• Caroline Wiechmann (8/5): Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! - Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Four Points Flex by Sheraton. Wir haben ganz spontan einen Abend vorher gebucht und waren super froh, dass wir bereits gegen Mittag in unser Zimmer konnten. Auch der Check-Out bis 12 Uhr hat uns richtig gut gefallen! :) Unser Zimmer war überraschend groß und obwohl es zur Straße lag, super leise. Es lies sich auch gut verdunkeln. Ja, es befindet sich eine große Baustelle vor der Tür, aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts. Die Lage ist natürlich super zentral und die Anbindung an den Bahnhof und den ÖPNV hervorragend. Mir persönlich hat besonders gut gefallen, dass es Shampoo, Conditioner, Duschgel, Seife und Lotion gab. Ebenso ist ein Fön vorhanden. Wir hatten sogar Wasser und Snacks auf unserem Zimmer! Wirklich toll! Das Einzige, was mir persönlich besser gefallen hätte, wären etwas lockerere Bettdecken, die waren mir etwas schwer. Aber das ist absolute Geschmackssache.

• Peter (8/5): - Die Zimmer sind sauber und einigermaßen gemütlich, versprühen jedoch eher den Charme der frühen 2000er Jahre. Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen. Für ein/zwei Nächte empfehlenswert. Kopfkissen für meinen Geschmack zu hart. Keine USB Anschlüsse/Lademöglichkeit für Mobiltelefon vorhanden.
• Robert (9/5): Ein rundum sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in einem modernen Hotel mit tollem Komfort und nur minimalem Verbesserungspotenzia - Sehr modernes, stilvolles Hotel mit hoher Sauberkeit und angenehmer Atmosphäre. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel, ruhig und gut ausgestattet, das Bett war besonders bequem. Die Lage ist praktisch und gut angebunden. Das Personal war durchgehend freundlich, professionell und hilfsbereit – man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Eigentlich nichts Wesentliches – nur kleine Details, die den insgesamt sehr positiven Eindruck aber nicht beeinträchtigen.

Kein Aufzug/Rampe vom Parkoberdeck zum Hotel (nur eine Metalltreppe). Der Zugang vom Parkdeck zum Hotel ist augenscheinlich auch ohne Karte möglich (für fremde Personen). Wasserdruck in der Dusche (7. Stock) zu niedrig.

Wenig Leuchten im Zimmer. Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen, ständiges Rauschen der Lüftung/Klimaanlage. Keine Information über die große Straßenbaustelle vor dem Hotel und die damit verbundene problematische Anfahrt. Irreführende Lagebeschreibung der Zimmer. Es werden Standartzimmer zur Straße und (teurere) ruhige Zimmer mit Stadtblick angeboten. Tatsächlich liegen die Standartzimmer zu den Bahngleisen und die ruhigen Zimmer zur Straße (mit Stadtblick).

• BennyB AB (9/5): Comfy hotel with secure parking and decent breakfast - The hotel had adjacent parking which was secure and cost approx £13 GB. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful, even advising us on where we could get a decent evening meal in the town. Rooms were comfortable we decent showers which I always appreciate. Loads of places to eat within a 10 min walk of the hotel for our evening meal (Ash = a good 'Steakhouse / Burger meal). Breakfast was a good combination of hot and cold food with plenty of coffee and juices. Again the staff on duty in the morning were helpful and friendly. The location / surrounding area was in the middle of refurbishment with lots of roadworks but that can't be helped and not really the hotel's fault.

• Michael (4/5): Book if you like earthquakes. - Great receptionist + you can collect Marriot Bonvoy points, A/C actually worked flawless. heavy road construction work with earthquake like eruptions, especially in the breakfast room where the dishes were shaking (but also with a vibrating bed on the 5th floor, stating at 6:30 am). Windows can't be opened, no coffee/tea/water in the room, no sill for the shower gel, no magnification mirror in the bath, carpet with multiple stains, very thin blanket-like duvet, breakfast with very little selection.
