Ma chambre était spacieuse avec une grande salle de bain et une belle vue sur le lac. Ce n'est pas grand chose, mais d'avoir des marches tout de suite en arrivant à l'hôtel pour accéder au comptoir d'accueil. Quand on a une grosse valise, c'est dommage. Mais le Réceptionniste, très gentil, s'est proposé de m'aider.

- Sylvia (9/5): Wie immer zu kurz! - Wir kommen seit eine paar Jahre als Gast ins Le Rive und sind sehr zufrieden. Lage, Breakfast und Personal sind top. Unsere Duvet war komplett elektrisch geladen ( Kunstfaser) am Schluss schliefen wir nur mit der anzug, es war warm so dass funktioniert wunderbar.

- Jorinde (8/5): - I loved it that this hotel was situated right at the lake. The ferry to Ivoire is right across from the hotel. The breakfast buffet is good and the service is nice as well. The rooms are very quiet, even if there’s noise outside. it is also conveniently located because you can walk to the hotel from the train station.

- DW2811 (8/5): I'd happily go back :) - The hotel is in a great location by the Lake, it's comfortable and clean and the staff were wonderful. There is no on site parking and the public car parks close by have limits of 1 hour during the day (or 5 hours for one further afield) this was a bit of a pain .

We waisted over 35 months going back and forth trying to fix it. It’s not convenient that we could not park. I then asked reception to give me coins and add on my bill. They were lovely and did that.

Kuddarna gummiaktiga, ett stort dubbeltäcke att dela. Luftkonditioneringen var väldigt högljudd så var tvungna att stänga av för att kunna sova. Öppnade istället fönstret men då blev vi störda av trafik och andra natt-/morgontidiga ljud utifrån. Fina badrumsprodukter (Nuxe) men doften alltför starkt av honung för vår smak.

Beautiful location. Right by the lake. Nice friendly team. It has a reputed restaurant that we however did not try (was fully booked when we tried). Rooms can use a serious upgrade to get an additional ⭐️ or even ⭐️ ⭐️.

- Dessie (6/5): - The location is wonderful – close to the lake, the small port, nice restaurants, and an amazing gelato spot just across the street. Breakfast was excellent and most of the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, the area is extremely noisy, especially during the weekend. The silence on Sunday night was a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately, closing the window meant turning on the air conditioning, which turned out to be even noisier – not only loud, but also malfunctioning. It kept making noise even when turned off, which was very strange. We reported the issue, but no action was taken. Another downside was the check-in experience. I had informed the hotel that one guest would stay for 4 nights and the other for 3, but this could not be adjusted at checkout due to the Expedia booking. They also never responded to my message about transportation options. I felt a slightly arrogant attitude overall – they asked for a credit card and copied my passport upon arrival, without explanation.

Pronto intervento sulla richiesta di verificare la TV. Il bagno - piuttosto piccolo, con la doccia in vasca e senza finestre. La moquette in camera ed in genere la cura, la pulizia e la cura per i dettagli della camera lasciavano a desiderare. (batterie telecomando aria condizionata scariche / TV non funzionante al nostro arrivo).
