Miła obsługa recepcji, kelnerów, przy basenie. Ładny ogród. Cena adekwatna do pokoju oraz standardu hotelu! To nie minus, ale faktycznie hotel nastawiony na pobyt ludzi starszych. Schodzą sobie oni w szlafrokach na śniadanie. W październiku jest bardzo spokojnie.

- Luigi (10/5): Great hotel and perfectly located - We always stay here when we come to Ischia. The hotel is perfectly located for the high street with the shops, bars and restaurants. It is also not far from the port. Our room on this occasion was great. We had a terrace overlooking the pool with lovely trees and shrubs. The breakfast as always, was superb in terms of choice, quality and staff. We will definitely be back! Nothing

Literie un peu ferme et mauvaise insonorisation des chambres.

- Madalina (7/5): Great location but watch for the hidden fees - - the staff is very friendly! - very good breakfast - location - is closed to the port, close to the bus, close to the beach, very convenient - the beds are not very comfortable - I find it very inconvenient that you have to pay for the towels at the pool and the cap, just include it in the hotel rate - also there is no iron and you don't have the possibility to borrow one, you have to give them your clothes to iron them and that comes with an extra charge that no one told me about - the hotel over all is nice but all this extra charges make it inconvenient - also I think it's overrated, the hotel is nice but pretty old style.

- May (10/5): - Lovely hotel within walking distance of the Ischia Porto ferries. Perfect location on the main street, amid the shops and restaurants. Set back from the street, so quiet. Room was a bit "tired" but spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable. The clientele are almost all Italian, many elderly, but this means that the hotel and grounds are quiet! There are rules for the main pool - no diving, wear a swimming cap - but there is no loutish behaviour and you can have a relaxed swim. The choice and quality of the breakfast buffet is AMAZING and the staff are on hand to supply endless coffees. There's usually a scrum at a hotel breakfast buffet but nothing like that here. Plenty of room for everyone, plenty of tables, no queuing, I'd go back for that experience alone!

We loved interacting with LUCIA at Reception who was very helpful and genuinely wanted us to have a great stay on the island of Ischia. She appeared to really love her job and her enthusiasm made our interactions with her so pleasant. The hotel itself impressed us. We had a room with a view of the pool and the sea, just like in the photo. The buffet breakfasts were varied, delicious and substantial. Waiting staff were really friendly, attentive and obliging. The pools and surrounding areas were kept very clean. This is a 10/10 location. We are now back in Australia with a maximum of 12 degrees today!! We woke up every morning and said to each other...another day in Paradise.

- Rebecca (10/5): - Love the Hotel Floridiana. Have stayed here at least three times. The decor is cool and refreshing. The large swimming people is wonderful, temperature comfortable to stay in for hours. Located on the Main Street, near restaurants and shops.

The hotel is well maintained and the grounds are beautiful Some of the staff were borderline rude. They don't go the extra mile to make your stay as pleasant as it could be. The pool has a rule that you must wear swim caps. Never done this anywhere I've traveled

- Gabrielle (2/5): - Staff demanded we pay cash for certain items during our stay. This is an issue all over Italy with taxi drivers and businesses demanding cash and then overcharging. This hotel was no exception. Nonsense. FYI: it's against the law in Italy to do this. All businesses must accept credit cards for everytjing, including taxi drivers. They're crooks otherwise. We had to wear shower caps in the pool as though out of a 60s film. Refused to give tap water at dinner and charged 4 euro for a bottle of water. Hotel was a maze with hidden spots for the lift. Elderly population visits the hotel which was probably the best part for me as they were quiet and kind; however, this isnt a hotel for all age groups. Tiny TV with local channels only. No toiletries in the room. I was bitten alive from bugs and mosquitoes in my room. Dining staff and cleaning staff were excellent, and the hotel is centrally located about half a mile from the port and the only reasons I give this any stars.

- Mary (10/5): Fantastic Floridiana - The best location right in the middle of the traffic free shopping area, 2 mins from the beach and walking distance to port and castle. The 4 course dinner for 30 euros was fabulous. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would have liked a steam room. There were 2 spa pools but one was a bit further from main pool. The other one next to the pool we weren't sure what the rules were regarding its use. It would be helpful to have clear written instructions on charges and rules regarding pool use. Coffee in room would be nice.

- George (8/5): Two day break - The thermal pools were excellent. Great to relax and get away from the heat. Disposable plastic cups in the room. Difficult to hold and not reusable. A couple of glasses in the room for water would be better. Extra charge for pool towel, plus extra charge for mandatory swimming caps. Finding out the booking.com rate was above the hotel standard rate.

- Michael (9/5): A great location, clean and friendly hotel with lovely thermal pools. €8 Towel charge is strange when it is not a cheap - Beautiful hotel, lovely entrance, great access to the beach, good breakfast and amazing location. We had a very small balcony but still nice. The pools were great and always clean. The internet was terrible and we always need reliable internet for work. For two days it didn’t work at all and every time we mentioned it they said someone would call IT but then the next person on duty did not know about it. When the internet did work, you had to keep logging in even after a few minutes when your device went to sleep. There is a 240 min limit per day. I also feel it is terrible to charge for the use of a towel. We have never experienced this anywhere in the world including other hotels in Italy. I am happy to pay a deposit to ensure the towel is returned by €8 per towel is unfair and a big negative.
