Katherine (6/5): Air conditioning does not work at night.. too hot to sleep. - I like the location. I like that it was clean. The air conditioner stops working at night.. literally after midnight it goes off and would not turn back on until 9am as I was leaving. The room was hot. I opened all the windows but had to keep the shades down to keep the lights outside from coming in the room. I woke up and never slept again.. it was so hot and I sweat. Why have a air conditioner if you can’t use it at night which is the most important time to be kept cold. One needs 3 things for sleep, quiet, darkness and cold. I wanted to stay here again but without air it is impossible to do so. Too hot….

AZ SC (9/5): A lovely property, located on the edge of the historic downtown. Great for taking a walk! - The contactless entry was nice, except you really had to hunt for your room's location without assistance, which was no problem.. Our unit was upstairs, room 8, and it was pleasant and nicely furnished with a HUGE Bathroom! We were only there one night, and since we packed light, it wasn't a problem. And, this was our 2nd time here, and we liked that it is slightly off the beaten path! There was no closet, and no hangers. And, the mini/wine refrigerator made so much noise, I could barely sleep. Someone really needs to check on it.

WEI-EN (10/5): It’s a lovely place and I enjoyed the stay a lot! - The location was very convenient and the room was lovely. I didn’t expect an Inn to have such a nice quality room setup. It’s clean, modern, quiet, well-decorated, well-equipped. The check-in and check-out was smooth and the staff were nice. They have a refrigerator full off ice water bottles outside that is free to used. I really enjoyed the stay! It doesn’t bother me too much, but the only little thing is that the parking can be a bit limited and not in front of every room. But it’s a small and cozy area so most parking spots aren’t too far from the rooms, so I don’t mind.

We had a two bedroom apartment - the bedrooms were large with plenty of storage. The communal area was perfect for two of us but might be a squeeze for 4+ but then we weren’t there that much and there’s an outside area with a fire pit which extends the communal space. Very clean place, plenty of parking, very warm and helpful lady on reception. Good value, I found it hard to find anywhere else at such a competitive price. Some of the fittings were a little older but everything was clean and fully functional

Jennifer (10/5): This was my third stay at New Haven Inn and it never disappoints. - The staff went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed the exclusive patio with its firepit. The room was spacious. It was a great "home base" for our bicycle self-tours of Solvang and the rest of the Santa Ynez Valley. The water pressure in the shower was somewhat weak.
