- Mark (4/5): Think like a Guest - not part of job description - Level R should just be closed. Each visit the roof top facilities is closed. Closes 7pm??? This is Dubai, life is alive once the sum is down. Management needs to think like s customer... for their experience NOT for their own convenience.
Saif on reception should find another industry to work in....perhaps a salon. Cares more about his hair placement then using knowledge, skill and process for customer checkin experience. Refused to accept anything else apart from the booking reference number. He used my phone to read the booking itinerary email and also couldnt find what he needed. Let Saif know it costs nothing to say "please, thank you, and enjoy your stay" with a smile, but is PRICELESS to the customers experience.
6.55am waited for over 7 minutes at the front desk... UNATTENDED. Until a security personnel came after seeing me on CCTV waiting. Finalled when reception staff came. He was rude, and abrupt because as a client of the hotel, I disturbed him.
I stayed in an adjoining deluxe room. I asked reception if it was occupied. They said no. I requested them to turn off its A/C as was causing cold draft wind under the adjoining door. Finally I showed reception on checkout my bathroom. They didnt seem to care too much. Leaking roof water dripping of floor in bathroom. I hope they fix it before next guest arrives to at least give their experience better than mine

THE HOTEL IS NICE NOT THE EXTREMISTS OVER EVERY INCIDENTAL. NICE COMFORTABLE PLACE WHERE PEOPLE CAN BE NORMAL HUMAN BEINGS AND HAVE NICE DAY WITH LITTLE PROBLEMS AND HAPPY SMILES.

- Mary Rose (6/5): - We had a great time at the hotel for 4 nights, though the internet was really bad. First night, they gave us a room for disable. The next day, I asked to moved so they can have extra room for disabled guest. Also, we need a bath tub cos we have 1 year old person whom can take a bath without sliding from the floor. The staff whos working night shift at the reception was nice and shows professionalism. The housekeeping stewards were really helpful. Also the pool attendant. Thank you.

It is a solid 3-star place, with courteous and helpful staff, spacious rooms, and a spa on the top floor, including outdoor pool, gym, steam room, and sauna. The location is superb, with 24 hour restos and shops close to hand. The Metro train is a 7 minute walk away, and a 15 minute ride to Dubai Airport.

- Bonita (4/5): - Seriously needs updating. Can't charge devices overnight as many outlets have no power when lights are off. Broken fridge, broken lamp, broken toilet, very dark shower/tub and bugs coming up the floor drain. Staff were friendly but the physical condition can't be fixed by a smile. Spend some money and update!

Breakfast is basic as there are not so much varieties of food.

- Rodolfo (2/5): Worst hotel Summit Hotel - I made a booking to pay at the hotel and I was not able to make it. The hotel still charged my card even though I did not stay there according to a No-show policy that is not mentioned any where in the booking.
- Sherman (2/5): - I booked this place for 1 night due to a long layover. Absolutely disgusting. Rooms freezing mold throughout the bedroom ceiling. Mold in bathroom. Smells like mold. Not us to staying in hotel's like this NEVER AGAIN. Didnt even bother to take my cloths off to sleep just want to sleep and leave in the morning.

Whilst the location is good the hotel is bad. Sorry that's the simple matter of the fact.
The room smelt a bit, there was mould, a bit too much of it in the bathroom and the towels were a bit rough. Also the sink kept blocking and it never looked like it was really mended properly. The Staff member who I mentioned it to didn't sound that bothered by it either
The breakfast was OK and some of the staff were ok too but I felt the shabbiness didn't match the price which is alot for this property.
The point that really put me off was that I had to go back after checking out for one night and the staff wanted to charge me alot more. I decided not to and don't regret my decision. Simply I can't reccomend this place.

- Sohail (2/5): - Lobby was clean but to have your room cleaned you have to keep asking them to send someone to clean the room and if you need any thing you could ask them 4-5 time before you receive it.The cleaner i dont know his name but his from india chandigarh was really nice guy if i see him and tell him to clean the room he would come straight away and do it if i ask the reception id be asking few times before its done.This hotel i booked when i arrived in dubai due to having to cancel the oringal hotel i booked due to cockroches in the lobby overral i wont bother staying at this hotel again.

I would pass on this hotel next time.
