• Aaron (6/5): Comfortable enough, but disappointed in the lack of professionalism / training of the staff. - The beds were comfortable The AC unit in the room was noisy and kept my wife up all night. Also, I purchased some waters from the Marketplace, but the clerk did not give me a receipt. When I asked him to print one for me he said he couldn't because the system did not allow him to do so. Instead he gave me a print of all the transactions at that time and simply circled my transaction and let me keep that page. I found that to be very unprofessional.

• Sharon (6/5): Security - I was in town to visit family. Had stayed at the Fairfield multiple times over the last 2 years. On my last day at the hotel, I was in the breakfast area eating some dinner. 8-10 police officers rushed into the lobby. One spoke with the counter clerk. One came over to a gentleman sitting 2 tables away from me, asking him to stand up and show his ID's. The rest rushed down the hallway away from the front desk. Total bedlam then broke out in that hallway. Turned out there were interstate robbery thieves staying at the hotel. The hotel clerks played it down but I'm 75 years old and scared me! How long had they been there? What if there'd been gunfire? I'd always felt this was a safe place to stay. Now I'm not so sure.

• Susan (10/5): Great stay in Lincoln - Super clean and fresh, spacious room with nice linens and towels, many good options within walking distance plus a Walmart across the street. Very quiet considering the location and surroundings. Highly recommend.

The hotel was not at capacity…far from it. I asked for the manager and the desk clerk gave me a business card and said to call on Tuesday as the manager was away.

• Marcie (1/5): Very disappointed - Location The ac was extremely loud in our first room they switched us, we left our dress clothes for our son’s wedding in the closet a few hours later when realized….they were gone. After the staff talked to the head housekeeper they showed up and smelled like food. We are certain they stole them. They smelled so bad we couldn’t wear them. Also the bed in the 2nd room had a huge dip in the middle and the sink wouldn’t drain. A lot of money paid for not being taken care of!

The hotel welcomed our use os the dining area and patio to "host" family for a gathering and take-out dinner. The front desk staff were so friendly and accommodating that it made our get-together all the more enjoyable. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we plan future family visits to Lincoln.

Yes they were completely booked but there was one lady trying to do everything herself and she couldn't keep up. She started to get annoyed and would stay in the back a bit longer each time. A man came into help with cleaning and she treated him like garbage out of her frustration. Put it in what I did like and I'm not moving it. There wasn't much that I did like.

It was heated very well and clean. A smaller size pool, but no one else was there to swim so my kids had it to themselves, which was great. Nice looking exercise room with treadmills and weights, although we didn’t use it. Mixed reviews from our family members about the breakfast options. Could have just been the day. Love the blueberries on the freshly made waffles. Not so much of a fan of the heat and serve sausage biscuits and frozen waffles. sausage patties were rubbery.
