• Poplavskaya (9/5): - Nice comfortable spacious and clean room. Possible to park at square in front of which the hotel is located. Sometimes may be hard to find place, but we were lucky. Hotel also has a few parking places of its own. Couple of restaurants located near the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is sufficient. We found a hair in omelette( Didn't like food for dinner in the hotel restaurant: lamb soup had only pieces of liver, no other meat and roasted beef with garlic potatoes was not roasted at all, it seemed to be at first boiled and then stewed. Greek salad and garnish were ok.

• kskoulidou (9/5): Comfortable and pleasant service - The hotel is located in a suburb, not far from Sofia. Centrally located with access to the city line to Sofia, it meets all the requirements for a comfortable stay! Spotlessly clean, warm, great mattress to sleep on, towels changed daily and the staff is friendly and polite! The breakfast could have had more variety.

We had to leave early in the morning, but the reception staff kindly prepared a packed breakfast for us. It’s a bit far from the center, but the mountain views are beautiful, and it’s a really lovely place to stay.

Имаше много неизправности , които можеше да бъдат открити и отстранени предварително. А не да се сблъскаме с тях и да се обръщаме към администраторите за да се оправят. И трябва повече електрически контакти. В днешно време пътуваме с мобилни устройства, които трябва да се зареждат. Електрическите контакти са малко и неудобно разположени.

• Nicola (7/5): Clean and comfortable - Breakfast was very basic and would be enhanced by a better food warmer as the current one doesn't keep the food warm. Also a selection of bread or rolls would be nice rather than just white sliced bread. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The only problem was the neighbours flood light that shone all night straight through the window and onto the bed. Blackout curtains are required as a matter of urgency so people can get some sleep. I resorted to hanging the bed runners at the window to try and block it out. We were offered to move rooms but the room we were offered had a round bed and my husband who is way over 6ft did not fit. The hotel also overlooks the town square which gets very noisy from 6am. So a rear facing room may be better.
• Simona (9/5): It was a nice stay, the location very welcoming, very worm in winter days, the stuff helpful - It's up the hill and far from the city center. It is good if you are travelling by car to another city. At present, there are many constructions around and it is sometimes difficult to walk or you need to take a longer trip, especially in the after-noon in winter, when it gets dark earlier.

• BRANKO (9/5): - Hotel se nalazi na odličnoj lokaciji, u podnožju Vitoše. Bili smo zimi i bilo je jako toplo, higijena je ok. Doručak je bio vrlo dobar i bilo je dosta mesta za parkiranje ispred hotela.
