• Sandra (10/5): - Wat een prachtig landhuis! Heel authentiek. Natalia heeft ons prima verzorgd, wat een lieve gastvrouw. Lekker ontbijt, mooie zitjes in de woning, nette kamer, goede bedden. Top!! Je loopt zo naar de rotsbaden en het strand. Het uitzicht uit onze kamer was niet best. Rommelige binnenplaats maar met de luiken dicht zie je het niet. De andere kamers aan de voorzijde hadden goed uitzicht. Let hier op bij het boeken. De route naar de parkeerplaats is best smal dus huur een niet al te grote auto....

Bed was comfy Parking was a nightmare ! Took me an hour to find a spot. Surprised to see a chapel right when I opened the front door and it kinda creeped me out… The floor of the room was not clean at all.

La struttura era completamente invasa da un odore di incenso talmente forte da rendere difficile restare in camera; abbiamo dovuto aprire tutte le finestre e segnalarlo alla proprietaria. All’ingresso c’è una cappella, che dà alla casa un’atmosfera da edificio religioso più che da alloggio turistico. Non è quello per cui ho pagato. Inoltre non c’è parcheggio nelle vicinanze, il che rende l’arrivo e la gestione dei bagagli piuttosto scomodi. Nessuno si è presentato al check‑in e la colazione era scarsa. Non tornerei e non lo consiglierei.

• Mathieu (10/5): Une maison traditionnelle avec tout le confort d’un hôtel ! - On a le luxe, le confort et propreté d’un bel hôtel mais le tout dans une maison traditionnelle portugaise pleine de charme et à deux pas de l’océan, dans le pittoresques village de Seixal, avec une supérette pas loin et de la place pour se garer. Le,logement comprend aussi cuisine, salle à manger et salon communs, bien équipé où le petit déjeuner est servi (on peut même manger dehors). Je recommande de à 100% pour avoir quelque chose de plus authentique en dehors des hots spots touristiques du sud de l’île.

• Marsha (7/5): - Tolle Location, Parkplätze sehr nah, tolles Haus und aussergewöhnliche Einrichtung wenn man Orte liebt die eine Geschichte haben😀 Das Frühstück könnte etwas mehr bieten aber es ist völlig ausreichend. Wir haben erstmal alle Fensterläden geöffnet und Licht herein gelassen denn es ist sonst viel zu dunkel und schade um die liebevolle Einrichtung.

Bathroom was just passably-clean, we've stayed in much better. Why must hot water for tea come from a meeting room-style flask at breakfast when there's a kettle in the kitchen? Small things, easy to remedy and would help a lot.

• Jenny (8/5): - Die Unterkunft hat insgesamt vier Zimmer, was sehr angenehm ist. Im Untergeschoss gibt es eine Küche, den Essplatz und ein Wohnzimmer mit Kaminofen. Leider war das Holz viel zu grob um ein Feuer machen zu können. Das wäre phantastisch gewesen. Im Januar ist es doch noch nicht so warm und manche Tage haben komplett in den Wolken gelegen… Diese Unterkunft eignet sich gut für eine Familien-/Freundesgruppe mit bis zu acht Personen. Dann nutzt man das Haus komplett. Ich wohnte in Zimmer Nr. 2, von dem aus man sowohl den Ozean als auch die Berge sieht. Es gab wunderschöne Morgenstimmungen. Das Zimmer hat ein ausgesprochen gemütliches Bett mit durchgehender Matratze. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend. Ein Teller mit aufgeschnittenem Gemüse/Obst wäre schön gewesen. Da ist auf jeden Fall noch Luft nach oben. Parkplätze findest man fußläufig. Ich wohnte in Zimmer Nr. 2. es war leider sehr hellhörig und ich hörte jedesmal die benachbarten Gäste, wenn sie das Bad benutzten.

Sad to see so many people criticising the decor in of this place. Would definitely stay again. Staff were friendly and let us keep our bags there after check out so we could enjoy the day at seixal beach! Breakfast wasn’t amazing but the price we paid, we weren’t too disappointed.
• Alisa (6/5): overall recommend but don’t have high expectations - the location was amazing. it’s very close to the beach. communication with host was good, no complications, housekeeper was nice too. we didn’t have high expectations, photos represent the reality. we will be back next time we visit madeira, location is on top! towels were too used, replace them. breakfast continental, no scrambled eggs☹️☹️☹️ overall it was okay. for approximately 100eur you still expect a little bit more. when we came, the room was full of mosquitoes flying. obviously could kill them as they were flying. towels didn’t have it’s best color, if we would have had our own i would rather use them than the ones that were there. the bed was dusty, we woke up with allergy as we are sensitive to the dust. pay attention to parking, we came in the evening and we were lucky to find parking spot, but i am sure if we were to come earlier, around noon the parking would be full, as it’s a public parking and everyone goes to the beach…

• Merel (9/5): - Dit is een heerlijk guesthouse. Een fijne kamer, warme douche met goede waterdruk. Veel leuke zitjes in het huis, waar je heerlijk een boekje kunt lezen. Prachtig uitzicht vanuit kamer 2 op de schitterende kustlijn. Supermarktje om de hoek, als ook een enkel barretje en restaurant. Het is een beetje gehorig, sommige deuren knellen wat, maar zeker niet storend.

(zeker aangezien er veel regen viel) Het ontbijt was zeer beperkt en de kamers waren gehorig. Het personeel was aardig maar sprak helaas geen Engels.
