- Sally (4/5): - Balcony view was wonderful. Problems started immediately. There was a non-working Keurig coffee maker and no supplies or even cups or glasses for drinking water. The towels were tiny, not at all in keeping with what is expected in an average hotel. The soap was just gross, it smelled awful. The furniture is old and worn, the carpeting worn and stained and the bedding, while clean, was of low quality. We found out only after calling the desk (it was unattended the entire time of our stay) that coffee only (no tea) was available 2 levels down stairs. There was no notice anywhere of the coffee/cups location. The entrance is not marked by any lighting and getting in and out is VERY dangerous as it is located on a fast curve on a busy road. All in all, we felt like the owner doesn't take pleasing their customer to be very important. We so looked forward to staying at Belknap Pt Inn, but our stay was very disappointing. It just felt like they really didn't give 2 hoots and they are absentee owners.
- Pat (10/5): It was a great stay and we really enjoyed it. - Location was great and having access to the kayaks to go out on Lake Winnesaukee was amazing. The staff was helpful, courteous, and kind. We would come back and stay again in the future. Our balcony had a great view of the lake. The only thing better would have been to have a microwave in the room. The coffee make was a little cantankerous but we figured it out.
- Curtin (10/5): Outstanding view, friendly, helpful staff and very comfortable rooms!!! Highly recommended! - We had an exceptional stay to the Belknap Point Inn. Tony, the manager, was absolutely wonderful. The room, while very basic, was very clean and the view was outstanding. There is a small beach with adirondack chairs and a gas grill. The Inn provided coffee, toiletries, bedding and towels. Our room came with a kitchenette with full sized fridge, cooktop, cookware and a microwave. We stayed in a waterfront suite and was able to use the dock for our boat. We also used the free kayaks to putter around the shore line. We will definitely be back!!!

- April (7/5): Great views but needs some work - View from our room was fantastic and beautiful! Location was perfect for what we needed. Shower had hot water, good pressure and bathroom was clean. It was quiet and a good value. The one staff we encountered on our way in was very nice. The air-conditioned worked great. Balcony faced Lake and was enjoyable. While the bed itself was comfortable, the pillows were not. The room was clean, although the carpet was stained. The hairdryer worked, but there was no button to adjust it, so it was stuck on a cool setting which was not conducive to actually drying your hair. We only recieved 1 washcloth and 1 hand towel with 2 people staying in room and sharing a washcloth was a little unsettling. Walls are thin as we could hear the gentleman snoring all night in the room next to us. We did enjoy our stay despite these issues.

The view was beautiful! - The view was beautiful and close to the concert venue The sign out front was not as easy to see especially at night. Gps did help with night location. Parking- we were told to park in the place with your room number and others did not pay attention. When parking after the concert there wasn’t a place to park. We had to figure out how to make a safe place to park.

Das Hotel hat einen eigenen Zugang zum Wasser. In der Nähe gibt es einige Restaurants, die man mit dem Auto gut erreichen kann.

Las vistas desde la habitación. El baño actualizado. Estuvimos en una habitación del hotel de arriba, no del muelle. Tienen máquina de café gratuita disponible todo el día. Barbacoas en la playa. Las camas demasiado blandas. Ponían una toalla mínima para lavabo para 4 personas y dos días. No hicieron el cuarto y hubo que pedir más toallas y papel higiénico. Un poco de atención en estas cosas daría una puntuación de 10

The lakefront views are stunning, the rooms are clean and cozy, and the location is perfect—peaceful yet close to everything in Gilford. The owners, Tony and Larissa, were incredibly welcoming and helpful. A true hidden gem on Lake Winnipesaukee—I’ll definitely be back

- Kathy (4/5): - First, I will say that the room that I booked is not the room that was in the picture. I booked a lakefront room with a kitchenette. I got a standard room with a balcony, no microwave a college dorm size fridge with dirty carpet carpets and I had to drive to get to the water. The ice machine was broken. I had to ask for the keys twice when they told me they were on the bed. This place is not managed very well. You get what you pay for I guess. The view and the shower was amazing, but that’s it.

Nice clean place close to a lot of things and easy access to the highway. Would just recommend they invest in nicer pillows. Other than that couldnt be happier.

The room was clean and comfortable. There was a fridge in the room, and ice, a microwave and a Keurig coffee machine were available outside the room. There was no maid service offered, emptied our own trash and made the bed. Plenty of hot water and a great shower. No breakfast. It was perfect for what we expected.

- James (6/5): Good - short stay - easy access; 100m down to the lake (not on the lake) - east of access to the Hotel - right off the highway! Photos - can lead one to believe the rooms (or some) are right on the water -- as if you might walk out your room - to the lake. However, this is definitely not the case - the lake is down a hill- across a street and behind another hotel/building. Not far for sure - but nothing like the photos make it appear

Also got a free upgrade since we had an extended stay. We stayed longer than most so we had to buy some extra things that weren't available. The driveway to the waterfront is quite steep. Also lots of spiders, but not many bugs!

- Karen (8/5): - I was torn on the rating, I found the hotel staff to be very friendly and the room was clean, a little outdated, but that didn’t bother us at all. The views from our balcony were wonderful and we enjoyed the location. My biggest issue was the bed, it was extremely uncomfortable and outdated. It creaked and sagged in the middle and it made it very difficult for my husband and I to get a good nights sleep. If we were there for more than one night it definitely would have been a bigger problem.

He showed us around and told us what we could do on the property like use the kayaks and grill if we chose. The room had a terrific view of the lake and was super comfortable.The only drawback is that the tv in the room could be bigger but, we didn't go to watch television. Give it a go. You won't be disappointed.

Had a small terrace where you can enjoy the scenery. Room was very clean with a small Frig. The Inn is a little dated but it suited our needs for this trip. Would definitely recommend.

- Staceydesro (9/5): Great place, we would like to come back again! - The location was great and easy to get to. The room has a nice private balcony that is covered. We were able to sit on the balcony and overlook a really beautiful view of lake Winnipesaukee. Quiet location and very comfortable room! Also, we forgot a couple small personal items in the room and Tony is amazing enough to ship them to me and I will pay him back for shipping. Wish there was an option for snacks/food inside the inn.

The bathroom was cold. A microwave would have been nice. We reserved a single Queen room but were put in a double Queen room, this wasnt terrible.
