El edificio por fuera está muy viejo y cuando llegas te da una mala sensación pero luego, todo lo demás, compensa mucho.

Wszędzie chodziliśmy pieszo +bardzo miła właścicielka, która nas miło przywitała i wyściskała na pożegnanie +przez przeczytane wcześniej negatywne opinie w internecie obawiałem się że będzie tragicznie a okazało się bardzo przyjemnie +czysto, codziennie było sprzątane, codzienna wymiana ręczników +okolica w centrum a jednak bardzo spokojna +kosmetyki były dobrej jakości, włoskie a nie z Chin +balkon z widokiem na kamienice i klimatyczny plac +zasłony dobrze zaciemniają pomieszczenie, dzięki czemu można spać w dzień +świetne jako baza wypadowa na miasto -woda czasem sama zmieniała temperaturę podczas kąpieli -ściany dość cienkie, słyszeliśmy życie sąsiadów za ścianą… ;)

La ubicación es excelente para los amantes de la cultura e historia Italiana. Desafortunadamente no se puede elegir a algunos vecinos que son ruidosos e irrespetuosos.

• Sanchia (10/5): - Everything was wonderful. The Guesthouse is very centrally located, near so many attractions, yet in a quiet Piazza. The host is wonderful, speaks fluent English and is so kind and welcoming. The suite was spotlessly clean and so comfortable. Beautifully decorated. Air conditioning in both rooms and an ample supple of fresh towels with daily housekeeping. We would highly recommend staying here. Having had such a positive experience we will be recommending it to our friends and would definitely stay here again. If we could give this accommodation more than five stars we would! We liked everything!

But the location is excellent, walking to landmarks, 3 minutes walk from Pantheon, 3 minutes from high end shopping at Via del Corso.

• christa (10/5): I would defintely stay here agin. - The location was great. Easy to get a taxi, bus, or walk to many destinations. The room fit 4 people comfortably. Vincent was helpful with ease of checking in and Aurelia was super sweet, helpful, attended to anything we needed.
• Alberto (5/5): Per un paio di giorni va bene - Posizione super comoda per tutte le cose principali del centro di Roma Camere un po’ piccola, la doccia che a dire del personale aveva problemi a causa di lavori che stavano facendo dei vicini… Aggiungo che c’era anche un problema di regolazione della temperatura o ustionante o ghiacciata. Noi eravamo nella prima camera vicino al Reception e dalla camera se va tutto quello che dice le persone al di fuori della porta, come pure tutti i passi dal piano superiore..

The location was great. The instructions to enter the building and the communication with the owners was great We were woken up at 4am by someone entering the guesthouse collecting something and then leaving. (Our room was right next to the front door). We were then disturbed at 8am by a staff member knocking on our door and trying to open the door(!) She was asking us for the city tax and our passports. Also I struggled to get the shower hot enough

• Petra (9/5): - Very clean (cleaned daily), great centric yet quiet location, kind service, pretty paintings. Good deal for a short trip. Wall in a bad state on one place, some used-looking furniture, we were not picky about those though but some people might be. Noisy neighbours one late evening.
• Emma (5/5): Great location but basic, not like the images. - The property has a great location and a short walk from lots of amazing sites in Rome. Bathroom appeared to be newly refurbished. Unfortunately we felt slightly mislead by the photos on booking.com. The room was basic and did not have the premium feel displayed in photos and is certainly more of an AirBnB than a guest house. We arranged a taxi transfer from the airport to the hotel, unfortunately a local taxi/uber would’ve been cheaper and given our driver was 30 minutes late, it was also not more convenient. We received entry codes via WhatsApp on our way to the hotel, which despite being helpful may not be possible for all guests, so worth considering before booking. The lifts in the building are extremely small and are not suitable for large luggage. The bins that are within the entrance hall to the building are also quite unsightly and don’t give a great first impression. We had room 101 which is directly next to the front door and “reception” area/where a member of staff stands outside for the hours in which they are working. Due to the poor soundproofing you can hear guests coming in and out at all hours. I would strongly recommend adding a sign to enter/exit quietly as I don’t think other guests would even consider this is a room next to the door. A few cleaning issues noted on arrival which were corrected immediately, however not the best impression in terms of cleanliness. Shower is very narrow and odd dimensions, may not be suitable for all. Heating is only put on when the reception staff member is working, not when needed, which in December is slightly problematic. Room was rather cold at times and towels in the bathroom did not dry on radiator due to lack of heating. Room was very basic and as mentioned above, not similar to the photographs. Luggage storage is just a place to leave your bags in a corridor, it is not secure. Overall, the negative review was largely as a result of feeling slightly mislead, as well as the lack of soundproofing in the building and facilities. We did not feel we got value for money.

• Emelyne (8/5): Très bien si l’insonorisation aurait été meilleure.. - La gentillesse du personnel, mais aussi son emplacement ! L’insonorisation est catastrophique on entend tout dans les chambres d’à côté et les personnes qui parte à 7-8h et qui parle avec le personnel très fort dans le couloir et qui réveil tout le monde c’est pas très respectueux. Pour l’insonorisation de l’extérieur ça va par contre !

• Viviane (10/5): Perfeito! - Localização perfeita! A menos de 10 minutos a pé da Fontana di Trevi. Chegamos pelo Aeroporto Fiumicino, pegamos um shuttle bus por EUR 9,00 até o Termini. No Termini pegamos um ônibus de linha (o que nos foi orientado pela acomodação) e paramos na esquina da acomodação. Muito prático! O quarto era muito silencioso, espaçoso, limpo e confortável. Ar-condicionado/aquecedor funcionavam bem. Banheiro bem equipado, com secador de cabelo e chuveiro super potente e quente. Possui cofre, frigobar, chaleira elétrica e haviam alguns sachês de chá e café disponíveis. Cama confortável, lençóis e toalhas limpos. Edifício com elevador. Vi muitos comentários aqui no Booking de pessoas com dificuldade para encontrar o elevador. Mas logo que entra no edifício, subindo as escadas à direita tem duas portas vermelhas, que são 2 elevadores (foto em anexo). Também vi muitos comentários sobre o lixo que fica na entrada do edifício, mas isso não me incomodou e acho melhor que o lixo fique na parte interna, do que na rua, em frente ao edifício com a possibilidade de atrair ratos e outro animais. Após o check-out pudemos deixar nossas malas na recepção enquanto passeávamos pela cidade. Gostei de tudo!

• Sara (4/5): Aggiustate la caldaia per l’acqua calda! - La posizione La doccia la mattina con acqua quasi fredda, assenza di coperte aggiuntive in stanza e quindi la notte abbiamo patito il freddo. Il bagno non sufficientemente pulito, in una stanza (ne avevamo due) la chiave per accedere al portone di ingresso al piano non funzionava, ed inoltre abbiamo lasciato i bagagli nel corridoio, dopo il check out, ma senza poter avere neanche un bagno prima della ripartenza.

• ncassanello (7/5): Una buena ubicación en Roma para un par de días. - Muy buena ubicación en el centro de Roma, cercano al Altar de la Patria, Fontana di Trevi y Pantheon. El lugar está bien, aunque las fotos transmiten algo más que la realidad.
• Concha (7/5): Buena estancia pero con cosas a mejorar - Lo mejor que tiene es la localización sin duda. Está muy bien ubicado; puedes ir caminando sin problema a cualquier lugar, siendo la distancia más larga de unos 30 minutos. El personal de recepción solo está por la mañana pero son muy amables. La habitación la limpian cada día y te hacen la cama de modo que siempre que llegas te encuentras la habitación perfecta. En nuestro caso, el agua de la ducha se salía y empapaba todo el suelo del baño. Al parecer ocurría también en otras habitaciones, porque empezaron a cambiar las duchas desde primera hora de la mañana y el ruido era tan fuerte que te despertaba temprano. Ese mismo día nos quedamos sin agua caliente; avisamos y nos informaron de que también iban a cambiar la ducha de nuestra habitación. Lo comunicaron por la mañana, pero cuando volvimos por la tarde todavía estaban trabajando y tuvimos que salir de nuevo para que pudieran terminar. En el portal del edificio dejaban la basura que se quedaba por días hasta ser recogida y era muy desagradable el olor y ver las bolsas al entrar.

• gargano (8/5): Nel complesso è una struttura in una posizione comoda con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo - posizione ottima, stanza non molto grande ma con un bell'affaccio sulla piazza. L'ingresso del palazzo con l'immondizia accatastata è una pessima presentazione. L'incaricato della struttura alle sette di mattina si è messo a colloquiare con gli ospiti fuori alla nostra porta e sembrava fosse in stanza, dovrebbe prestare più attenzione.

• Simone (2/5): - la posizione è sicuramente eccellente, lo staff è molto cortese e fornisce istruzioni precise via whatsapp con largo anticipo, sia per l'arrivo che per il check in. La pulizia è buona pessima l'insonorizzazione della stanza, la porta di ingresso fa passare ogni rumore (e luce!), è leggerissima e ha spazio sotto, impensabile riuscire a dormire mezzora in più. Il bagno ha un lavandino piccolissimo e mal posto, appena entrato in doccia è esploso un tubo che l'ha resa inutilizzabile. peccato
