- Marla (10/5): Great place to stay! - The location was great as it is just down the road from my Aunt and Uncle's house. The room was very comfortable and had plenty of room for all of my family. We didn't feel crowded. Their breakfast was great and my son loved the biscuits and gravy. The waffles are always nice and I noticed someone making an egg, sausage and bagel sandwich. I made one and it was delicious! The price was great and we had to extend out stay due to the weather. I highly recommend staying here. We didn't use the pool, but it was nice and hot and the pool was warm. There was not anything we did not like about this property. It had everything we needed and was priced just right as we had to extend our stay due to weather.

- 19Terry23 (10/5): Great Stay at this Hotel - Hotel is clean and quiet, and room was comfortable and clean. Bed was comfortable and not too soft and not too firm. Breakfast had a lot of selections; among the selections were two types of omelets which were delicious and sausage which was very good. Hotel personnel are always personable and professional. Highly recommend this hotel!

We have seen her running breakfast,managing the front desk and monitoring temperatures on different floors. She always has a smile on her face and makes us feel very welcome. If there is an award given out for an exceptional employee, it should be given to Diane. I hope you pay her well.

When I can go to the very next hotel two blocks down and get the same service for 84.00 per night. And that’s what I did. Cobblestone was a decent place but highly overrated Denver Carter
- gayleo966 (10/5): McCook is a great stop when traveling - Convenient to the highway. McCook has many dining options. Room was clean and quiet. We traveled with a pet. Check in was easy. Staff were polite and helpful.

- Virginia (7/5): Clean facility - find a restaurant in town - Staff was friendly and attentive. The rooms and communal areas were clean. The sheets didn't fit the mattress. Very uncomfortable sleeping. Lounge food was unavailable and the pizza in freezer was frozen with ice on the inside and inedible. There was a chemical smell in the room and hallways, maybe they had just cleaned?

- 8autonomousa (2/5): Management was rude and unhelpful - This location has a nice clean well maintained lounge that accommodates guests for breakfast as well as for enjoying cocktails in the evening. In the lounge their are 2 skilled game machines for the guests to enjoy. However there is no cash machine to dispense money if someone were to win, therefore guests retrieve winnings from the front desk. During my last stay Î won a significant amount of money, but this time the manager told me they couldn’t pay me out and I was instructed to give her my winning ticket and a copy of my license. The manager continued to tell me she needed to submit that information into the corporate office and they would be mailing me a check for my winnings. A day later Î had a question regarding the time period of me receiving my winnings. The manager who assisted me was not available so I left a detailed message. I never got a returned phone call so I tried again the next day and was able to speak to a manager. I explained Î was calling to follow up and unexpectedly in return the manager was extremely rude, unhelpful and made it seem like I was a huge inconvenience. Confused but determined receive more information Î called the corporate office and left a detailed message. After a third day and still no return phone call Î attempted to call the McCook location again and got the same manager who was previously rude. This time she told me I was no longer welcome back at this location and if I tried to contact the corporate office again they would hang up on me. I am not sure why I was treated with disrespect when I was simply trying to follow up on my situation. I don’t believe I deserved to be band from the location either. If i was that much trouble I apologize and I will gladly take my business elsewhere. I have yet to receive my winnings in the mail.

- Craftimoose (8/5): Mostly a good stay - as usual. - One critique - the person in charge of the sausage gravy that day must have forgotten a few things. It was watery sausage soup - no gravy. LOL.

- Mary (7/5): Not the same - The breakfast was very good. We normally stay here several times a year when we come to visit family. In the past, it has always smelled so clean coming in the door. This was not the case this time. Our room wasn't as nice as they have been in the past either. One of the pillows had blood on it, the air conditioner struggled to cool the room and the refrigerator couldn't keep up and cool the food we had brought with us so we had to keep it cool in a cooler. We did ask for help with the refrigerator, but we're told it was because it was too full. They also gave us another pillow to replace the one with blood on it.
