• Celerina (4/5): - Beds and pillows comfortable I didn’t like the fact no restaurant in the facility and the construction around the hotel. Also the fact that floors 1-12 are hospital and or doctors office. During the day elevator s very slow. Also the towels in the rooms need to be replaced. I know they were cleaned but looked dirty and they are bad condition they need to be replaced.

• Zeferino (1/5): - Nada. No es un hotel para turistas, es un hotel y hospital al mismo tiempo. Como hotel no tiene ni guía comodidad al respecto. No tiene estacionamiento, al lado construyen un edificio ruido y polvo todo el tiempo. La administración son unos ladrones, a pesar de no usar la reservación no me reembolsaron un solo peso y me cobraron la estancia. Nadieen laadmi istracion del hotel te tesuelve el problema. Espero el estado de cuenta de mi tarjeta de crédito para demandarlos. Booking debería quitar esta opción de su listado de hoteles.

• Gustavo Emmanuel (6/5): No piensan en el huésped - La habitación era amplia El hotel está en un piso de una torre de hospital, y siempre teníamos que explicar que éramos huéspedes para que nos abrieran la puerta o nos dejaran salir por la puerta principal. El staff no era amable. Cometimos el error de meternos a otra habitación. Ellos se dieron cuenta mientras no estábamos y, en lugar de contactarnos y avisarnos, esperaron hasta que regresáramos y no pudiéramos abrir la habitación. Encontramos dos cucarachas, una detrás de la cabecera y una en la regadera. Como hay una construcción a un costado, la entrada no es visible y no hay ningún anuncio, cuando llegamos, no encontrábamos por dónde entrar.

Buscando un conector para mis cargadores, encontré basura (tapas de botellas) debajo de la cama, indicador de que no asean correctamente. Las almohadas están hechas bolas por dentro, pésima calidad.

Posiblemente es la mejor opción si realmente a lo que vas es a alguna cita médica y/o visitar a alguien del hospital. Pregunté en lobby si había algún tipo de servicio de cocina y me comentaron que no. Pero ese mismo día vi como otras personas usaron la terraza del hotel y les llevaron el desayuno. Si bien no hay servicio oficial del.hotel creo que podrían brindarnos esas opciones externas.

• Julian (10/5): Completely fantastic - nicest hotel room ever - The views of the city are absolutely jaw-dropping. The floor to ceiling windows allow you to see for miles and the hotel occupies the top two floors of the building so I imagine all the rooms get a great view. The bed was more comfortable than my own at home. Everything was in good condition. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Valet parking is just across the street and only cost 50 pesos (in July 2025). There are lots of restaurants, Walmart Express, Sam's Club within a 5-10 min walk.

In the the pool area there was meeting taking place, so couldn’t enjoy it without making a lot of noise duh to respect of the meeting. But after they left the pool was more enjoyable and views were spectacular…

• marcel (8/5): Hotel in a medical clinic - Nice hotel but kinda strange also as this is located in a hospital/medical clinics tower The top 2 floors 14 and 15 are the hotel and check in is downstairs where the medical clinic check in is there is no fob in elevators to restrict the general public going to the hotel floors where tje rooms are so get random people walking around found this part very strange and uneasy for security as anyone can walk around try and open your room door ect. Seen few people lost looking for a doctors or a clinic during my stay Pool is dated and needs new tiles and fixing No resturant on top floor also any more BIG new tower being built and very close so can be bit noisier during working hours Very good clean rooms and nice Beds were very nice and comfortable Showers have nice strength and hot Staff was amazing , very friendly and helpful

Solo que las instalaciones del área de la alberca en muy malas condiciones, ya que tenía demasiados insectos vivos y el agua se veía demasiado sucia. The only downside is that is shares the lobby and elevators with a hospital and now due to construction after 9pm you have to exit and enter thru the emergency hospital entrance which is wierd especially if you’re coming back at 2am from a club and you have to share the elevator with someone in labor or a broken leg.

• Verified traveler (2/5): No Recomendable - No cuentan con estacionamiento propio, hay que cruzar la calle en un edificio en construcción para llegar a un estacionamiento donde según tienen convenio pero tienes que pagar por noche, tienes que cargar tu equipaje hasta el hotel, o si vienes en tacones es un problema. No tienen entrada habilitada para maletas o dispacitados, son solo escaleras.

• Smith (7/5): Good - The roof pool with view of the city was lovely in the sunshine and i had it all to myself. Rooms spacious. Friendly staff. The first night was terrible because there was a ventilation shaft built passing through my room (1411) which made an awful intermittent buzzing noise which earplugs did not block out. I had raised the issue when I checked in (late because I had a problem with my Dutch bankcards) but was told it would stop; however it started again. When I complained in the morning they immediately sorted me out another room which was much better. The bathroom ventilation was rather overactive and couldn't be modified, but nothing like the buzz of the previous night. Beds fine, pillows poor.

You are sharing the elevator with hospital patients. The hotel doesn’t have a bar or a restaurant. The pool is very unkept and has dozens of missing tiles.
