- Verified traveler (10/5): - Our room was upgraded and stunning. Good parking on site. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was superb. Lots of choice to suit all palettes. We enjoyed the spar area and dip in the pool. A restful relaxing experience. The public areas were tastefully decorated and comfortable. Great stop over for us and we will use this hotel again.

Совет: Просите номер не на последнем этаже (7-ой), из-за слабой звукоизоляции очень хорошо слышны работающие кондиционеры на крыше, из-за этого в комнате стоял постоянный шум. Номер очень просторный, имеются все удобства. Недостатки: 1. Шум от кондиционеров на крыше на последнем этаже. 2. Выдают только одну карточку от номера, очень неудобно при расположении вдвоем. 3. Завтраки очень скудные. кушать особо нечего. Положительные моменты. 1. Быстрое заселене и выселение 2. Низкая стоимость. Одна ночь - 47 Евро 3. Наличие парковки

Ama sabahları hausekeeping hizmeti veren çalışanlar çok gürültülüler ve yüksek sesle konuşmalarından dolayı sabah erken saatte uyanmak zorunda kaldım ,onun haricinde herşey gayet iyiydi. Teşekkürler

- mai (6/5): Not close from central town ! - Nice hotel and clean but not close to city center ! You have to take a taxi everywhere ! Hotel staff were nice but very poor in English ! It was very hot in the room and I asked them for air conditioning and they said it's winter time so we close it ! So they asked me to open the window but there was a lot of flies coming in !
- Abdulrahman (4/5): New and nice location but bad service - The hotel has new facilities and located in a very nice place of Izmir at Mavisehir but the service was bad I asked for a baby park for my kid but they did not have that day. After three days they delivered a broken one I asked for an iron and after several times they delivered and when they cleaned my room that day they took it and I had to ask several times again! When I did check out, they did not have a porter neither a cart for holding my baggage down to my car. So I had to carry them my self

- Verified traveler (8/5): Good Facilities, Modern - We stayed 4 nights. The hotel is new building. So it was so clean and modern. Breakfast is normal. There a few kind of foods. But it is normal kahvalt in Turkey. Hotel staffs are friendly.However they need to increase English skills. The location is so so. But there is one tram station(5 min by walk) which was opened new. So you can go easily to Mavibach, Bostanli and Karsiyaka.
