Peter (3/5): Nie, nie wieder - Lage wäre nicht schlecht, Suite sehr gross Frühstück nicht geniessbar Rezeption war nie besetzt War kalt im Zimmer, weil das Badezimmerfenster nicht dicht war Eines Abends kam die Kanalisation hoch, der ganze Eingang war überflutet und es stinkte bestialisch. Da kein Personal im Hotel ist, mussten wir so ins Zimmer und den Gestank die ganze Nacht einatmen. Am Tag darauf kam der Spühlwagen, der Hotelmanager hat te nur eine knappe Entschudigung über die Lippen gebracht!!! :( Das Wetter war nicht gut, wir hatten kalt. Es gibt keine Heizung und keine Bettdecken. Mussten selber im Hotel nach Decken suchen, damit wir nicht erfrieren. Zudem hatten wir 3 x eine eMail im Vorfeld (Monate vorher) geschickt, dass wir 4 Tagefrüher abreisen müssen, aber wir wir hatten nie eine Rückmeldung erhalten. Also mussten wir den vollen Betrag bezahlen, finden das gar nicht in Ordnung. Da die Rezeption nie besetzt war, hatten wir echt jeden Abend bammel, waren ja fast alleine im Hotel ( 3 Zimmer, manchmal nur 2 Zimmer besetzt. Eingangstüre unten war immer offen, konnte jeder rein und raus. Es war ganz einfach eine Katastrophe!!!!!

Maina Belén (7/5): Si deve prendere la macchina per forza per andare al mare - La colazione era buona, poche cose però di qualità. Il personale gentile, ho avuto un problema con il frigo, non funzionava e mi hanno dato un altra stanza. La pulizia è molto scarsa, la spiaggia di fronte è vero che è sabbiata come avevano informato qui su Booking PERÒ entrare al mare era IMPOSSIBILE a causa delle pietre. Quindi comunque si deve prendere la macchina per andare al mare.

Camera pulita con balconcino vista mare, panoramica anche la terrazza accessibile dal terzo piano. Personale gentile e disponibile. Siamo stati bene, la consiglio assolutamente. Francesco (6/5): - La posizione è ottima, si trova parcheggio facilmente, lo staff è gentile (quando c'è) e la nostra stanza aveva una visuale ottima Alla reception a parte la mattina e sporadicamente il pomeriggio, non c'è nessuno, quindi in caso di necessità non si sa a chi rivolgersi.A noi non funzionava in maniera adeguata il condizionatore e non sapevamo a chi rivolgerci, l'abbiamo detto ad un dipendente del ristorante, che ci ha detto che l'avrebbe riferito ma a quanto pare non l'ha fatto.La pulizia è un po' superficiale, mi spiego meglio, la stanza al nostro arrivo era pulita, ma la pulizia giornaliera non veniva fatta in maniera adeguata (nello specifico ritrovavamo i capelli che erano caduti). Per una stanza pagata più di 200 € a notte sarebbe stato il minimo ricevere questi servizi.

The breakfast croissans were very fresh and tasty, the service in the restaurant was very friendly, also the cleaning staff. Check-in was a disaster, we had to wait several hours until someone came. The bidet was defective, as was the shower head. The bathroom smelled like feces. The host smoked at the reception, the air conditioner drew the smoke in the corridor and exhaled it into the room, disgusting! On the second day we wanted to go to the hotel after 01 AM, the main door was locked, we had no key for the front door and had to bother the host.

Giampaolo (10/5): Comodità & modernità....con stile. - La struttura di recente costruzione è situata a ridosso del porticciolo del paese, a due passi dalle splendide spiagge raggiungibili a piedi, come pure il paese tramite una pedonabile lungo mare. Le stanze sono ampie curate nello stile, pulite e funzionali, alcune con vista mare mozzafiato. Ottima la colazione con una buona scelta di dolce e salato di qualità superiore che si consuma in una sala vista mare, che la sera si trasforma anche in un buon ristorante pizzeria con tavoli anche all’aperto fronte mare. Nico, Chiara e tutto lo staff giovanile nell’età ma professionale e riservato sono pronti ad rispondere alle richieste con estrema cordialità. Ottimo per la posizione, la possibilità di parcheggio e la facilità di raggiungimento delle spiagge. Ci rivedrà presto ospiti.
