- Avi (3/5): A property with a lot of potential, let down by untrained and unfriendly staff. - The property itself is nice. Beautiful nature and gardens. The reception- and F&B staff were very unfriendly and uninterested.

- Morgan (4/5): - Food was good, coffee was good, pretty scenery, upkeep on bathroom was terrible, shower door was broken, tub was broken and was the reason i got room, light switch face plate gone, sliders on sliding glass door broken, window on door bearing end glass sharp, some windows couldnt open, no kettle, no microwave, no phone for room services overall odd
- Lourdes (8/5): - The place is family oriented Need upgrade
- Eugenio (6/5): Pleasant8 - The view The bathroom is not good
- M (10/5): Exceptional - I love the food. No ventilation in the rest room.
- Msi (4/5): Never Going Back! Book somewhere else that offers value for your money. - The heated pool. That's it. Midweek stay at their Private Room, Remind me to NEVER come back!
- incomplete toiletries (just 2 small round soaps, overused and thin towels), no toothbrush, no toothpaste nor shampoo, no slippers. With this rate they charge per room in other resorts, you'd expect these as a basic welcome hygiene kit.
- room's AC cant make room cool during day time, just a blower. Checked-in at 1:30pm but AC in the room was not turned-on prior to us coming in. Was expecting to get a bit of rest but didnt get any because the room was too hot.
- no complimemtary water, they will sell mineral water to you instead
- non-responsive to chat msgs via this app. Asked if it's possible to have a fan it the room because of the horrid heat, no reply. Also tried calling their Customer svc number, no one answers.
- Per their ad here in Booking.com, room has cable tv but room only had 2 local chanmels during our overnight stay. Asked help 3x, they only advised that they already called their cable provider. That's it. No cable channels at all.
- ordered their All-Day breakfast but they tasted stale. Gave up on trying their menu so we ate out for breakfast the day after.
- front desk staff not available 24hrs a day. Was going to ask to have some drinks delivered to our room but no one was at the front desk.
- They dont have Gcash nor bank transfer as payment option. At this digitized age, this resort will insist that you pay cash only.
- no phone in the room to use to call front desk. The rooms are quite far from their receiving area so not having a phone in the room would mean clients would need to go out and walk up to the FD.
- Mary Grace (8/5): Amazing - Experience waa good,,little sad was not able to use the dune buggy since it was not available, and atv can only ride solo,
- Shiela (8/5): The view is nice, the food at the restaurant is delicious and affordable. - It is very accessible The tv isnt working and the bathroom lock as well. No wifi.
- Stephanie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Maricell (10/5): We highly recommend Bakasyunan Resort to our family and friends. Staff were really nice and approachable. Food in the re - Bakasyunan Resort is a perfect place to unwind, to relax, to swim and have fun If it is intentional with a purpose, then it’s alright. Otherwise, we need wifi at some point in time😬
- Josephine (6/5): Pleasant -
- Lourdes (5/5): Overall, we like the ambiance outside rooms. Nice views - Location. Good views. Clean. Spacious rooms. Nice place for photo shoots. Nice lawn decorations. Bathroom needs maintenance. Needs blanket not just bedsheets. No phones to call front desk. Lack of hotel personnel
- Mario (1/5): Poor customer service - Nothing I asked for rebooked but they declined
- Sherwin (8/5): The place was good enough except for old pillows & stained covers other than that the place is nice - The property was good but their bed covers, pillows has better days. They need to update it to be more enticing for other customers. The property is good
- Reginna (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ma (7/5): Ac was perfect. Enjoyed the 2 queen sized bed for the 2of us. Though we had to call the staff to replace the door knob c - It was a quiet place and our stay was good and had relaxed a bit though it was just for a day. It was a weekday so there isnt much customers. So we almist had the whole place for ourselves No toiletries was issued to us although it was supposed to be provided for us. We asked several times but they just kept on saying yes, it will come soon.

- Jimmy (5/5): Nice resort but need to quickly repair the outdoor activities . Can be boring after 1-2 days stay. - Swimming pool, videoke room, restaurant Rooms are in poor condition
Most sport activities are not in working condition
- Oliver (8/5): Very good -
- Chris (2/5): - Very dirty rooms. No room service or coffee or phones in room.
- Renato (7/5): Good -
- Stephen (6/5): Attention to detail is completely missing. Too many rooms, work left unfinished, shabby standard. Owners / manageme - surrounding areas, setting and views are stunning! staff generally come across as lacking in training and enthusiasm.
leadership and eagerness to give a good customer experience are lacking.
first room was unclean. fridge smelly and dirty.
bathroom looked like renovation stopped halfway through!
wifi is poor in communal areas and nothing in your rooms.
- Dijon (5/5): Passable -
- Jenny (8/5): Very good - I love the food and I like the place The tv in our room is not working and the shower is a bit off though its working.
- Maria (7/5): Love the view - The resort has a relaxing ambiance with a great view of the bay and surrounding mountains. Bugs on the blanket!
- imelda (8/5): - Nice view
- Ilia (1/5): Bad - Good location, green territory. The rooms were not renovated long time. All are broken or almost broken, dirty and very uncomfortable.
- Rakitera (3/5): Poor - I like the view. but I don't like the private room that we booked I was expected nice because it's quite expensive then..T'was my first time to book the room without drinking water , soap, shampoo, tissue, toothbrush, toothpaste, the linens old and has stain..And the dining area full of flies trying to eat some of our foods.. Poor maintenance
- Josephine (4/5): - I was disappointed...no soap and slippers in the room..the bathroom was not that clean and no wifi and cable in the area..i dont know if i will recommend the place to my friends.
- Nenia (4/5): - View was perfect but the room lock of things they don’t provide kettle for coffee in the morning towel not clean window broken disappointed we need to transfer to the next room not happy with the food serve the same menu
- Jason (10/5): - Nice view
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The place very nice over looking the laguna the bay. Hopefully their going to put up a live band.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - There was a lot to do. Very nice resort. Our daughter just wanted to swim and swim and swim. Most events are extra pay to participate so plan accordingly. If not expecting it and bringing kids, you could end up spending more than you budgeted or disappointing the kids. Local area very nice and friendly. If no vehicle, there are trikes that take you to and from town or other local attractions.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The room was not clean. The bed linens were super thin. The towels were so thin that there were no longer towel fibers. The cloths of the linen and towels were very off white. The toilet was dirty, there was no toilet paper, no soap on the sink. The liquid soap on the wall of the shower was so hard to pump and was almost empty. The shower has no separation (no curtain) from the toilet bowl, so when the shower is used, the toilet bowl gets so wet. Most important is THERE IS NO HOUSE PHONE IN THE ROOM so you can’t call for assistance. It is the worst hotel/resort we have been in our entire life. We checked out the moment we woke up early in the morning. The room was so disgusting. I request a refund of what l paid Expedia.
- Jaime (10/5): Very Relaxing Place - A peaceful and relaxing place near Metro Manila. Food and drinks are affordable. Infinity pool needs some cleaning. Pool side quad room is decent but the comfort room is little small. No complimentary food or water. Staffs are all friendly. I give it 3 star.
- jane (6/5): stay that will not repeat.... - We have celebrated our mothers day here, in terms of view ok, restaurant servixe was fast, food was just ok.. room service was worst, we requested for a kettle by the time we arrive the hotel we reminded several times but the until we checked out there was no kettle served, we requested for additiknal towel and we waited long also.
- Christopher (8/5): Comfortable, Relaxing Resort with Spectacular View - Bakasyunan is a comfortable and relaxing resort set in the mountains near Tanay. The view from the main pool and open cafe/bar pavilion, overlooking Laguna Bay and distant mountains, is spectacular.
The rooms are set up like individual cottages, but they are connected to another room on one side. We stayed in one of the smaller (Private) cottages. The rooms are well-kept and comfortable (not luxurious), but the bathroom is very small and everything gets wet when you shower. Sink, toilet and bath are in a very small space.
The cottages and second pool area are down the hill from the main pool and cafe. It is a significant climb to go up the hill, depending on how far down you are. There are a number of activities to take part in, but the primary things most people seem to do are to swim and relax. If the resort is not crowded (e.g., no company team-building groups), it is very quiet and relaxing, but it can get a little boring after a couple of days.
There are a number of sights to see in the area, but many are quite spread out. If you don't have your own transportation, you can get everywhere you want to go by tricycle. Just request one at the front desk and one will be sent to pick you up momentarily.
The cafe is nice, with good food and friendly, relaxed service. There are a couple of cats that roam around, and they can be a bit of a nuisance, but one soon gets used to them. Overall, a stay at Bakasyunan is relaxing and rejuvenating.
- David (6/5): Over night stay local to my in-laws for the kids - Check in process was okay. Hotel grounds ...(bar area, pool area) are nice. Room ... (Carneros #8) was ok as a place to sleep but TV channel service is lacking. No wifi so we purchase a mobile wifi unit and got a 7 out of 10 signal. bathroom was missing toilet paper, soap and just feels alittle dark. Where this resort really shines is for its activities ... 2 main pools, ATV's, climbing wall, zipline, billiards, ping pong and others await you. We had visited this resort several years ago and you can see they have made efforts to make it better. I say brighten up the restroom and clean up the little things (wiring, vents), provide more TV channels and wifi and you'd have a winner.
- Jefferson (10/5): Bakasyunan exceeded our expectations - We had fun at Bakasyunan. We're looking forward to booking our next trip.
- Quincy (4/5): Nice view BUT - The mountain range views from the property is great BUT, nobody helped with luggage and rooms and facilities are far apart. My room had no blanket, no bed cover, a leaking toilet that kept the floor wet for the extent of stay. No drinking glasses, no potable water, no shower curtain so whole toilet is always wet after a shower as there were no rags either. Nobody cleaned up or even fixed bedding during my three day stay. The finger food was not good.
- Elmer (8/5): Enjoyable BAKASYUNAN trip - Great experience to stay in hotel with superb view of the lake.
Availability of reasonably priced meal at the restaurant.
Appealing swimming pool and great outdoor facilities for both your and adult to enjoy.
