The location just off the highway was both good (convenience wise) and bad (lots of light and noise). There were no drapes to close out the highway lights!! Just a sheer, then floor length drapes but they didn't come all the way across the window. That's bad, folks. Also, staff wasn't particularly welcoming. Just basic.
Tonia391 (2/5): Buyer beware! Basically nonexistent breakfast when capacity is low. - Terrible experience after picking Hampton Inn because they have always, in the past, had a great breakfast. When we checked in, after booking on a third party site, they had a sign posted at the check-in desk that breakfast would be limited due to low capacity. What?? Please tell me what your profitability has to do with me. I paid more than other hotels in the area because of the great breakfast. They might actually have more bookings if their rates were in line with the other hotels. But I couldn’t cancel and go somewhere else because of booking with a third party. I was stuck paying more for a room with a “continental” breakfast. And boy, what a joke that breakfast was. Nothing but some slices of bread and bagels, a couple muffins and some oranges laid on a table. NO toaster provided though! Besides the terrible breakfast, the heater blew cool air all night and wouldn’t turn off ( my daughter woke up with red, itchy eyes). And the faucet couldn’t be turned to cold so you hade to drink lukewarm water. I have no plans to return to a Hampton Inn when visiting my son after this experience.

Minor item, shower handle on right did not serve any function. Just seemed to spin without turning on or off anything. Room 319.
Kelly (10/5): Weekend Visiting The Kiddos - The hotel was close to our family we were visiting in Cincinnati/Silverton area. The hotel staff was friendly. The room was Huge and clean. The shower had 3!! shower heads, that was Amazing. I wish I had this at home. The parking was free which was a real plus! And the property is right next door, to the FBI Cincinnati field office, that for some reason made me feel a little bit safer, lol. The pool was nice and open until 11:00pm. It's also across the street from the Kenwood Mall and many other shopping complexes and restaurant etc. The food at the complimentary breakfast needs a bit of an upgrade. Lumpy grits and the eggs were not tasty.

Tamara Rajecki (10/5): Found our place to stay in Cincy. - The rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable.The shower is amazing. It is conveniently located for our needs. Staff is extremely nice. Need more options at the breakfast. They also run out of fruit quickly.

janekB1336KG (10/5): Cassie at the front desk is fantastic!!! - We stayed 2 nights. Cassie at the front desk is THE BEST!!!! The oatmeal with nuts tasted delicious for breakfast. I love that coffee is always available! The room was clean. The pool was enjoyable after a day of travel. Second time staying here and we’ll be back next time we’re in Cincinnati.

Bryanna (8/5): Very welcoming and friendly environment and staff. As well as accomadating to all the things to do in the area. - The property was very secure as you needed a key card to even use the elevator. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, as well as accommodating. Cassie was also amazing and sweet as well for helping me with a situation on my end. The couch was a little uncomfortable as well as the bed. There was also a fire alarm that went off during one of the nights of my stay, as there was a small fire in a garbage outside.

Jeri (10/5): - This was a very comfortable hotel to stay in. The bed was comfortable. The staff was wonderful! Especially Cassie & Rachel. Cassie was so cheerful & helpful- she went above & beyond her responsibilities to make sure the guests were taken care of. I saw her getting decaf coffee for 1 guest. She took care of getting us extra towels quickly. And when we needed help with the tub seat, she had someone (a man- I don't know his name) fix it. He thought outside the box in fixing it, making it very stable. She also told me that I did not have to hurry to be out of our room by 2:00 (we got late checkout) when she saw me going to & from the room taking all of our things & taking care of my husband who was in a wheelchair. She was absolutely wonderful! Rachel in the breakfast area was also wonderful. So personable, and ready to help you. It was so nice to be able to converse with her. I really liked the 24/7 coffee availability in the lobby. Breakfast was adequate. Waffles are always a "hit". I liked the 4 little waffle option. We were able to get a handicapped parking space close to the entrance; that was so very helpful. It was a bit far to go all the way to almost the end of the hallway to our room though, pushing my husband in the wheelchair. Maybe next time we can request a room closer to the elevator. It was good to have a soft chair WITH ARMRESTS & stable legs in the room. So that my husband had a option out of his wheelchair.

Grenita (10/5): A wonderful stay in kenwood - The staff was friendly/helpful. The room was clean and smelled great. The hotel was easy to get to and conveniently located. Appreciated having to use a key card to use the elevator beyond the first floor. I would have preferred for all side entrances to be locked with key card entry at all times. The room only had a shower with glass doors, although nice they seemed to leak a bit.

Michelle (10/5): - Clean, update rooms. Slept all night in a very comfortable bed with great pillows! So quiet, also! Great service at check in and breakfast. Safe area close to shopping and Starbucks. Only 15 min to Zoo and Great American Ballpark. We originally planned to stay downtown but switched to Kenwood for more affordable rates and self park instead of paid parking.
needlottery (10/5): Perfect stay - Booked multiple rooms and this location was perfect for us. Close to the freeway and convenient to the mall. Everything was spotless and front desk was awesome!
