Mauricio (10/5): Semana Santa - La ubicación Que las puertas de los ascensores se demora mucho en abrir, no es que estén malos si no que están programadas con un tiempo de apertura o cierre muy largo y eso causa mucha congestión, también aunque se que no es culpa del hotel si resulta incómodo caminar por los alrededores del hotel pues hay muchas basuras y malos olores.

La terrasse et la piscine étaient incroyable avec une vue superbe sur la ville. Le bar très sympa. L’accueil très souriant. Manque de chaise sur la terrasse vu la taille de l’hôtel. Come tanti altri best western hanno completamente dimenticato di ingaggiare un designer ma in compenso è davvero confortevole e il personale è gentilissimo e preparato. La piscina è piacevole e i prezzi del ristorante sono ragionevoli anche se il cibo non è fantastico ma semplicemente ok. Si trova a un paio di isolati dal centro e si può andare a piedi in sicurezza. La colazione lascia molto a desiderare. Direi un 4 o al massimo 5 su 10. La qualità dei prodotti è scarsa ma per il prezzo pagato direi che va bene. Santa Marta, se non si va al Tayrona non direi che merita una visita (opinione personale)

La limpieza de los cuartos, no cambiaron los tendidos de la cama antes de nuestra llegada, la cama tenía una mancha amarilla bastante desagradable y el sofá cama tenía manchas de sangre lo cual encontré bastante desagradable la limpieza me decepcionó mucho
