• Henny (8/5): Top locatie! - Wij waren verrast door de leuke gezellige sfeer van de accommodatie. Personeel heel vriendelijk en bereid je te helpen waar dit nodig was. Schoon en proper, top allemaal! Metro om de hoek en bushalte een paar meter verderop. Alles was goed bereikbaar vanaf deze locatie Niks eigenlijk.

Also, after getting in my room I was interrupted by another guest who had been given a key to my room. The guy on reception called me to ask what room I was in but never apologised for their mistake. It could’ve easily been a much worse situation.
• Steven (4/5): - Clean and facilities were adequate Checked in online and it said "Collect your key from reception". I arrived at the hotel at 2pm, was advised check in was 4pm. I said I had assumed that online check in telling me to collect a key that the room was ready. I was told it I wanted to access the room, which was ready, that it would £30 for an early check in. The online check in was misleading and it's a shambles they want £30 to access a ready room that doesn't cost them anything to let you access. Won't stay at a COVE Hotel again.

• Alexandra (10/5): Hat alles gepasst - Hat alles gepasst. Wir waren zuerst in einem anderen Hotel und das war die reinste Katastrophe. Wir haben dann Gott sei Dank dieses Hotel gefunden und gleich reserviert. Es hat sehr gut gefallen.

There was plenty of space to have dinner and relax in front of the TV. Very comfortable beds. The apartment had everything necessary for cooking, washing, and a comfortable stay overall. • Alastair (5/5): Smelled of smoke and avoid the first floor - Very convenient location. Room smelled of smoke, the windows are not double glazed so it's noisy, and the first floor is overlooked by office buildings above, and you can easily see in through the windows from street level. This means you have to have all the blinds closed constantly to avoid people looking through the windows.

• Gülnihal (8/5): - The location was excellent—just a few steps from the Circle Line and only a few minutes’ walk to the Central Line. Having an extra room was a big advantage. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. It was also very convenient that the kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary items. Tesco and ms foods are very close. The lack of extra slippers in the apartment was a bit inconvenient. The beds were not very comfortable.

• Joanne (8/5): Fantastic location, clean spacious apartments and very good value for money. - Superb location, clean spacious rooms (we had 2 one bedroom apartments with sofa bed for 3 people in each room) good sized bathrooms and all the kitchen utensils you’d need if required. Big fridge etc and all very clean. Super quiet, didn’t have any street noise and check in and out was really easy. The sofa bed wasn’t made up, we had to do that ourselves, it would have been good to have to option to request this, as with 3 guests in each room we required the sofa bed and didn’t really want to do that as soon as we arrived. The aircon didn’t work, despite going down to reception twice to speak to two different staff members after check in and when we came back before dinner, their instructions didn’t work and we had a very hot night as it was on but not blowing any cold air (it was 26°c that day in London so the room was sweltering!!) Would have been nice if someone offered to come and look, by the time we got home in the early hours all the staff had left so we couldn’t get anyone else to assist.

The bed was relatively comfortable and the apartment was gorgeous. The tv wasn’t working neither was the fridge so we were unable to use those during our stay

• Priscilla (9/5): Havre de paix bien situé - Séjour très agréable dans ce bel appartement assez spacieux. Très bien situé et proche de 2 lignes de métro dans le quartier de la City. Je l’occupais avec mon fils de 21 ans. Divan lit dans le salon, en plus de la chambre avec lit double et penderie. Espace suffisant dans la partie cuisine pour y manger sans devoir replier le divan. Très belle sdb entièrement équipée avec une grande douche et un éclairage au top. Appartement full équipé et cuisine complète avec tout le nécessaire pour 4 personnes. Seul petit bémol, cet appartement donnait sur un autre immeuble séparé par une impasse. Le vis à vis était donc assez présent. Heureusement il y avait des stores occultants. Dans l’ensemble, une note globale de 9 pour la prestation.
• Amanda (8/5): - Easy to locate, opposite Mansion House Tube station. Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Well equipped kitchen. Large living space with TV and sofa bed and a dining table. Toiletries, large soft towels. The bed was fine and they gave us extra pillows on request. We requested late check out as we had an evening flight and we just paid a little extra for this. Very good location. Shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. Good value for central London. Would definitely stay again Sofa bed was a bit less comfortable, my daughter could feel the springs in the mattress. Although there was secondary glazing, the outer windows were open and we could not access them to close them and it was quite noisy as it's located on a main road

• Elsa (9/5): Une chaîne d'Hotels dont je vais retenir le nom pour mes prochains voyages en ville. - L'emplacement devant le métro, la chambre et la salle de bain spacieuse. Enfin une bonne douche avec du débit ! Nous avons aussi pu laisser nos valises après le check-out pour continuer d'explorer, sans suppléments. La salle de sport a aussi été un plus pour mon mari. Le matelas date un peu, il a été creusé, mais ça reste correct. On entend un peu le métro et la rue, mais c'est normal quand on dort en plein centre.

• Valerie (9/5): Great to be in a central locality and in a comfortable welcoming place. - Good views from a clean and tidy apartment room. A warm welcome at reception. Everything required was in the apartment. It was a place to relax in and most satisfactory and central. It was in a good area to the places we were visiting. The noise of police cars or ambulances disturbed my sleep a few times but it was a Saturday night and our place was at the front of the building. I shall plan to use ear plugs when I travel in the future.

• Marina (9/5): Great apartment - Perfect central location near several metro stations, 24/7 reception, very helpful staff. The apartment itself was nice and comfortable. It was my second stay at Cove and I hope to come back! Since the apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, it would be nice to also have some kind of kitchen towels or maybe a roll of paper towels. But it’s just a minor issue.
• pev (9/5): - Emplacement idéal, à proximité de plusieurs métros. Studio spacieux, bien décoré et très bien isolé (après un séjour bruyant à Brighton, j’ai vraiment apprécié le calme). Personnel très gentil et à l’écoute. La veille, nous avons été informés que notre réservation n’était plus disponible en raison d’une maintenance. L’hôtel nous a proposé soit 2 studios au lieu de l'appartement, soit l’annulation avec remboursement. Nous avons choisi de séjourner dans les 2 studios et aucun regret : excellent séjour, c’est le meilleur hôtel que j’ai testé à Londres. Rien à dire

Nos pareció una zona bastante segura aun de noche, el personal es SUPER amable y dispuesto a darte una mano con lo que necesites.
• Alexandra (7/5): Correct - Le studio était très bien équipé. Mal insonorisé. Literie pas très confortable Le chauffe serviette ne fonctionnait pas. On a demandé à le réparer, impossible d’avoir qqun avant le lendemain, jour de notre départ… J’avais demandé la veille de mon arrivée à ce que le lit d’appoint soit fait pour mon fils de 3 ans, étant enceinte de 7 mois et pour le prix payé, ce n’était selon moi pas trop demander. Arrivés vers 18h à l’hôtel, je découvre que le lit n’est pas fait. On m’a répondu qu’on ne savait rien faire pour moi car l équipe d’entretien des chambres n’était plus présente sur place. On m’a proposé un late Check out pour la peine, ce qui ne m’intéressait pas vu mon départ tôt ce jour là. Peu professionnel donc. Décevant !

Es amplio, limpio, decorado con gusto, luminoso y tiene unas vistas increíbles. El personal de recepción es estupendo. Estuvieron súper atentos durante toda nuestra estancia. Repetiré sin duda.

• Melania (8/5): Consigliato. - Posizione ottima, sia per la vicinanza a più linee della metro (compresa quella per Liverpool Street station per i treni dall'aeroporto di Stansted) sia per passeggiare a piedi. La camera era un appartamento con cucina, divano e letto matrimoniale in un ambiente molto spazioso, anche il bagno ampio ma senza finestra o ventola. Pulizia ottima. Camere molto silenziose.

• Olga (9/5): Отличный отель в центре рядом с набережной - Отличное расположение апартаментов, в центре и совсем рядом с метро. Вокруг много ресторанов, выход на набережную. Номер был достаточно большой, с кухней. В номере было очень тепло. Тк номер с кухней, оставался запах еды от предыдущих жильцов, видимо. И также в номере потек кран во время нашего пребывания.

And its a bit difficult to see from the street exactly where you going. Theres only a tiny little sign that says COVE. And thats it. Like hidden. Bed was old and noisy.

• Joanna (10/5): Handy quiet place to stay in central London. - Great location and had everything we needed for a short stay. Lifts are secure with a room key required to activate them. If you are on the sofa bed you do need to creep the through the bedroom to use the bathroom at night.

• Alessio (6/5): Carino e pulito, ma zero servizi. - Posizione a pochi passi dalla metro, pulizia impeccabile, letto nella stanza separata molto comodo. 1) La camera si affacciava sulla strada, letteralmente a un metro dai passanti, per cui era impensabile tenere le tende aperte. 2) Abbiamo deciso di fare un upgrade della prenotazione (che prevedeva, al posto del monolocale, una stanza da letto separata dal living che aveva un divano letto) in quanto io russo e la mia compagna non dorme benissimo se non ha possibilità di cambiare stanza durante la notte. Questa scelta, che ci è costata addirittura 56 sterline in più per ogni notte, oltre al prezzo base già poco economico, non è servita a nulla perché i divano letto aveva u materassino di 8/10 cm assolutamente scarso e molle, che si schiacciava alla minima pressione, e che dunque rendeva impossibile dormire anche ad una ragazza di appena 50 kg. Peraltro, nella stanza non erano presenti lenzuola o coperta per quel divano letto e, seppure alla reception ci hanno detto che avremmo potuto chiederle, noi siamo rientrati a mezzanotte accorgendoci solo allora della situazione divano, e ci è sembrato scorretto e scortese cercare qualcuno per chiedere. 3) Abbiamo cortesemente chiesto un adattatore per la presa inglese, e ci hanno risposto che non le avevano o comunque non le prestavano, e che avremmo trovato diversi negozi per acquistarla. Peccato davvero.
• Cheryl (8/5): Clean and functional apartment in a great location - Great location and reasonable size for a central London apartment. We didn’t use the kitchen but it seemed to have most things needed for a longer stay. We had to set up the sofa bed for my daughter which wasn’t a problem, however, we had to move 2 tables, a chair and a lamp in the living area to accommodate this.
