- Margaret (8/5): Totally fine. - The restaurant on premises ,’Finn Finn’ was exceptional. We had a courtyard room which was surprisingly quiet for a main road. The room was a good size. Great value for money. Nothing to fault for the price.

Despues de las 17 o 18 horas no hay nadie en recepción, por lo que debes llamar al citofono que está fuera del hotel para hacer consultas pero las personas que contestan no manejan infraestructura del hotel.

- Cherie (8/5): Good location with fresh clean rooms and very helpful staff. - Very clean and quiet room with a comfortable bed And large balcony. The facilities were suitable. The restaurant for lunch and dinner was exceptional. Breakfast was average I would have liked to toast my bread but there wasn’t one available. Only that my initial room the TV didn’t work and the toilet kept running. I was instantly up graded and really appreciated the staff attitude to offer the better room without hesitation.

- Enright (1/5): - The bed was comfortable Spa wasnt warm as advertised on booking.com site. They has huge renovations in main entry area for 4 days which closer the restaurant with no prior communication that was happening and facilities wouldnt be available. There were holes in the roof leaking water and a massive hole in the wall on our floor. Rooms wernt cleaned daily and our sheets werent changed on room clean. It wasnt as close at booking.com made it appear.

- Anthony (8/5): - Room a great size location was OK 10 minute walk to the esplanade. The front desk staff were very good. Disappointed that the kitchen was not functional after 2 days due to a change of operators might have been informed beforehand would of been appreciated.

El café abría como a las 7,30 AM y nos creó problemas organizativos por los planes del día (excursiones). La pileta está totalmente abajo del sol. A la noche la zona puede aparecer un poquito cutre.

The room was very spacious and extremely comfortable. The area was very convenient, with easy access to public transport. The hotel staff were kind and welcoming. The breakfast was very good. We are very satisfied and would gladly choose this place again in the future.
- Ala (9/5): Great hotel, friendly staff - Great hotel, well located, very friendly staff, perfectly clean, comfortable beds, nice view. There was no buffet breakfast as advertised. We were given $20 vouchers to use at a nearby cafe instead. However, most meals at the cafe were over $20. This was a bit disappointing as we paid extra for the breakfast buffet.
- Lauren (8/5): An affordable option in close proximity to Cairns CBD - Spacious room, polite staff, easy late checkin process and a very comfy bed. A good option on the outskirts of the CBD at a reasonable price. Free private parking was a bonus too. The pool area looked nice but due to the weather we sadly didn't get to use this. We would have eaten breakfast at the hotel for ease had it been a more inviting option or if we were provided clearer info. The website mentions the buffet includes 2 eggs but no tea/coffee/juice, which I have not seen before on a hotel buffet.

- Daniela (10/5): I would choose them again for my next visit - The hotel's location was excellent. Breakfast was included, and they gave us a voucher for the café on the corner of the hotel, which had delicious breakfast options. The reception staff were also excellent and made our stay more than perfect.
- Kylie McAllister (10/5): 5 stars! - I stay here frequently. Rooms are spotless, beds are very comfortable, staff are absolutely brilliant. I love this hotel. No issues at all.

Staff were so so kind and let me back into the room after checkout so I could record my uni assignment in a quiet space (hotel lobby a bit busy) so compassionate and accommodating! The bed was just a bunch of sheets and a doona (no cover) annoying to sleep in. Breakfast buffet not in action. Disappointed. They did rectify with a 20 voucher to nearby Cafe, but cafe cost barely covered (2 breakfast meals (eggs and toast, and eggs benny) 2 coffees and 1 shared juice was $80). Kitchen never opened across all 4 days.

- Camilla Krabbe (6/5): Not 4-star experience - Big comfy and clean room Balcony with a view to the pool. Didn’t use the pool but looked nice. Got a room which was already occupied, when checking in. Booked including breakfast but the “breakfast ticket” didn’t even cover a basic breakfast. Happy Hour at the bar, but no bartender! So stopped waiting.

- Sonia (8/5): Out stay was good - The location was good I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast I wish I was told the restaurant downstairs no longer did the buffet breakfast and we were only getting a $20 voucher each for the cafe down the road. I would have preferred to save the money I spent on breakfast and went to my choice of Cafe that had more breakfast variety. Apart from that I could not fault our stay at this hotel.

- brad (2/5): Fales advertising, paid for 4 non existing breakfasts. - Booking included buffet breakfast per couple in the price for 2 nights, which didn't exist. Pool and BBQ area advertised but no BBQ so we had to find elsewhere to eat
- Amiri (4/5): - The only positive point of the hotel was the friendly and helpful staff. Otherwise, the room had a plastic electric kettle, which is not healthy to use. Breakfast could be ordered at a café about 50 meters away from the hotel, with the hotel covering up to $20. In my opinion, it was not very different from staying in an Airbnb.
