The bed was very firm and rooms could use a deep clean to get the dust behind the chair and stands. It’s right next door to the magic forest kids amusement park which we enjoyed. Overall it was a good place to stay.
David (6/5): - Room was not what we was expecting! Wife was piss!!!! We needed to iron a couple pieces of clothing to wear and there was no iron board or iron to iron. Had to go to the lobby, which is a small area, and was giving a iron and a small board. Staff was nice. Maybe better rooms are there, not the room we were giving!!!!

Jeremy (4/5): - I did not like the attitude of the people in charge. Apparently, the property is now run by different people, from the last time we were there 2 years ago. They did not seem to care when i brought a safety issue to their attention, due to an accident that happened, to an elderly woman, who needed wheel chair acces. They seemed bothered by the situation and did nothing to help them. My boyfriend and were the ones to help them and try to make acceess to their room more accessible. Also, They send her out a child first to find out what is needed by anyone coming to the desk. And insists on knowing the issue before going and getting the adults. I am sorry but I want to deal with the adults and not take my issues to a child. Very unprofessional. I will never stay at this place again. There is hardly any internet service unless you are at the main building. The ice machine was constantly breaking down. The main office hours are from 8am-10pm. We accidentally locked us out of the room, lol, at 945pm. I went to the from office, and it was already closed. Tried to call the number, but went to voicemail, and then the mailbox was full. No one answered. I went to knock on their door, as they live onsite.they refused to come to the door. I was livid. Thankfully, the doors were old and I could use my credit card to get in. These are just the major issues. There were numerous other little things. Its sad!

anne (10/5): Nice family owned property - Very friendly owners- clean. A little bit of road noise. However located on the south end of the main strip so overall less activity then being in the main village. Nice grounds well maintained and spotless pool. We would stsy here again while in the area!

Latitisa (6/5): - We asked for handicap accessible room. Was told all rooms had walk in showers. Asked for a shower chair, they did not have one, so we asked for just a plastic chair. The second night we were there we found out they left a chair at neighbors door the chair would not fit in shower. The bathroom was so small that you could use the sink as a grab bar as it was so close to toilet. The sink took up half the narrow entrance to the shower. The bathroom was a big issue as we were not able to shower. The pool and grounds were nice.

Jamelah (10/5): - This is a charming, lovely, family owned, and family friendly property. There is a very well maintained heated pool with umbrella tables and chairs. Play area for the children, small outdoor recreation pavilion with ping pong and air hockey table, outdoor grills and picnic tables to enjoy. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. It is in close proximity to the Shopping Outlet, bike/walking trail to Lake George main street and the trolley through town stops right in front. Our family of five was very comfortable, we would definitely stay here again!

We did notice that the rate is higher then in past years with less amenities. There's a frig & microwave but none of the little things that you would expect. No Breakfast, phone, radio, shampoo, hair dryer, pool towels. Just feel that the rate should be a little lower.

The staff did upgrade us to another room but the 1st room (#26) should NOT be in service... i would think it criminal to charge $225 for a room that had a mold problem. But maybe thats just me?! The 2nd room was much better but still not perfect. The bed had a serious sag in it on one side making it hard to sleep. Otherwise rhe grounds are pleasant, the pool is clean and the location was convenient for us.

Woman working the front rude, basically kept saying I was lying about my reservation that was already paid for. Also states they don’t take stuff thru Expedia never had a problem booking anywhere. Was not a great check in. Would’ve gone elsewhere if it wasn’t so later in the night as we were tired from driving. Room could’ve been cleaner. Doors didn’t lock especially the back sliding door didn’t lock at all. Bedsheets had stains on them. Was harassed early in the morning when we were still in bed by phone calls from husband about reservation even though it was paid for. Then spoke to his wife and she kept cutting me off on phone not caring what I was saying on the phone about myself calling customer service and per them showing I paid AS well as they called the hotel multiple times and no one was picking up. However they were just sitting there doing nothing. Per them stated we didn’t paid shows on bank it pulled. Then they made us pay again. We were charged double. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone nor ever go back to this place as long as those two are in charge of the place. Absolutely terrible.

The past two previous stays we were in the newly remodeled section this time we were in the older section our only complaint is the mattress badly needs to be replaced it was torture trying to sleep on it we didn't sleep for three nights also there needs to be a shelve installed over the toilet so there is a place to put your toiletries on.

The room was clean, the shower pressure was good, the air conditioner worked well, we didn't use the pool, but it looked nice. The only downside was that the room had a slightly musty smell, but i imagine most of the places around have this as well. Location was great. Would definitely stay here again

Patricia (4/5): Disappointed - Not so good. Bed was very uncomfortable and we had to sit in the parking lot for 25 minutes unable to get into the office for our key to our room. Location was close to the main road and very noisy. We needed to change rooms and the only room available was a lesser rate room. The Front desk staff member never mentioned this and it was only when I questioned it that I was credited back the difference. The room was clean and the staff was pleasant. The staff also did seem to take safety Covid precautions very seriously.

The extra blankets were jammed into the drawers in such a messy way that it was obvious they were used but never washed. The mattresses were mushy and hard to sleep on. There were all sorts of bumps in the walls and holes from pictures long taken down. Paint was peeling. It is a cheap side of the road motel. We could hear our neighbors through the walls. The air conditioner made a loud buzzing sound. The breakfast was just shy of awful. The margarine looked like it had been refrigerated and then thawed 10x. Some cheap coffee cake and bad coffee.

And the location—right along the bike path—is very appealing for bicyclists like myself. I plan to stay there again the next time I visit the Lake George area.

Melissa (8/5): Nice motel near Lake George. - Nice hotel close to Lake George. It’s not walkable, but is an easy drive. We enjoyed stopping for root beer floats at the AW nearby. Clean property, but breakfast was limited.
