• Laila (2/5): Do not recommend, terrible noise isolation, construction in upper apartment. - Apartment doesn’t look like in the pictures, floors were dirty, sofa had patches on it, cutlery and dishes had little remains of food. Wooden floors were old. We couldn’t sleep because in upper apartment there was construction and noise from 7:30 in the morning. Also at night you could hear upper neighbors flushing water in toilet. Terrible noise isolation. Also owners before booking said that they usually offer early check in (we said that we can pay extra), but when we paid for the apartment they said that early check in isn’t available. Light switch in bathroom works poorly, when switching on light flickers and you have to push many times so that the light would switch on. Window view -construction garbage

• Abdel (10/5): - Appartement très bien équipé, bien chauffé, très propre, bien décoré et meublé. L'accès est facilité. Il est très proche du centre, des principales attractions, bien desservi par les transports à 5 minutes à pied. Nombreux commerces proches. La literie est très confortable, avec des rideaux occultant, bien au calme, sécurisé.
• Iryna (7/5): - Отличное расположение (до метро 10-15 минут). В апартаментах было тепло, удобные кровати, в гостиной есть диван. Кухня маленькая, но комфортная. В ванной комнате есть большая ванная. Наличие хорошего интернета. Вместительная стиральная машинка, которая находится в отдельной нише-комнате. Понравилось отношение к гостям. Возникшие проблемы с отоплением были устранены в короткий срок и контролировались на протяжении нашего пребывания. В апартаментах грязно. Нам пришлось перемывать всю посуду, мыть ванную (остались волосы, по бокам полосы от предыдущего использования). Очень не хватало микроволновки. Возникли проблемы с подогревом пищи, т.к. плита не "видит" сковороды, которые есть в апартаментах.

• Yvonne (7/5): War alles ansonsten 👍 gut - Mir hat es gefallen das die Wohnung gleich im Erdgeschoss war, gut 👍 ausgestattet, Das Internet funktionierte nur leider im Wohnzimmer sobald wir im Schlafzimmer waren hats nicht funktioniert, Fernseher funktionierte nur wenn man sich mit Smartphone angemeldet hat ansonsten geht nicht.
• Anja (9/5): Es war sauber und ordentlich trotz alledem - Es ist zentral zur S und U Bahn. Einkaufsläden waren auch in der Nähe... Die Ferienwohnung hat keine Klimaanlage. Es war viel renovierungsbedürftig.

• Bernhard Striegel (8/5): Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet nur etwas zu dunkel. - Super Lage in Wedding. Trotz Sonnenschein mussten wir auch am Tage die Beleuchtung anschalten. Wohnung ist ziemlich dunkel und die Sonne scheint den ganzen Tag nicht hinein.

• Colin (3/5): Poor - The property we had was the one on the ground floor. The floor was dirty and sticky+++. Under the bed, there was loads of dusts. Kitchen - reasonably stocked, had coffee and tea. No microwave. Reasonable utensils. Bedroom - found the mattress very soft with little springs left. Pillows are large and still had body in it. Toilet - it was dark. 2 wall dim bulbs only and the ceiling light doesn’t seem to work? Checking in was ok as was given the code. Sofa bed in the livingroom was firmer and had more life compared to the bedroom one. Location - it is close to the underground, walking distance of about 3-5mins. Groceries also close by. Bear in mind, it’s a bit of a distance from Berlin city centre. The apartment is also located in a rather rough area eg beggars, side sleepers however it was ok with standard precaution. Didn’t feel it was value for money for the amount paid. As described above
• Anne-linde (9/5): Superb - Had a really nice stay with some of my friends in Berlin. The rooms are large and there is enough space in the living room. The door opens with a security code, which works great. Communication with the host was also excellent. She helped us very quick. Location is also great. The nearest station is 5 minutes away
• Frieda (5/5): Reasonble price for what you get, if you plan to get away from the apartment for the whole day. - .It is a clean apartment, reasonably equipped and the staff is attentive and welcoming. There is a huge supermarket very close by which made it very comfortable. The apartment design is not very comfortable, especially for families. However, 2 couples may find it convenient as the rooms are separated. The bathroom is very small and you feel like living in a corridor. Actually, the aprtment appears to be spacious but practically, its size is not felt . No doubt, the transportation options are very good, and you can get to the center of events quite easily, but the location is not at all what you would imagine. The apartment area (street, neighborhood) is very dirty and unpleasant' especially in the evening hours. There is a feeling that it is not a well kept building (and the whole street) to say the least. If you visit Berlin and spend your day in nice places and areas, and go to the apartment onlt at the end of the day, it is a good bargin.
• Marģers (5/5): Ok, not quite sure that I would come back. - Great location, everything necessary is very close. Host were fast and trying to resolve a heating problem. Felt like the walls were thin as paper, heard everything in the morning what was happening in the house corridor. The bathroom and toilet was quite dirty, there visible footprints on the floor, the water was not going down in the shower, bc it was clogged full with hair. The toilet brush was just nasty and not acceptable. In one of there rooms there were still some bit trash from other guest like medicine pills from a foreign country, cover from a menstrual pad, some towels were a bit dirty.
• Lisa (7/5): All in all, I would definitely recommend this property for anyone who is looking for an affordable but great place to st - Location is great, just a 2 minute walk to the nearest supermarket as well as a 4 minute walk to the nearest U-Bahn/Bus station. Communication with the property manager went smoothly and the property itself was clean, comfortable, and equipped with all different facilities you might need. Additionally, the well-communicated self check-in/check-out made our arrival and departure very uncomplicated and smooth. Construction work outside was very loud, even in the morning.

• Bruno (1/5): Scam - Building in refurbishment where the workers started at 6am, using heavy machinery, including Saturday’s work!! Pictures looks new and clean, but reality it’s old dusty and dark place not even able to open the windows!
• Bogdan (3/5): Good location, In real life, it looks worse than in the photo. Not very clean. - The positive side, it has a good location and a comfortable bed. The apartment is located on the ground floor, making it quite damp, cold, and dark. The place was poorly cleaned, with large cobwebs and dust in the bedroom and bathroom. There was a fruit pit lying next to the bed. The flowers on the windowsill were long dead. One cup in the cupboard was very dirty, the second one was chipped. One of the lamps in the living room was not working. There was construction going on behind the wall, which caused discomfort in the mornings and throughout the day due to the noise.

Well equipped kitchen, bathroom small but clean and modern. Overall comfortable enough Outside/exterior of apartment not great, inside building very thin walls and lots of noise from neighbours/outside street noise. Expensive for what it is

• Kirsten (4/5): The mess outside and the dirty, smelly stairwell were unacceptable. - The apartment was clean and quiet. Directly outside the building was a mess of uncollected rubbish. The entrance door was filthy and held together by tape after it had been kicked in. To get into the building I had to try every key safe as I had not been given a flat number. Nor the correct PIN as it turned out. I called the service number provided but the person at the other end had no access to the booking details. He gave me another PIN to try and we finally got in. The stairwell was dirty and smelly. Inside the apartment things improved as the apartment itself was clean. The layout was pretty weird but okay. The shower in the bathtub was hazardous with the shower screen performing a balancing act on the rim of the tub and very little room to get in and out of the tub. Very slippery as well.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - The property had regulations requesting guests to obey the quiet time past 10 p.m. In the middle of the night someone was digging through the trash cans, picking up the bottles. This echoed entire building, woke us up and disturbed for good 45 min. this was not a pleasant experience, providing that we had to wake up at 5:30 a.m. for the flight.
• Mrs Judith (8/5): Quiet but convenient for public transport. - Very convenient for public transport into central Berlin. Lots of shops/ earteries on doorstep. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher (no microwave). Not much in the way of customer care - did not provide directions to the apartment; no recommendations of local places to eat/drink; no tourist information. Cleanliness ok but not sparkling, some of cups & glasses chipped. Dishwasher did not clean very well so we had to wash crockery/ cutlery before we first used them.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Geräumiges Appartment in U-Bahnnähe - Das Appartment war hübsch eingerichtet, geräumig, sauber und hatte alles, was man braucht. Einziges Manko waren die etwas durchgelegenen Matratzen. Man war schnell an der U-Bahn und es gab Supermärkte in der Nähe. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen.
