- Qiao Ting (5/5): - 腦中不斷浮出「簡單暴力」的超讚飯店，床超級大、浴室甚至有兩種沐浴用品、房間也很大，早餐爆炸豐盛。 電梯會等比較久、房間隔音非常差，隔壁聊天都聽得到，床邊沒有插座，插座不足。 然後剛好遇到團客，很多沒水準又喝醉酒的阿公，或是早餐時亂插隊、搶座位的阿嬤，這些客人素質令人頭痛🤦♀️ 建議過濾客人，或是早餐務必由服務人員引導帶位。

- 玟廷 (8/5): - 房間打掃乾淨整體空間不擁擠，空調無異味，床鋪及枕頭軟硬適中，浴室乾溼分離有免治馬桶，洗澡熱水水量夠大夠熱，早餐在2樓餐廳，選擇很多，味道都不錯，中式西式都有，符合大部分人喜好。 衣櫃上層有提供多一條被胎但沒有被套，且明顯不乾淨有異味，無法使用。 提供的室內拖鞋，4雙有2雙都是濕的，避免衛生問題，只好自行再清潔過。

- CHIAO-PING (9/5): 草屯住宿首推非美飯店，地理位置及整體設備都不錯，適合全家出遊 - 早餐還不錯，餐廳是中型大小，菜色比較簡單可以吃飽，有分葷、素區，用餐完畢必須自己回收碗盤。我們升級成有浴缸的房間，泡澡得到放鬆舒緩。飯店位置在草屯市中心，附近有小吃、土產店，去市集、夜市、商圈都非常方便，下次再訪草屯，會再回來住。 房間內燈光比較暗，走廊有一點霉味，飲水機只有1臺，且放在1樓大廳，非常不足夠，建議每一次樓都增設飲水間，方便入住旅客飲用水。

- allies (5/5): 講求CP值的話推薦住宿 - 地理位置滿好的，附近很多吃的，有停車位 (但車道很窄要小心) ，開車到其他地方去也都很方便。 房間因為潮濕的狀況，導致會有不知名2至3種小生物，嚇到親友導致無法安心睡眠。親友後來改到有陽光可曬進房間的四人房，味道跟小蟲的痕跡就比較少了。另外一個親友住的房間免治馬桶有壞掉，我則是遇到插座沒有反應。飯店的地點很好，可惜設備真的需要大更新...
