It was the tiniest one we ever saw for the most of money we’ve ever had to pay here. Almost turned around went back downstairs to get a different room, but I was told at the time it was $221 when I checked out all of my bill what is $175 So you see when I get the tiniest room I’ve ever had for the highest amount of cash I was not happy

Although the lady at front told us our room number, but the room key card book said a different one. Later that day someone went into our room that they supposedly rented, only to find our stuff in it. Luckily we weren't there at the time or none of our stuff was taking.

- 960dalew (2/5): Overpriced Hotel!!!! - The visit started off with no tv remote. The ironing board was a cheap portable tabletop ironing board. The closet only had a lower bar making it impossible to hang anything more than tops. On top of that, the iron leaked water and never got hot. After the 3rd attempt by housekeeping to find an iron that worked, when she tried it out on my new pants for the evening event and she burned them. Ruined a brand new pair of pants. She offered a sincere apology a long with stating that the hotel should reimburse the cost. In checkout, when mentioned to the staff about the inconveniences, the hey blamed Travelocity for the room selection; said it was “an assessable” type room booking. In addition, they were only apologetic about the ruined pants. Told me, if I had booked directly with the hotel…and that I should contact Travelocity with my complaints.

- TooOldtoRun (6/5): I don't get it. I'm the customer. - I have mixed feelings about this place. It is new and in good physical shape. The pillows and...blah blah blah (the usual review words). My problem is how it is run. They charge enormous room rates (and in little Rome Georgia) sometime as high as almost $300/night (that is close to the cost of an average room in New York City!). But at the same time, they seem to be trying to maximize their profit by removing all the niceties. Anything not required by Hampton corporate in the breakfast area has been removed (I've stayed in many Hampton inn's of the years and this has the slimist breakfast I've seen even when I pay half the rate). They also used to have water/soda's for Hilton Honors member but removed that. These and many others are all small things, I'll admit. But for the prices they ask they should be overwhelming me with all these perks and more. I just don't get it. It doesn't seem like a sustainable business plan. I plan on staying somewhere else the next time I visit Rome. Somewhere that values me as a customer and doesn't just see me as revenue per night of stay.

Ms. Tammy at breakfast was also the best. I truly, enjoyed talking with her each morning. She put a smile on my face every time. The elevator being broken was a bit of a downfall. It did take quite a while to get up/down.

The breakfast was delicious and the lady working the breakfast area was friendly. There was outside noise from the street while trying to sleep but we brought a fan and it helped to drown it out

The room was clean and smelled good, the temperature was good although I’m not a fan of those window units. The staff was what stood out. The ladies at the front desk were so nice and friendly as well as the cleaning staff. We loved the look and the space and amenities. Overall great experience.

The breakfast is ok, only wish the coffee in the room matched the quality of the lobby coffee. Also enjoyed the evening cookies, such a nice little treat. Also the bed was extremely comfortable. We really enjoyed our one night stay.

The real gem here is Patricia at the front desk. She is not only funny but honestly just great at her job. She is helpful and makes everyone feel at home every time. Breakfast was just okay, I mean the food - the people are friendly.
