Minut upgreidattiin junior sviittiin joten huone oli iso ja maisema ikkunoista hieno. Vuoteessa oli hyvä nukkua. Säilytystilaa oli riittävästi. Mukava kylpyhuone. Voisin tulla uudestaan. Vaikka kaikissa ikkunoissa on sähkötoiminen metallinen verho ja lisäksi kangasverhot sisällä, kuuluu ulkoa silti melua aamulla. Nukuin korvatulpilla mutta hiukan kuului silti.
- Abdulaziz (6/5): - موقع الفندق مميز، وجوار البحيرة، وعلى بعد خطوات من شارع دو رون (شارع الماركات). الحقيقة لا أعلم هل المشكلة فينا أم فيهم، فقد وصلت للفندق الساعة 1 منتصف الليل، وكان حجزي لليلة واحدة، ثم في تمام الساعة ال11:30 إذا بشخص يطرق الباب بقوة وكأنه سجان يطرق باب زنزانة أحد المساجين، ليخبرني أن علي المغادرة، والاتصال بالرسيبشن، فاتصلت بالرسيبشن وكان الذي رد على اتصالي أحد الموظفات (امرأة) فأبلغتها أني سأدفع أي غرامة لكن أحتاج لمدة ساعة، فقالت بكل فظاظة أن الحجوزات ممتلئة وسننضف الغرفة ( للعم كان الفندق متاح الحجز فيه عبر بوكيتغ في ذلك الوقت) ، ولا أعلم حقيقة لماذا لم يعطوها دورة في فن التعامل مع الضيوف، أو بالأصح يدخلونها دورة تعليمية تفرق فيها بين العمل في فندق وبين العمل في سجن!! الذي جرى هو عيب بكافة المعايير. على كل حال عندما نزلت للاستقبال وجدت شابا أظن اسمه ( أيوب) فتعامل معي بكل أدب واحترام وشرح لي لي سوء الفهم. وحقيقة فإن ذلك الشاب أزال جزءا كبيرا مما في قلبي تجاه ذاك الفندق. ومع ذلك فلا أظن أنني سأكرر التجربة أو أنصح فيها.

- Roman (9/5): Great rooms in the center of Geneva at a good price. - The room was very good. It was very big, and if you take into consideration the location of the hotel, you're basically in the center of Geneva with a room which is bigger than most of the rooms in Switzerland. I was very happy about it. The breakfast could have been a bit better if the coffee machine was working, but you have to always ask a very nice lady to bring you more coffee. You know, you kinda don't want to do that every time you want to drink it. The breakfast itself doesn't have a vast variety of choices, it's the only main things people eat in the morning

Polite attitude: we spent one night and met totally 3 persons as they work in shifts as I guess) and all of them were polite. I have experience of traveling and I have seen the cases were people are laughing about who knows what and the customer thinks uncomfortable, sometimes the workers are complaining about work conditions with the customers and etc, but this hotel staff was polite with gestures and actions; 2. When I was told how much city tax should I pay, I thought 70, but it was 7 and the person at the receptionist guessed my worries about the big amount and explained that the amount was 7 and I relaxed; 3. Hotel was fine with decoration and I felt that the popular standards were followed as during New Year holidays there were present boxes and a tree and a horse that I have seen in other good hotels; Also there was a free tiny candy and it was fine because we arrived exactly after the flight and wanted to eat something g immediately and it was at the reception; 4. Room view was perfect: we ordered a common room but the hotel gave us a room a perfect view that made a feeling as we were involved in city life all night. There was no sound from the street as it seems the populations keeps silence, just we were part of city life as we watched the decoration lights on the bridge and streets all the night as the hotel is in the centre, while other hotels’ rooms (if not paying for view) windows have a look just on the wall of the other window or wall or ugly small inner court or similar area. 5. Room equipment: we had water, coffee machine and coffee and sucker and 1 candy for 1 person 1 night while in other hotels’ rooms are just water, also there were slippers and coats, those are not in other hotels; 6. As It’s in the centre at the great location, I shall definitely book it again. 7. Price was very appropriate, so it’s worth of its price.
