Guest Reviews
- Lynn (4/5): - Not well maintained. Physical feature of a bathroom is below standard… not maintained
- ALFREDO AGUSTIN (6/5): - No internet when i was there
- Jennifer (4/5): - Very small room (had a room with 2 full size beds). There were dust balls on the floor. Bathroom is very small with shower and toilet in one space.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Location was good. We arrived at 8:30. All gates were closed. Guard finally came and opened the gate. No one in front gate. Guard got a key to the smallest room even though we had paid for a much bigger room. I don’t think they had record of us. In morning I asked about breakfast they said we had to order in advance. They said since I paid on Expedia they couldn’t do anything. Chaos
- Lily (4/5): Do not stay here. - I reserved for a room with a queen size bed. When I got there, the room did not have the bed requested. They gave the option of putting together 2 full size beds and charged us additional 1000 pesos per night. There is no refund so we had to take the offer. This leaves us to believe the company is not truthful and cannot be trusted. The rooms were subpar for foreign tourists standards.
During breakfast, I requested for juice. They offered powdered or Rang. Geez, it is in the tropics where fresh fruits are readily available. I think they can and should offer more than powdered juice.
I definitely will not be coming back.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Landscape Is nice for picture taking, the aircon Is noisy and the sink Is blocked
- Grace (6/5): - We upgraded our room to private double, Expedia shows that we we'll be given a queen bed but what we used was a single bed. On our second day, we ordered grilled pork for dinner but we were served fried pork! Housekeeping knocked on our door when we were sleeping around 9PM. Very terrible experience with the staff. Amenities were all in good condition tho.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - At least staffs are helpful.
I think in general , management and staffs needs more lesson in hospitality mansgemrnt...the buildings and structures etc..seems to address high school excursions groups..
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Lay out of the resort is ok... Rooms should be equipped well like the basic stuff for foreigner...For breakfast at their Cantina , its unbelievable that they runout of coffee n bread at 0730 am...
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Not highly recommended for foreigner standard /poor. So inconvenient , poor service...
- Verified traveler (6/5): Good room but food and facilities are below averag - In an inside street. Quiet but music in restaurant was blasting. Food is expensive in restaurant. Tv has only a few channels. Difficult to walk around due to inner location. Room was clean and safety good due to guards and locked gate
Beach is so so. Food quality so so. Bfast they serve coffee and chocolate in instant sachets
- Raquel (6/5): Long drive.. - Accomodating staff , food are ok . Don’t book the beachfront, you will regret your stay. 5 hrs drive from manila.
- angeL (6/5): Okay for a short stay... - We had a huge group and this was one of the few places that offers a decent family room in Iba. The rooms can definitely use some improvements especially the washrooms but overall it was an okay short stay.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Good resort - The resort was good and it is oceanfront. Great place for family outing.
