- Gerry (2/5): We’ve been so many places but I would say this is not a good experience for - Walking distance to time square and train station. The owner was rude the way he communicated tru text ! But we like the old guy at the main reception desk, he was very helpful. He helped us keep our luggage the next morning. The whole place was filthy not very inviting, moldy bathroom, sticky floors looks like never mopped , dusty corners and the window frames, especially the fake flower covered with dust(don’t put one if you can’t clean it).The worst thing happened the next morning, my friend opened the curtain and the whole thing(rod) fell into my daughter‘s head.🙁 Also the metal bed frame was squeaky every time the kids move make an annoying noise.

Cet appartement est ultra bien situé : à Manhattan, au métro Station Herald square, derrière le quartier sud coréens. Tout est à proximité : food truck, 7 eleven , supermarché, métro ect … C’est un studio qui contient tous ce dont on a besoin : frigo, tv, wifi, micro-ondes, plaques chauffantes . À mon humble avis, les sommiers des lits devraient être changés; afin que même les personnes en surpoids puissent dormirent sans inquiétudes.

Zona vicino alla metro ed le principali attrazioni in centro. Bagno pulito. Monolocale con costante cattivo odore, pochissimo spazio per cinque persone, camera apparentemente ed oggettivamente sporca di polvere accumulata.

- CLAUDIA (6/5): Lo único bueno es la ubicación - Lo único que nos gustó fue la ubicación. Las toallas olían a humedad, cuando lo dijimos a recepción accedieron a cambiarnos las toallas pero seguían oliendo muy mal, y el olor era peor cuando las toallas se mojaban, pedimos nuevamente cambio de toallas y esta vez nos querían cobrar por el cambio, al final accedieron a cambiarlas sin cobro pero fue inútil ya que las toallas seguían oliendo mal. Lo único bueno de este lugar es la ubicación, pero en realidad las habitaciones son extremadamente pequeñas, no recomendada para un grupo de más de 3 ya que son incómodas, cuentan únicamente con una pequeña ventana que no podíamos abrir, la ventilación no era posible y a pesar de que afuera estába frío la habitación estaba caliente, teníamos que tener el aire acondicionado prendido todo el tiempo y un baño sin ventilación que todo el tiempo estaba húmedo. Cuando íbamos a la recepción al horario que decía casi siempre estaba cerrado y teníamos que esperar a que abrieran o enviar WhatsApp para que alguien fuera a abrirnos. Las camas no eran cómodas y en general el alojamiento no es cómodo.

- Karen (6/5): - We.were.very happy with the location. We were happy with the window looking out on the street. The mirrors in the room.were useful for everyone getting ready/doing makeup at the same time. Apartment was exactly as advertised. Check in and all communication was efficient. The living area and beds were great, clean, fresh and functional. Beds.were comfy and pillows were nice too. The towels, although freshly laundered, didn't smell great and the bathroom was surface cleaned but could do with a deep clean, for example.the wall beside the toilet was splashed and stained and when showering the water was slow to drain and hair and fluff came up from the drain right from our first use so it was hair and fluff from previous use which wasn't pleasant.

- Tayná (9/5): - Gostei muito da responsável por me entregas as chaves e ficar com as bagagens até o horário do check in, deixe as mesmas lá e quando voltei para o apartamento minhas malas já estavam no quarto, achei de uma gentileza isso.. o quarto é limpo e organizado e possui bastante comodidades para os hospedes, toalhas, roupa de cama, utensilhos de cozinha e etc.. A única coisa que me desagradou foi a recepcionista do prédio, que não está diretamente ligada ao apartamento, mas ela foi extremamente rude, sem motivo nenhum, achei desnecessário.

- Kleiman (10/5): - The location is excellent. The staff was very helpful with luggage and more. They were very available and answered all my requests nicely. They really came to our aid. The room we had for 6 was really fine, very clean, nice, a little crowded but Great to come and prepare food and sleep. No need for more. We came to New York to see the city. Recommended The elevator is a bit scary, second one said it got stuck.

There was a state of emergency in the city due to the blizzard. We had to pay 100usd additional just for early check in which is only about 3 hours earlier than the usual. We have elders and children and cannot go anywhere else. I wish the management have some consideration or just gave a discount considering the situation of the moment.

Et à 10 minutes à pied de Times Square. ainsi que le prix qui est vraiment très attractif. Le personnel était désagréable, ne disait pas bonjour. La propreté des draps qui essaie à désirer. La chambre qui était assez petite et sombre. Il ne faut pas être grand un conseil car je ne pouvais pas être assis dans mon lit qui était superposé et j’étais en bas. de plus, je trouve que nous sommes un peu des pompes à frique car il fallait payer 30 $ pour faire un check out à midi au lieu de 10 heures. De plus il a fallu payer cinq dollars par bagages pour qu’il nous les garde le dernier jour. de plus, nous avions à peine deux rouleaux de papier toilette pour 10 jours. Je l’ai donc signalé à la réception via WhatsApp et pas de réponse. Il s’en fiche. si on veut régler un problème, c’est seulement de neuf heures à 17h, soit les heures où la plupart des gens visitent

Per noi è stata un'ottima soluzione, a due passi dal centro di Manatthan, piccola cucina per farti una colazione in casa o una cena, visti i costi altissimi che ci sono a New York per mangiare e bere.
