Karsilama ve bilgilendirme eksik Rezervasyon sırasında kahvaltı konusu saklanmış otele giriş sırasında kahvalti icin konaklama ucretinin yarisi kadar para alinmasi bence son derece etik dışı bir uygulama. Otel temiz evet ama sadece temizlik bir otelin beş yıldızı hak etmesine yeterli degil. Bu yaşadıklarımızı anlatıyorum ki insanlar bilgilensin Otel yonetimi de belki bu konuda kendini duzeltir.

Otel dışında çok fazla bir yere gitme ihtiyacı duymuyorsunuz yeme içme anlamında. Fiyatlar gayet makul.SPA olanakları da gayet iyi. Otopark imkanı mevcut. Personel güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Özellikle resepsiyondaki Oktay Bey rezervasyonun başından otelden ayrılışımıza kadar bizimle çok ilgilendi. Kesinlikle Isparta‘ya geldiğiniz zaman hiç düşünmeden kalabileceğiniz en iyi otel diyebilirim. Tavsiye ederim.

Temizlik, hizmet ve konfor olarak da zincir otellerden aşağı kalır yanı yoktu. Otelin kendi bünyesine dahil tesisler de çok güzel. Hot lounge da derbiyi izledik. Mekan çok keyifliydi. Odalar geniş ve temizdi. Konaklama süremiz boyunca tek olumsuz durum kahvaltı inanılmaz zayıftı. Çeşitlendirilmesi gerekiyor. Personele teşekkür ederiz her türlü durumda çok ilgilendiler.

Kahvaltı çok çeşitli ve lezzetliydi, özellikle taze meyveler ve sıcak servis edilen yiyecekler harikaydı. Otelin konumu da oldukça merkezi, şehirde gezmek için çok avantajlıydı. Özellikle resepsiyondaki Zeynep Sare Hanım’a, valelere, Bell Boy ekibine ve genel olarak tüm otel çalışanlarına güler yüzlü ve profesyonel hizmetleri için çok teşekkür ederim. • MARTIN (4/5): Disappointing - Disappointing is the word to describe our stay at Barida Hotels in Isparta. Nothing like the luxurious relaxing break suggested by the hotel and booking site web pages. There were some positives. The hotel is on a main road into Isparta from the north so it is easy to find. There is a large underground car park with direct lift access to reception. The lift does not go to the upper floors despite the buttons being there for those floors. This is positive for security. Staff offered to bring our car from the car park. It is easy to walk into the centre of Isparta and the bus station is 100 metres from the hotel, as is a large shopping centre which has a range of eateries. The room was large and the bathroom had adequate towels and cleaning products. Powerful warm shower. Kettle and coffee with bottled water in the fridge. Clean room and bathroom. But... The top floor restaurant with the al la carte menu and long range views was closed. The indoor swimming pool was only usable for a few minutes as both air temperature and water temperature were cold. The steam room was also too cool for comfortable use and there was no water to place on the coals in the sauna. Staff remembered to charge for swimming caps before using the pool, which was fair enough, but staff did not offer towels nor advice on the available facilities. We even had to ask for directions to the changing rooms. We booked a room with 2 beds, but we were given a room with one bed. The non-smoking room was confirme

• Yasemin (10/5): Çok güzel bir şehir oteli - Barida otel, güler yüzlü çalışanları ve sunduğu hizmetler ile bizleri ziyadesiyle memnun etti. Sadece kahvaltıda sundukları çayı demlik poşeti ile hazırladıklarını gördüm. Müşteri memnuniyeti açısından normal çay ile demlemelerini tavsiye edebilirim. • Verified traveler (10/5): Great service, clean, spacious and comfortable. - The hotel staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating... Initially there was a slight mix-up about our room, and we were given a room with only 2 beds (1 full and 1 twin) though we booked a room with 1 full and 2 twins online. When I approached the desk clerk to request a different room he was quick to try to help and called over the manager (who speaks English) to help as well. In the end we were given a room with enough beds for our family and the manager went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. There are at least 3 dining venues on-site, and we chose to eat at the "Roof Top" restaurant which once again was clean, friendly has a beautiful mountain view and the food was good too. The breakfast was as expected including the standard Turkish Khavalti fare with eggs, bread, cheese, fruit, yogurt, tea, coffee, juice and much more. This was a 1-night stay so we didn't have time to take advantage of any of the many other on-site amenities such as the pool or spa, so I can't comment on the quality or service there. Overall I would recommend the hotel, and would come back again.

Mini bar boş, temizlik normal üst düzey diyemem, hizmet deseniz 5 yıldızlı otele göre yine 1 yıldız düzeyinde. Asansörlere binerken kart okutma sistemi yapacakları yere bence müşterileri nasıl memnun ederiz diye düşünsünler! Odada kullandıkları yataklar çarşaflar söyledikleri gibi üst düzey kalitede değil, kullanılan şampuanlar resmen geçiştirme olarak koyulmuş gibi gözüküyordu.. şehirde bir gün daha kalmak istedim fakat otelden bir an önce çıkmak için can attım; hizmeti böyle ise kahvaltısı da böyledir diye kahvaltıya bile inmedim bir an önce çıkmak için.. gidenler bunları görsün değerlendirsin

• Robert (8/5): Just one night - Comfortable overnight stay travelling from Muğla to Ankara. Our room had a great view of Mount Davraz over tbe surrounding rooftops. The Airon in the room was superb set at 24 degrees and kept a good temperature through the night without noısy fans. The Old Irish Pub served a good pint (can) of Guiness and and some nice good value pub grub. Good sized well kept swimmimg pool.

Kahvaltılarda da çeşitlilik ve lezzet gayet yeterliydi. Ancak oteli tercih sebeplerimizden biri olan kapalı havuz, konakladığımız süre boyunca gerçekten de “kapalıydı.” Otel bu hizmeti sağlamıyorsa, rezervasyon tarihlerinde havuzun hizmete kapalı olacağını müşterilerine bildirmesi gerekir. Bunun dışında herhangi bir şikayetimiz olmadı, teşekkür ederiz.

Odamızın perdeleri, yatak örtüsü niyetiyle yatağın alt kenarlarından sarkan örtüler ipliklenmis, sökük gibi duruyor. Son derece bakımsız bulduğum bir otel. Yer halısı leke ve toz içinde. • Ferhat (10/5): - Ein schönes, gepflegtes und sauberes Hotel. Das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist für türkische Verhältnisse wirklich Klasse. Zentral in Isparta gelegen mit Hoteleigene Garage dennoch eine sehr sichere Gegend. Ideal für einen Trip nach Antalya, da nur eine Stunde davon entfernt. Wir besuchen dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder.

• Verified traveler (2/5): スタッフの教育をしっかりした方がいい　レストランも微妙 - スタッフの当たり外れが大きい。 部屋は、バーに面してはいない方角の、9階だったが、それでも音が聞こえてきてうるさかった。 フロントのスタッフにバスを使っての市街地への移動について聞いたら、自分は乗らないから知らない、と一蹴された。流石にそれはホテルの格的にも、やってはいけないと感じた。 ２日目に水だけ新しいものを支給してくれるようフロントに電話したが、それも１時間以上持ってきてもらえず、三回電話してようやくだった。対応が酷い。 プールも冷たかった。 また、街でお薦めのレストランを聞いたら屋上レストランを薦められ、行ってみたが料理はとても美味しいといえるものではなく興醒めだった。

• Verified traveler (6/5): １階に併設のバー(もはやナイトクラブ)がうるさすぎる - 夜１０時頃にチェックインしたが、スタッフの対応も早くスムーズだった。 部屋も広く、快適だった。 3階のほぼ角部屋だったが、１階にあるバーの音楽が遮られることなく部屋まで聞こえてきて、夜１時頃まで続いた、それが止むまで寝られず非常に不快だった。 別に訳ありの安価な部屋を予約したわけでもないし、当日満室ではなかったと思うので、そちら側の部屋を手配された点も納得がいかない。 朝食は種類も多く美味しかった。 旅程や移動手段に関しても、フロントのスタッフが情報をくれたので助かった。

• ozgur (10/5): - Je m'arrête à chaque fois dans cet hotel lors de mon passage à isparta. C"est mon 4 eme passage et yen aura d"autres. Le personnel est très courtois et respectieux dans l'ensemble. Mais cette fois ci il y avait une jeune femme à l"acceuil c'est la 1ere fois que je la voyait, pas professionnel du tout . Elle vous répond par des oui et des non sans lever sa tête et sans vous regardez dans les yeux , elle était plus intéressée par son smartphone. Vraiment pas aimable du tout. Et un autre bémol, cest la literie , cette fois ci le matela etait très dur le matin vous avez des courbatures partout sur le corps , j'avais l'impression d'avoir dormi sur du béton.

• Fahed (2/5): - The hotel is not five-star, but three-star. I booked a supreme suite room, but I did not find the specifications that are found in five-star hotels, usually this hotel lacks many things to be five-star, and I do not think that I will stay in it again and do not recommend it

• Pawel (10/5): Lovely comfortable hotel. Great staff. - Comfortable, large room with all that you need, sparkling clean, super friendly staff even though many don’t speak English but they go beyond to help you. Lovely swimming pool and sauna, and gym (some equipment could do with little maintenance e.g. yoga balls were little flat but generally there is loads of equipment so you can have a great workout). Fab hotel and would stay again. Only disappointment was the restaurant - food was not great, e.g. no fresh bread but plastic wrapped rolls, I ordered grilled Sea Bass that turned out to be 3 small pieces of fillet fish piled up on top with spinach leaves. It looked like 3 random pieces of leftover fish and to cover this up spinach on top. surly you don’t expect it when you order a grilled fish. Luckily there are many ok restaurants in the area so no need to eat in the hotel. The view from the restaurant terrace is amazing though - maybe we were just unlucky. What could be improved - spa needs a drinking water dispenser to avoid using plastic bottles.

Breakfast was OK but rather stodgy (too many carbohydrates) and it could have been improved with some fresh fruit. Overall it was a good stay.
• Robert (8/5): - The Hotel was very dark, from the underground car park to the lobby and throughout the Hotel, lighting was turned off. The Hotel took every effort to adhere to and advise guests on the measures taken to avoid Covid infection. That was much appreciated. We used the Swimming Pool, but was charged 20TL each for head covering that had to worn, before you could use the pool. The staff in the pool were quite officious and unfortunately
• Aladwani (8/5): - Situated in the heart of Isparta, this is the ideal place to stay because it is close to whatever you want to see and do. It is close to parks, a shopping center, coffee shops and restaurants. It’s also close to the city centre. However there are 2 things the hotel needs to improve. The first is the air conditioning in the rooms which never seem to work properly (this was our second stay) and the parking lot should be painted and lit up so that it is becomes more user friendly. There is some beep that keeps going off there and added to poor lighting makes it a little eerie especially if you go down there alone. Otherwise it’s a lovely hotel. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
