen extra hotelkosten (mei 2026) zoals bij de meeste andere hotels in NYC. De kamer was aan de kleine kant (maar in welke grote stad is dat niet). Het gebrom van de airco units buiten waren wel hoorbaar (het heeft mij niet uit mijn slaap gehouden). Bij het vertrek vroeg ik om een taxi, maar ze hadden alleen privé vervoer, $105,- cash of 10% extra bij creditcard betalingen. Ik verwacht dat er ook een gewone taxi geregeld kan worden, maar dat was niet mogelijk.

- Bruce (8/5): Kwaliteitsvol verblijf in hartje NY - Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Excellente ligging om de stad te bezoeken. Kamer prima in orde, proper en ruim genoeg. Het ontbijt was a la carte en geen buffet. Heel lekker en vers, maar daardoor kon je telkens maar 1 gerechtje kiezen, en niet nog bijnemen. Ook soms wel wachten om een tafeltje te krijgen.

- JmzTrlvz (9/5): - I have stayed here the last three years as it is close to the start and end points of the annual 5 Boro Bike Ride. The 6th floor lounge bar offers a friendly service, a good selection of beverages and exceptional views of the Liberty tower and the Hudson River. Good garage parking is only 5 minutes away and good restaurants and pubs in the Wall St. area are only an easy 10 minute walk away. All good.
